Hello,   We want to know if we are able to stop using UTM's and integrate Google Analytics into our forms instead. Currently we are adding UTM's to the form to track where the leads are coming from.   I have added a screen shot with how our current forms are set up with UTM's.     Thanks, Oscar

We are observing an issue wherein when the page from which a launch was created if deleted, then the launch does not get deleted. Steps to replicate:1. Create a launch from the page2. Delete the source page from which the launch was created.3. Goto launch console and try to delete the launch which you had created from the source page. You will observe the launch does not get deleted. For now, we are using the crx/de console to delete the launch, but we believe this is a product bug can anyone confirm?Ideally the launch should get deleted from touch UI as well even though the source page is deleted or when the source page is deleted the launch should get deleted automatically.

Approvals were delegated to a user and the user completed the approvals within the project task list.   The user who delegated the approvals returned, but the "pending approval" notification still shows in the worklist. The approval has been completed but we cannot figure out how to make those go away?

Hi Team,   Currently our favicon is loading from doc root of dispatcher. But going forward we have to load it from AEM. How we can add favicon icon from AEM? What is the recommended path to keep favicon icon in AEM?

We are onboarding an internal creative team. The work that they complete has a very specific process and workflow that requires their work to be done on a project. The work that they create is a process within a larger campaign project. Both projects require specific and different stakeholders to review the creative on both projects. Is there a way or does someone have a good workflow to eliminate the redundancy of having to apply feedback on the creative proof from the changes required on the campaign proof?    Thank you! 

hi folks,   I am developing a React SPA and using it as a AEM component. It works very well generally. Here is my problem though. I can add public  npm packages (that the Cloud manager gets from a public repo somewhere) fine. But we have some internal common npm packages that contain reusable React components.  I don't know how to incorporate these in my cloudmanager build.?   Our React guru thinks we should be able to get AEM to call the private libraries above from our repo using Tokens? Is this possible ( or any other way?)   I guess the other obvious way is to take all the common React code and incorporate it into the AEM codebase but we don't want to do that for obvious reasons. thanks Fiona    

Hi, My projects have tasks with multiple people assigned to them. Yet workfront only allows for a primary task owner. The report I view only shows the status based on the primary task owner. When I view reports for the secondary task owners the task doesn't show up on their list, because it's on the primary's list. How can I change that? Is there a way to adjust the reporting so the task shows up on the secondary task owners report as well? Thanks.

How are you all updating your project plans thats are cross portfolios and programs? we own ~20 projects and not having a homebase to view everything that is happening in 1 place is very challenging. Any suggestions?

I am setting a transport user on publish instance which I am going to use in the Author's Relocation Agent to publish the content. As per the document, the transport user should not be the admin,     I have given all the folder permission in read-only mode to the transport user, but once I publish the page then it through the error and does block the publishing, I am getting the below error.    error: com.day.cq.replication.ReplicationException: Repository error during node import: Access denied.   Can anyone suggests how we can define the transport user without admin access?     

Reviewers and requestors included in a task or project submission are not receiving all of the accompanying email notifications throughout the course of the project/task. I've opened the all of the notification parameters (daily & instant) but it hasn't solved the problem.   For example, they may receive notifications for certain information such as updates related to the project, but do not receive an email notification when there's a status change. Any idea?

Need some help!I have an assignment report with a column of issue assignments and a column with task assignments. For the life of me, I cannot share/merge these columns. I've tried adding 'sharecol=true' to the column on the left (the 2 columns are adjacent), and then have also tried adding blank column in between the 2 and adding below and then adding 'sharecol=true' to the left column. Neither approach is working. Ideas? I want the column to just pull who is assigned on the issue or task in one column. What am I missing? value=<br> valueformat=HTML width=1 sharecol=true   

Hi:anyone knows How to include everything of one dimension in the drop down filters, without manual select and drag? for example, i want to include everything under "cid sub campaign id" variables into the drop down filters (and update automatically), so stakeholders could understand the performance of each campaign by selecting the filter. Before I go into my issue the following things are true:  - campaigns i created are marked as active - my sync is currently running (in the admin section it said it last ran a minute ago at the time of this post) I've been noticing that campaigns syncing over to Marketo are taking much longer than usual. It used to be at most a 15-30 minute delay. But now I'm seeing hours it takes for it to sync over. Also, some other colleagues are not seeing their SFDC campaigns sync after a day or two even.   This has been more recent, but was curious if anyone had any ideas on what I can do on my end? I would like to have some more insight into this issue before raising it to my sales ops team but I'm currently stuck on where I can find what might be causing the lag? I do have a ticket in with support but will most likely just get linked to the SFDC integration doc. Any ideas on where I should look would be a huge help, thank you in advance!

Hi all,    in our Analytics department we sometimes needed to change the Project Role of a Workspace Project in the past. This happened e.g. if one of our colleagues was on holiday and a shared report or scheduled report needed corrections. Most of the time we give each other "edit" roles - but not always. So in the past we were able to change a role to "edit" via "Components - projects" and correct the report.    With the new Adobe Analytics we do not find this feature anymore. Is it not possible anymore to change the role of a project as an admin? This would mean if we need to change a scheduled report during holiday of a colleague who owns it and we do not have the "edit" role, we would have to duplicate it and start a new schedule or worst case if we only have the "view" role we can't change it at all or would have to build it new.  Does anyone know a workaround or solution?    Best regards Sabine  

Hi Team,   Is there any way to do following:   1) Create Content Package from PROD env. 2) Run the any cron job daily midnight which install same package in some other env lets say DEV or STAGE.   NOTE: All instances are in Google cloud.

There is requirement coming form our customer, they do not want requestor have the ability to delete docs that uploaded to the project/issue/request. we do not want to change it in 'Acccess levels' because it will effect the other group. so does anyone know the other method to set the authority to prevent requestor to delete docs, they only can upload the docs but can not delete it.

Using the Analytics tile I am able to measure and provide a goal to our Account team of "Projects completed on time". I would like to create a similar goal for our designers and writers - preferably "Tasks completed on time". However, after submitting a Support ticket and speaking to someone this is not a measure offered in Analytics or in Workfront. So, my quesion what measurable goal(s) do you provide to your designers and writers?   Please know we are an internal creative group and do not bill back to our clients. Thank you for your help!
