Hello! My team is discussing the possibility of sharing reporting via the new "sharable link" feature within Adobe Analytics. One of the biggest benefits of the sharable reporting is the ability to change the date range within the shared report, so users can see metrics from the specific date range they are looking for. My question is - if a user wants to be able to 1) look at metrics from a specific date range and 2) compare those metrics to the "previous period" or "YoY" - would they be able to do this? For example, if I take a look at metrics from May 15 - 30, is there a way for the comparison metrics to show May 1 - 15, and update automatically as users change the date range in the reporting?

I want to get a column in a task report that puts the MAX date in when the task meets a criteria.  Ultimately I want a series of columns that grab the date off of a different task. Hello! We use Marketo + SFDC and our SF contacts can have a one-to-many-relationship with accounts. This causes problems when adding account-based email tokens as it will only pull fields from the primary account related to the contact, not the account that qualifies for the smart list filters. This is understandable behavior but I am not sure how to get past it.   Is there a way to tell Marketo to pull the token from a field on the object that caused someone to qualify for the smart list? I've used the $TriggerObject reference before but obviously that won't work for batch campaigns. Is there something similar for batch sends?   An example: A contact in Salesforce may own 3 restaurants, have the same role at all three, and therefore be related to all three accounts. Let's say one of those is an Italian restaurant. Hi team,  We have Adobe Analytics as a streaming Source into CDP. We tried to create a Segment in Adobe Analytics which we wanted to use directly into CDP. Is is possible to do so? I can see in the Segment Builder --> Audiences --> There are AAM segments visible.. but cannot find an option to directly use Adobe Analytics segments (since I'm able to see only AAM segments).Please suggest IF and How we can use the same.  Thanks,Mansi Bedi

Hi, Iam trying to add one or more logic to a single field in a metadata schema form editor, i.e a particular field should get displayed only if Logic A and Logic B is satisified. NOTE: This is not the same issue as the 'Start Pending' that quite a few users have reported.  Campaign Classic v7 (hosted). At times, part of the delivery gets stuck in 'Pending' status. The (email) delivery kicks of as expected but not all the emails are sent out. For the once stuck in 'Pending' status, the log reads:"Launching task 'mtachild@<instancename> (nlserver mtachild - verbose -noconsole - tracefile:mtachild@<instancename>) in a new process" This status persisted for a few days and the emails were never sent out. We had to manually stop the delivery and re-process the remaining emails. Only email channel was involved (no sms or push).Anyone else encounter this issue? Any pointers?

My website can be accessed only once the User is logged into the organization's iDP. If the user attempts to access the website without an active session, they are redirected to the iDP login page which then loads the website. This behavior causes the Referrer URL to be updated to the iDP URL.www.example.com  --> (redirect) www.idplogin.com  --> www.aawebpage.com Referrer: www.idplogin.com So we are missing a lot of Referrer URLs which gets merged into the idplogin URL.Is there a way around this?

I have a servlet which provides JSON for the page. I wanted to get page properties in my code in that servlet. But every time I add page manager or current page to my servlet, the JSON stops loading. And there's no error.I have the page path. But adapting it to a page is causing issue.

Hello.  I need to download a log from our prod instance in AEM Cloud, but the log is too massive to download or read once downloaded.  Is there a way to tail logs in AEM or is there a way to only download the last 60 minutes of log entries? Thanks! Jeremy

Hello,I attempted to utilize the upsert feature of the profile dataset, but I noticed that despite following all the steps outlined in https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/catalog/datasets/enable-upsert.html?lang=en, the profile data is still being replaced. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I have verified through the API that upsert is enabled, and I am sending the data via batch ingestion, which is a requirement for upsert functionality to work properly. Did anyone else faced the same issue with upsert? Thanks,Arpan

Hi, I'm sure this is an easy one, but I can't see for looking. In AEM Assets, when I upload a 16-bit png, I need the renditions it generates to also be 16-bit png. Currently, I can only get the system to generate 8-bit png's, so Im losing the alpha channel. Any pointers will be much appreciatedCheers

Hi, We have an on-prem AEM 6.3 installation running with Oracle Java 8.We are now performing in-place upgrade to AEM 6.5. For the upgrade procedure we use the same java version 8.Once the in-place upgrade is done, we want to restart our AEM 6.5 instance with Java 11.This does not seem to work as we are getting a lot of errors related to "(java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: jdk/internal/reflect/MethodAccessorImpl)". Reverting back to Java 8 also doesn't work anymore. It seems that when we try to boot the AEM 6.5 instance with Java 11, it corrupts the launchpad.  My question is: how to upgrade Java version after an AEM in-place upgrade?  Is this a supported flow or will AEM 6.5 only work with Java 11 when it was initially installed with Java 11? In the context of Adobe Campaign, it means that you can use the same username and password to access Adobe Campaign as well as other connected systems without having to create separate accounts for each one. And when it comes to 2 factor authentication, it is an extra layer of security that helps protect your account from unauthorised access so in general we set password and some sort of security question or OTP. I have a requirement to Implement 2FA based on Federated ID for AC Fat Client access, I want to understand prerequisites for achieving this and how to achieve this. Good afternoon, I have the following question: We are creating content fragments from the Author Assets API, but we do not know how we can publish it as soon as we create it, since the checks we do are in the "Publish" environment, therefore, we cannot validate that Content Fragment without first publish it manually. The question is...
