Hi,I'm trying to create a workflow that send 2nd email after 1st email sent 3 days ago, they will be both recurring delivery. The problem is when I try to query by delivery log id = 1st email delivery id,   it is not working, the recurring delivery creates a sub delivery with auto generated delivery id for each reporting aggravation period.     Thanks.  

Hi all,   I have two tag properties mobile:Property 1 and Property 2   That are connected to two different report suites, respectively:RS 1 and RS 2   Property 1 and RS1 are used to track events from a mobile app up until July 2022. Property 2 and RS2 are used to track events from the same mobile app from July 2022 onward.   I noticed that the report suite 1 contains events that belong to the report suite 2.  How can that be possible?  Thanks a lot for your help.   -  Matteo

Our AEM instance is running on remote machine on AWS cloud. Currently there is no dispatcher configured in front of author. What are the steps to configure remote author over https. Hi Team,   We are trying to call a 3rd party API and get some parameters into Adobe Target , we didn't want to delay the global MBOX , so we used targetgetoffer and Applyoffer method at window loaded to pass the parameters to Adobe Target. We trying to show a popup to based on that parameters   Below is the page events I would like to inquire about how we can deploy the popup to the second Regular mbox instead of the Global mbox. While custom code can be used for the Global mbox, there doesn't seem to be an option to add custom code for the regular mbox   We tried to add the popup in custom script based on Profile Parameters , Below is our current output:   At First Load Library Loaded - Global mbox - No offer (As expected because no parameter as of now) Window Loaded - Regular mbox - Profile Parameter Send - No Offer Delivered (We want the popup to be delivered here)   After Page Reload Library Loaded - Global mbox - Offer Delivered and popup shown(As expecte

So I have list of JSON offers created using AEM . How can I use the JSON offers to create an activity in Target . Till now we are using HTML offers for creating activity. Is there any DEV work needed or Business authors can use the platform to create an activity. I tried searching for any documentation but couldn't get anything from Adobe Documentation

We have a new site which now uses a SPA set up, so Target has followed suit.   The issue I'm having is when I inject my code via Target, it works fine on first load, but if the user navigates back to that page/view, the code will be injected again (and the original injection is still in the DOM)   Is there a way to get around this? I just want one injection.

Hi,   I am using a query for DAM Asset full text search as below   type=dam:Asset path=/content/dam/we-retail fulltext=application fulltext.relPath=jcr:content/renditions/original/jcr:content   This application keyword is part of the documents which I am searching for however, this is also present as mimeType property on "jcr:content/renditions/original/jcr:content" node due to which I am getting much more results from expectations.     Is there a way to ignore this mimeType property while performing the search? Note- I tried the option of excluding the property as below but with that, I don't get any results. "property", "jcr:mimeType" "property.operation", "not"   Any suggestions would be really helpful. Everything is working fine but in the matrix tab one of the statuses appears with its key (BCT) instead of a name "License Pending". Has anyone experienced this and know how to resolve it? Thanks

I am facing an issue in AEM 6.5.12 Event Listener. Where I am trying to get the resourceresolver using resourceresolverfactory service user using a Util class. This resolver is used to get the session for the observationmanager. The service user is created via repo init with all the permissions and amended via service user mapping. But during the Eventlistener OSGi component activation the resourceresolverfactory.getserviceresourceresolver(param) returns null and the Eventlistener fails Activation. But after manually stoping and activating the Eventlistener component it is able to get the resourceresolver via the service user and the entire functionality works perfect. I am new to Marketo, could someone help us to check whether this scenario is possible or not? We have a lot of Smart Campaigns on Marketo, where we have programs with Smart lists and Flows, so now we want to change a lot of attributes in the smart lists and flows, is it possible to update them using Script or API? I am mentioning the values in the highlighted red boxes below. Appreciate all the help.    

I'm looking to assign leads from Marketo. In my program, I already have a flow and the first step is "Sync to Marketo" for the bi-directional sync from SFDC to Marketo. After that step, I want to assign the lead owner, which would be the better flow action? Change owner? Or Sync Person to SFDC? I'm having trouble understanding the difference. I'm currently using Change Owner and it seems to be working just fine, previously I was using Sync Person to SFDC which was also working just fine. 

When should we use embed and when to use dependencies in Clientlibs. Which one is better? Can someone please answer this in simple terms and some real time scenarios to understand the same?

Hi - We have started using Adobe Analytics and CID as our URL tracker of choice.  I am new to using the CID so please excuse my inexperience.  I've been assigned to determine the channel, source, medium etc. of about 300 leads by only using their CID that we began capturing since August, via a hidden field on our forms. We still have GA URL tracker fields hidden in all of our forms -- it was wonderful to easily determine campaigns, channels, source, etc.  and easy to report on how many leads came in through the various channels, etc. And as I mentioned, we have since then added another hidden field to capture CID - this is hell.  Since I am completely new to CID's are these correct statements? - that there is no industry 'cheat sheet' to reading a CID because each company can organize them any way they want. - every value is separated by an underscore.   - there can be infinite values depending on the set up of a CID With that, has anyone out there su

Hi there,   I have a segment that was saved with the Batch Evaluation method as when I initially built it, I didn't realize streaming only works with a lookback of 24 hours with multiple events.    Realizing this, I created a new segment with the 24 hours lookback period and I can save it with Streaming method. However, I am wondering if there is a way to modify an existing segment's evaluation method, in this case, the segment I saved as batch, since I don't see a drop down option for me.    Thanks, Alan

Hi guys,    I am trying to add a field that keeps historic information and can be exported in a CSV when I export it from the contact/lead section, so it has to be Lead Custom Field.   Is there a way to set up the Data Change trigger or the flow like something "{{lead.CustomField}} + {{lead.New.CustomField}} to keep old data but add new one?  Thank you for your help.
