Hello, this past Monday (3/6/2023) I noticed that my workfront was acting fussier than normal. Whenever I try sort my folders or proofs by name (all files and folders have their project number as a prefix) it just moves them around seemingly at random.   For example, I might open the project folder and see all the inner folders are sorted [1, 3, 5, 4, 6, 2] etc. Since it's easier to find a specific folder number when they're in sequential order, I click on "name" (see image). Now, before this past Monday, Workfront would have sorted the folders to [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6] etc.  Instead, it sorts them [1, 4, 2, 5, 6, 3] and clicking "name" again just throws the files back to how they were originally or will, on occasion, throw them into a different order. No matter how many times I try to sort, refresh workfront, log in/out, etc. it will not sort any files or folders sequentially.   We're also experiencing issues with the sort not working on dues dates, at all. I'm running into a major issue with the way Marketo is handling lead conversion in SFDC.    The lead syncs over fine, but when the lead is converted, rather than changing the type from lead to contact, Marketing is creating a duplicate record.  This leaves us with a person linked to an old lead and a person linked to the new contact.  It's obviously causing a huge issue with our data integrity.   From my understanding, this isn't how Marketo should work with the SFDC sync.  Has anyone experienced this and know of a solution?  Thanks!

I am setting the session timeout to 15 minutes (via the Apache Felix Jetty Based Http Service configuration).  However, the call to /libs/granite/csrf/token.json every 5 minutes seems to be keeping it active.  Should I adjust how often token.json is called?

  There is a mention of a 10 job limit (2 concurrently running, 8 enqueued) mentioned when their is discussion about the Extract API REST endpoint, and the Import API endpoint. What isn't clear though is if these are shared or separate?  Does anyone know the answer? For example:  If I enqueue 4 export jobs, does that mean I can only enqueue 6 import jobs? Or do each endpoint get a 10 job limit?

I raised a ticket with support on this but so far have not had luck, so hoping the community may able to help me identify the issue.   In my sandbox environment, I am testing some interesting moments. I can see that the Interesting moment fields are getting updated with the milestones I sent over in SFDC, but the  visual component is showing there are no interesting moments to display.    Has anyone come across this issue? How do i format this date /Date(1675832400000-0500)/ in Fusion?

  I am uploading the JSON. Based on this JSON other components fields are getting update. When I am opening the dialog values are coming from the uploaded JSON, which is correct . if I am changing dialogs value and saving the dialog , then again on the page values are coming from the JSON. Requirement is dialog values should get update from the JSON and if user wants to change the dialog value , they can change as well. Both the cases should work.

I used the OOB functionality to create a custom rendition of 300*300 jpeg image as below with .jpeg extension.     And the rendition is being created for an image as below as expected. The custom rendition is created as 300*300 with jpeg extension. Can someone help me figure out how I can create this rendition with .jpg instead of .jpeg extension?  

Hi folks, I may have a special challenge regarding the installation of packages via curl command in AEM 6.5 (on prem). There are many posts related to "how to curl", but none fitting to this problem.   We use this shell commands in a script for uploading - and in an later step - installing packages.   curl -u $user:$pwd -F package=@"/${package_name}" -F force=true http://$host:$port/crx/packmgr/service/.json/?cmd=upload    curl -u $user:$pwd -X POST http://$host:$port/crx/packmgr/service/.json/etc/packages/xxx/<package_name>?cmd=install --progress-bar   This works smooth as butter so far.    But recently we are working on a new site and the new created package from our development is like a main-package. By this I mean, we can upload and install this package in the packet-manager via curl, but when I look at the result afterwards, there are 5 more sub-packages, that are NOT installed automatically. Hi we have a number of profile enabled dataset, with the upsert mode on.   We ingest some data in these dataset and we see that the data load is successfull. Nevertless we get, from the dataset dashboard, that 0 fragment are inserted or updated.   How this can be? Is a UI bug or there is something wrong with our datasets?   Thanks Fabio

Hello, We are currently leveraging Customer Attributes for Target. We set the ID via the ECID services (visitor.js). We are looking at migrating to the Web SDK (alloy.js).   I understand the concept of Identity Maps using the SDK. However, I want to ensure that Customer Attributes will continue to function as expected for Target. For example, say I have a Customer Attributes setup with an integration code of "customUserId". I am currently using the ECID Extension in Launch to set this ID using the "Set Customer IDs" Action and "customUserId" integration code. If I create a custom namespace matching the integration code from Customer Attributes ("customUserId") and, using the SDK, set the ID under the "customUserId" namespace of the indentityMap, will the Customer Attributes data continue to be available in Target? That is, is there a more or less direct migration path from the "Integration Codes" in the ECID extension to Identity Maps in the SDK/AEP?   Thanks.

First of all, really sorry for the inconvenience but I have a problem to solve: - I need to create a Website with Private Area + Public Area.   The first step to access the private area is a registration form for external users. After a user confirmation email created, this user has a user/jcr account (maybe?) to access the AEM instance on the Site Private Area. The Public Area don't have any special requirement. You can access it as anonymous user.   What is the AEM best approach to do that?   TBH: - I really want to use the AEM users capabilities, so I don't want to create from scratch any authentication mechanism. Additional info: - I already work with Liferay DX Custom Users Form regstration, same to the HCL DX local user table. Hi Workfront Community!   I have been working on an Issue Report for a team that self-assigns their work. Ideally, the report would show issues with the specific team and job roles assigned. Once the user (with the correct job role) assigns themselves, it would no longer appear on the report. The issue is sometimes these issues will have other folks assigned to them as well. I have been trying to leverage the Assignments options, but they don't seem to work. Current filters are below with IDs replaced by usable information:   assignmentsTeamsMM:ID="Team assigned to the Issues"assignmentsTeamsMM:ID_Mod=inassignmentsUsersMM:roleID="Job Role 1" "Job Role 2"assignmentsUsersMM:roleID_Mod=notinstatus=CLS DED DUPstatus_Mod=notin   This looks like it should grab issues with the specified Team assigned and then it should look at the Users in the Assignments list and filter out issues if any have the specified roles, but it doesn't seem to work. I have a custom rendition created for jpeg image in AEM and programmatically I am trying to get that rendition as a stream. I can see this rendition exist in the image node, but when I try to get it as input steam , I get null pointer exception.   final Asset asset = DamUtil.resolveToAsset(resource); InputStream in = asset.getRendition("cq5dam.web.300.300.jpeg").getStream();   Same code works for png rendition. final Asset asset = DamUtil.resolveToAsset(resource); InputStream in = asset.getRendition("cq5dam.thumbnail.319.319.png").getStream();   Anyone know why is the difference and why it is failing for jpeg image?

Hi All,   I'm coming from Lythos (InMotion Now) and their task view for work is very nice. You can view by upcoming, in progress, in review, and completed at the task level. You can also change that view to be in a Kanban board view, which my design team found very helpful. Now that I'm working in Workfront, the main page/task page is lacking these options and just feels/is messy. For example, something that is in proof review stays at the top of the list pushing all other tasks down, and when you have a lot of work in different projects going on it would be nice to see what's in review/proof separate from work that's in progress or upcoming. I'm wondering if there is a better way to achieve this? I've looked into Boards, which seemed promising, but you have to manually add tasks vs them auto-populating into the correct column.   Just looking to help my team view their work in a more manageable way.   Thanks!

I recently came across a scenario where a client wants all their 100K accounts to be marked as named accounts so they "all" can be associated with their Account scoring mechanism. Named accounts are essentially those companies you are targeting and the TAM feature allows you to add named accounts in the following ways: Discover from CRM accounts Discover Marketo companies Import a list of named accounts Create a named account But currently, there is no feature available as of now to mark all the existing accounts as named accounts. Importing a consolidated list is a workaround but it creates certain dependencies on CRM admin for validating and mapping the accounts data at both ends.   There must be a reason why select all feature is not available as a default. Reaching out to understand if anyone faced this challenge somehow or if should we consider using all existing accounts as named accounts.

Hi All,   We have a mobile app that tracks traffic data in Adobe Analytics. Within the app, we render native app content and webviews of a few webpages.   We use appendVisitorIDsTo() for cross-domain tracking and make sure visitors are not identified twice. Although the native app content is appending the ECID to the destination URL (of the webviews) as expected - we confirmed by seeing Charles proxy session, we still see that a new ECID is being created on webviews.   Can you guide or point me to the root cause for this issue? Hi all,   We have an engagement program with Stream 1 having 7 emails. We'd like to have Stream 2 having same content as Stream 1 and members of stream 1 who all received all content and didn't open any email should start receiving emails from Stream 2. Basically, we're re-targeting non-openers of stream 1 by sending the same content again using another stream.   When we created Stream 2 and transitioned non-openers of stream 1 - they didn't receive first email and it says Content Exhausted.    Please suggest how to make non-openers of stream 1 receive the same content again using another stream?

Dear community,I'm trying to integrate the spa page with Adobe Client Data Layer. Before adopting SPA project, I used "com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.models.datalayer.ComponentData" in SlingModels, and set relevant information with DataLayerBuilder. In so doing I can use htl to embed data layer in my component html like this:      <a data-cmp-data-layer="${item.componentData.json}" href="#" ></a>   Since SPA page development doesn't require htl, is ACDL still an option to collect page data? Or is there any package can handle this?Thanks in advance!

It's been around 30 mins, and I still don't see the AAM segment show up in the Audiences tab of segment workflow UI. I am probably just a bit eager, but when should I expect to see the segment show up?   Thanks, Alan
