For the past several months my users have been having log in issue using chrome.  Bottom line it has to do with cookies Adobe is using.  I have logged an issue with support, but there response is "it's a chrome issue, use incognito".  Unfortunately that looses all personalization to ACS screens which yes reverts to tile mode, etc.  My users are having to remove all cookies from chrome which last for a short period of time and then the problem returns.  They are getting very frustrated.  Does anyone have a work around? We are able to log into the experience cloud, but when we select an ACS instance we get the message below. Error MessageBAD RequestYour browser sent a request that this server could not understand. John

Hi, Is there a way to find out in /crx/de if an image in assets has a focus point set? Any metadata used for focus point?   I searched for it in here but cannot find it:   Updating Media Also how does one go about saving the "Set focus point" on the image? I cannot see any save option there.

Hello, I'm trying to use the QR Code object.Currently I'm using a xml file to populate the document, but in the future will be used an API.The value for the QR Code is variable so different inputs will generate different QR Code size.My ideal goal would be to have all the QR Codes with 30mm x 30mm ( actual QR size, excluding the borders).If not possible the 30mm x 30mm is the minimum size for the QR.Any suggestions?

Did anyone get a chance to explore The Content Copy Tool | Adobe Experience Manager on AEMaaCS. If yes does it reprocess the copied content in the destination or is it like an exact replica, what if Dynamic Media configurations are different in these environments.

Having created several DITA topic and map templates I assumed those templates would be available in the list of templates when I create a new topic or new map. Is there something beyond creating the template that I need to do in order for the system to add them to the list of available templates? Sadly, the documentation on the question is somewhere between rubbish and non-existent. Thanks in advance for any info anyone can share.

Hello, I'm trying to look for a solution where we want to define CSS, and JS that's common across the app. Here's the architecture of our application. We are a multi-tenant app and have different teams developing their own AEM apps but we have quite a few components that are common across the applications and we are building a common library of components that can be reused in tenant applications. The way we have built the commons library is just using the below modules:        <module>all</module>        <module>core</module>        <module>ui.apps</module>        <module>ui.config</module>        <module>it.tests</module> Since we have multiple components to be developed in the commons library, we are in a situation where we need CSS variables, Mixins, etc to reuse. We are using AEM on-prem and have created a persisted GraphQL query on author using cUrl. Following the instructions from this link, we have used "surrogate-control": {"max-age":300} to set the CDN cache at the persisted query level. After replicating it, we have tested the CDN URL of this query and confirmed that the query works well. However, we have noticed that the CDN cache doesn't expire as expected. It gets expired only after about 1 minute, not 300 seconds as we set it, as we check the X-Cache response header. We have tried changing the max-age value, adding "cache-control": { "max-age": 300 }, but the issue persists. Can anyone suggest a solution to this issue?

Hello, good afternoon. We are having a particular problem. We are in the Stage environment, we want it to load some content fragments through GraphQL but in Author it works and in Publish it doesn't. We have tried to publish everything, Endpoints, Content Models, Queries, Fragments, absolutely everything, but when it is executed in Publish it does not return any data. The strange thing is that it works for one of our teammates and not for the rest, we have tried to clear the cache and nothing.Does anyone comes up with something? Thank you so much.

I am using AEM 6.5.12 with guides 4.2. I have a dita topic containing two paragraphs having attribute audience. Also , I have created a conditional preset. In the AEM SITE preset I have applied that conditional preset . But SITE Generation gets failed . Hi Team,  We are trying to implement platform level rules, such as if the recipient has redeemed an offer based on the eligibility rule set, the customer should not be able to see the offer back again. So, we want to achieve this by implementing the offer typology rules, so we are trying to build the logic in the rule. But not able to understand the full definition of each specifics of the rules. Like  Unsure of how to combine the above the all and make the rule work. We checked in the documentation provided by Adobe but the doc is not descriptive enough.  Kindly let me know for any help on this.@adhiyan @brownc @jyoti_yadav  

Hi.  I am trying to help a user set up a template and I am not sure how to accomplish what they need.Schedule Mode = Completion Date All tasks will work backwards from set Completion Date.  They would like to be able to set the Task Start Dates on the template to be X number of days from Completion Date.  So Task 1 needs to start 4 weeks prior to Completion Date, Task 2 needs to start 3 weeks from Completion Date, Task 3 needs to start 5 days prior to Completion Date etc... Do I need to enter a formula to make this work?  Is there a simple solution I am overlooking?  Thank you!

Hi,I'm doing active development in a Dev Library named "Library A." I just received some new requirements that need to be implemented ASAP, but Library A is not ready. So, I'd like to create a new Dev Library ("Library B") that will copy down the current Production configuration. I can then implement my changes and publish to Production and continue working in "Library A" later. Can this be done in the same Development library (meaning I get to use the same tracking embed code), or, do I need to create a new environment? I don't see how it can be done in the same Dev library but thought I would check. Thanks!

Hello! I am trying to extract data from Adobe Analytics in Power BI Desktop and I need some advices/guidance, please. 1. I've tried to use the Adobe Analytics Connector from PBI, but it doesn't work very well so this in not an option. I've tried using Data Warehouse, but here I can't find some metrics, like Bounces, Engaged Visits. Also, I've tried Report Builder, but this also has some limitations. Is there any other way to extract massive data from Adobe Analytics?  2. I want to mention that I have also some segments, that need to be extracted as a dimension (as rows, not as columns or filters). Is there any way to do this? I have a lot of segments, so if I want to use DataWarehouse or Report Builder I will need to make a report request for each segment, which is a lot of manual work. Any advices?

Is it possible to 'Bold' or add HTML tags to a NOTE update by Fusion? I need to bold a certain word in the Update text, and Fusion seems to ignore the <b> tag. Is this possible?

I'm sending the trackEvent call and getting a 200 response from the omtrdc endpoint. However when I check in the Reports dashboard of my experience,  the conversion metric doesn't increment.I double checked that my conversion mbox is spelled correctly in the trackEvent call, and I tried with both the "Viewed an mbox"  and "Clicked on an mbox"  conversion metrics.

Looking at Request > execute > pageLoad > parameters at the documentation on this page: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target-dev/developer/client-side/at-js-implementation/functions-overview/adobe-target-getoffers-atjs-2.html?lang=en I see the maximum param count is set to 50.  However, I'm seeing requests with more than 50 params being returned as successful 200 and the Target activities properly delivering.  Does anyone know if the max param count has increased?  Just wondering so I can appropriately architect the web application logic.  

I'm new to Adobe Analytics. Someone on our Marketing teams wants to know if Adobe Analytics can be integrated or work with Pardot? More specifically with their email campaigns. Partdot is an App client for Salesforce. We are planning to move to SAlesforce so anyway we can integrate Adobe Analytics with Salesforces and its App clients would be good.Any information and suggestion concerning integration or tools that can be used within Adobe Analytics to work with Salesforce and Pardot would be greatly appreciated.ThanksDarius
