Hi. We have a Marketo form here using a SendSafely file-upload field and it's working fine. But all the uploaded files are later accessed via a link. Is there a way we could have the uploaded files attached in the email alert Marketo send us? On this email alert (form submission) we see all the details coming from the form. such as the person's First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Your Message, etc,, and a link to access the uploaded files. We would prefer, instead of the link, to have the files all attached in this email alert. Does anyone know if that is possible? thanks

Hi all, I'm trying to create a segment containing 500 specific customer tracking IDs. Is there a way to upload a file containing the IDs instead of doing it one by one. Alternatively, if a segment is created based on customer demographics, is there a way to export all those tracking IDs into a file? AKA Creating a group of 500 customers in Adobe to then have that exported. In the future, these custom segments are set to increase in number.    Thanks!

On authoring a customized component dialog, component does not render on click of done in the dialog.It renders fine only after reloading the page. What can be the possible fix?Thanks in advance

Hello campaign experts, I'm trying to load a .CSV file produced by Adobe campaign extract process then load it into an Oracle table via SQL Loader utility but running into challenges populating the table with "" strings in fields. the extract file produce fields with a set of a double quotes around it.   Current output .CSV data: "njpottery@yahoo.com","03/09/2023 09:00:45","712405,03/09/2023 09:00:45","Y"   Desired output .CSV data: njpottery@yahoo.com,03/09/2023 09:00:45,712405,03/09/2023 09:00:45,Y   Any suggestion on how to achieve the desired output result is greatly appreciated.       Thanks, Sof    

Can you add a date range inside a segment so that the Visits for an eVar only show up during that time frame? A zero value shows up when you change the Workspace date range to be different from the one inside the segment. 

I need some help understanding how to structure a workflow for teams that self-assign work. I'm trying to set up a process where when Task A is completed, the Design Team gets notified that Task B is ready to start. Somebody from the Design Team would then assign the task to themself along with the rest of the tasks in that project for the Design role.   I've tried experimenting with assigning tasks to teams in Workfront, but it seems like the team only gets notified when the project is activated and they do NOT get notified when any task predecessors are complete.   How would I build this in Workfront?

Hello everyone,   Our forms are being embedded on our page. Now we are wanting to change the style of the marketo dropdown field to follow out Brand design scheme. We have partially been successful, as we were able to change the field. The issue that we are facing right now is when the dropdown field is in an open state, the container around the <option> tags look different. We have tried many ways to change this, is there any suggestions how to tackle this issue?   Below are images viewed on a desktop and on Edge:    

Background - I am setting up an alert to see if the tracking is broken for certain products. I have set up the following alert conditions: The alert preview is showing that it would have triggered 9 times in the last 30 days However, the data in Adobe Analytics indicates it should have triggered 18 times.  What can I do to set up this alert to be accurate?

Hello, Back again with another Velocity question I can't seem to find any existing documentation for. We have a custom object that basically houses all individual data about a user in our system (let's call it customerInfo) and we have a fair number of cases where we have multiple customers with entries under a single email. So one email might have multiple instances in the single object.We have product emails that go out when someone opens a new product and so to do personalization, we'd like to be able to include the name of the person who opened the product. On the Smart List side, I'd use the "customerInfo Object was Updated" trigger with the Constraint of "Product Opening Date In Past 48 Hours", but is there a similar way within Velocity scripts so I could do the above and output the Customer Name who actually opened the product?

We have random attributes / audiences that different individuals at our company use for their very specific a/b tests. But we just started using Adobe's ML for auto-target / auto-personalization and want to Globally Block any attributes from our end to feed into Adobe's model globally. How do we do this in a way that ensures no future attributes/audiences that someone in our company adds get sent to Adobe's model globally?   Then, for the specific activities we make for auto-target/auto-personalization we want to upload an ALLOW list via the API with ONLY the attributes that we deem relevant. How do we do this?

We have a client requirement to create a report that lists all assets and their metadata that also shows the pages it's being used. We can see that on individual assets properties panel, but is there an OOB API to get the list so that we can loop through each asset and report the referenced pages We need to build/export report like:asset id | aseet name | impressions | referenced pages

Hello all, I'm looking to report user hours for a given month, based on hours they logged for work they completed during that month, NOT based on the entry dates taking place that month.   For example, we gave users until March 7th to log February hours, but the hours report options for dates seem to be for entry dates. If a person went in on March 6th to log hours spent during February, I want to see that in my February hours report.     Am I missing a report parameter I can set? Suggestions?   Thank you!

Hey all! We recently changed our domains and everything looks correctly configured in Marketo and with CNAME but we are now getting an error when submitting forms. Sometimes they submit, and sometimes we get the "Submission Failed, Please Try Again Later" message. It looks like a CORS issue with XML. Here is our error log:   "Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'discover.sago.com/index.php/leadCapture/save2' from origin 'https://discover.schlesingergroup.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."   Has anyone solved this previously?

Hi AEM Community,   I have done some findings that AEM only accepts long date format (YYYY-MM-DDT00:00:00.000-05:00) as "Date" Data Type for the node. Is there any configuration that can be done to store Simple Date Format (“YYYY/MM/DD”) as "Date" Data Type? Is there an alternative other than storing the node field as String to store the Simple Date Format? The reason is I am using this Date for the Query Builder API and using it as String won't allow me to query as "daterange" or "relativedaterange" to do the query operations. Any suggestions and best practice to address this issue would really be appreciated.   Best Regards, Anish

We have set up a Marketo audience to be shared and hopefully used in Adobe Target. We followed these instructions - Send a List to Adobe Experience Cloud | Adobe Marketo Engage.  After submitting the audience setup in Marketo, it said the audience was sent to Audience Manager. We do not have audience manager.  Where and how do I find the audience from Marketo in Target?   Thanks, ~John

UPD: the "Correct answer" I chose doesn't solve my problem, in fact nothing does -- but it's the best breakdown of how not to end up in my situation. Don't make my mistakes, don't hardcode things in mktModules that will likely change.  -- Hi all! It's a known thing that changes released in an Email Template don't apply to emails previously created using this template. An approval is not enough (AFAIK unless it's a CSS change), you need to manually insert the updated module in each email again.   Does anyone know a workaround for that?  We recently changed the headquarters address and it was always a hardcoded line in our emails. Is there an alternative to manually editing each of the emails that are in rotation? I've spent the afternoon pouring through some discussion posts here trying to solve this myself, but I think I'm hitting the point where I'll benefit from just asking.   I'm trying to use dynamically insert data (the Service Start Date) from the Opportunity Object into the body of an email, however multiple Opps exist on these records so I'm trying to isolate a specific one -- by either the Opp Type (preferred) or Stage (backup if Type won't work). From what I've read, I believe I need to us a foreach to sort through the Opportunities, but my filter must be incorrect because it's disregarding the stage/type and still selecting the most recent Opp.    Here's what I have:    #set( $SSDate = "Unavailable" ) #foreach( $Opportunity in $OpportunityList ) #if( $Opportunity.Stage.equals("Closed Won") ) #set( $SSDate = $OpportunityList.Service_Start_Date__c ) #break #end #end ${SSDate}   I'm a little new to VTL so I hope I've interpreted other posts correctly. question: I have an instance where once I submit the order and complete the purchase and then go back to buy another product in the same session. The previous product values persist in the order checkout. i.e in the s.productsI am clearing the variables after the checkout. Not sure what could be the bug. If I open a new session then that issue does not occur. It occurs if I am using the same browser window.Below are the screenshots of my current checkout rule (edited)      

Hi folks,   I'd like to send an email to 50% of the audience on Feb 23, and the rest 50% on Feb 24 to test out which date works better.  So, there will be a "winner", but nobody will received it as it's a date rather than an email.   Will the following settings do that for me? Or, will it send the email out to 25% on Feb 23 and 25% on 24, and leave the rest 50% of audience receiving nothing but waiting for my mannual "winner"?   Thanks!

Hello experts, I ran into a problem in the reporting part of Adobe Campaign Classic. If we refer to the definition, the reactivity rate is supposed to be "the ratio of the number of targeted recipients who clicked in a delivery at least once compared to the estimated number of targeted recipients who opened a delivery at least once." But after some calculations, it looks like it's the ratio between the targeted recipients who clicked in a delivery at least once compared to the success deliveries. Is that normal ? Is the definition false or a problem of calculations in the reporting of Adobe Campaign Classic ?Best regards, Hugo

I am trying to do an A/B Test (on subject line) but the list is larger than our send limit. I upped the limit for member and ran that.  I adjusted the test % to ensure that the winning send # was under our send limit, but the send failed. Is there a way to increase the send limit in an A/B Test please?
