Hi,Customer wants to configure Asset Insights to track the image activities in 3rd party websites. So referred this document https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/manage/assets-insights.html?lang=en which has clear picture on configuring the insights and adding the scripts.Similarly, they want to track the assets used in mobile applications. Is it possible to integrate asset insights to mobile applications? How can we integrate insights to mobile applications? Should we follow the same steps followed for websites?   Thank you

Hi Workfront Community!   I have been working on an Issue Report for a team that self-assigns their work. Ideally, the report would show issues with the specific team and job roles assigned. Once the user (with the correct job role) assigns themselves, it would no longer appear on the report. The issue is sometimes these issues will have other folks assigned to them as well. I have been trying to leverage the Assignments options, but they don't seem to work. Current filters are below with IDs replaced by usable information:   assignmentsTeamsMM:ID="Team assigned to the Issues"assignmentsTeamsMM:ID_Mod=inassignmentsUsersMM:roleID="Job Role 1" "Job Role 2"assignmentsUsersMM:roleID_Mod=notinstatus=CLS DED DUPstatus_Mod=notin   This looks like it should grab issues with the specified Team assigned and then it should look at the Users in the Assignments list and filter out issues if any have the specified roles, but it doesn't seem to work. I have a custom rendition created for jpeg image in AEM and programmatically I am trying to get that rendition as a stream. I can see this rendition exist in the image node, but when I try to get it as input steam , I get null pointer exception.   final Asset asset = DamUtil.resolveToAsset(resource); InputStream in = asset.getRendition("cq5dam.web.300.300.jpeg").getStream();   Same code works for png rendition. final Asset asset = DamUtil.resolveToAsset(resource); InputStream in = asset.getRendition("cq5dam.thumbnail.319.319.png").getStream();   Anyone know why is the difference and why it is failing for jpeg image?

Hi All,   I'm coming from Lythos (InMotion Now) and their task view for work is very nice. You can view by upcoming, in progress, in review, and completed at the task level. You can also change that view to be in a Kanban board view, which my design team found very helpful. Now that I'm working in Workfront, the main page/task page is lacking these options and just feels/is messy. For example, something that is in proof review stays at the top of the list pushing all other tasks down, and when you have a lot of work in different projects going on it would be nice to see what's in review/proof separate from work that's in progress or upcoming. I'm wondering if there is a better way to achieve this? I've looked into Boards, which seemed promising, but you have to manually add tasks vs them auto-populating into the correct column.   Just looking to help my team view their work in a more manageable way.   Thanks!

I recently came across a scenario where a client wants all their 100K accounts to be marked as named accounts so they "all" can be associated with their Account scoring mechanism. Named accounts are essentially those companies you are targeting and the TAM feature allows you to add named accounts in the following ways: Discover from CRM accounts Discover Marketo companies Import a list of named accounts Create a named account But currently, there is no feature available as of now to mark all the existing accounts as named accounts. Importing a consolidated list is a workaround but it creates certain dependencies on CRM admin for validating and mapping the accounts data at both ends.   There must be a reason why select all feature is not available as a default. Reaching out to understand if anyone faced this challenge somehow or if should we consider using all existing accounts as named accounts.

Hi All,   We have a mobile app that tracks traffic data in Adobe Analytics. Within the app, we render native app content and webviews of a few webpages.   We use appendVisitorIDsTo() for cross-domain tracking and make sure visitors are not identified twice. Although the native app content is appending the ECID to the destination URL (of the webviews) as expected - we confirmed by seeing Charles proxy session, we still see that a new ECID is being created on webviews.   Can you guide or point me to the root cause for this issue? Hi all,   We have an engagement program with Stream 1 having 7 emails. We'd like to have Stream 2 having same content as Stream 1 and members of stream 1 who all received all content and didn't open any email should start receiving emails from Stream 2. Basically, we're re-targeting non-openers of stream 1 by sending the same content again using another stream.   When we created Stream 2 and transitioned non-openers of stream 1 - they didn't receive first email and it says Content Exhausted.    Please suggest how to make non-openers of stream 1 receive the same content again using another stream?

Dear community,I'm trying to integrate the spa page with Adobe Client Data Layer. Before adopting SPA project, I used "com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.models.datalayer.ComponentData" in SlingModels, and set relevant information with DataLayerBuilder. In so doing I can use htl to embed data layer in my component html like this:      <a data-cmp-data-layer="${item.componentData.json}" href="#" ></a>   Since SPA page development doesn't require htl, is ACDL still an option to collect page data? Or is there any package can handle this?Thanks in advance!

It's been around 30 mins, and I still don't see the AAM segment show up in the Audiences tab of segment workflow UI. I am probably just a bit eager, but when should I expect to see the segment show up?   Thanks, Alan

Hi,   I am trying to grab a string from a digitalData datalayer event and pass that to a a JS/jQuery "Custom Code" Data Element. Hi We have published AB Test a month ago and the report shows version A more displayed than B with a significative gap (75 vs 25 on 100 visits). How to explain this behavior since the activity is set with a 50/50 split. Can it be resolved automaticaly with an additionnal month running with same quantity of visits ? Can it be forced to get more or less same number of impression at the end ? Thx

Hello friends.  I'm testing out a Workfront Proofs workflow.  I unchecked the "Require login" box in the proofing viewer settings and checked the box for "Allow sharing proof via public URL."  When I copy the link it gives me and paste it in my browser it takes me to the Workfront login screen.   I thought you could share a proofs link with someone who is a non-workfront user for them to review and make comments.  Is that possible?

Does anyone use "Activity Logged" as a filter in a Smart List determine if a contact/lead is active or engaged or not? It seems problematic as it appears that a lot of things that have little to do with engagement are logged. I am working with an inherited instance of Marketo and there is a smart list of "All Marketable Persons - Active Past 12 Months" and it uses that as a filter (among others that are valid.)   Does anyone have a smart list to create a list engaged contacts they'd be willing to share?

If there a way to see assignments made in Boards in Workload Balancer?  I can see the assignment in the task list, but it doesn't include the planned hours entered in the estimated time field of the board

Hi,    Can anyone share in this thread the best practices that your client / organization uses when it comes to writer using proofing?    Our client prefers to use sharepoint separately from the proofing tools since the tool will only capture a picture of the word document and the document will not be editable.    I know that we can share a sharepoint url inside the proof and make it interactive. However the whole thing seems not feasible since the system is quite laggy when it comes to the interactive url and it won't allow us to keep track of the changes especially when we wanna use the compare version feature.    I appreciate any input from anyone. Let's make this thread a sharing space on how do u use proofing for writers.    Thanks! Taufiq

Hello All,   I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone has had experience with A/B Testing (Classic v7) to send the winning delivery that would track the highest clicks of a specific URL.  Right now we are running a A/B test on Headlines (Subject Line) and are using the JavaScript Activity with Adobes Use Case JS code to determine the winning Delivery   Adobe JS:   For example if we have 2 (up to 4) deliveries would it be possible to edit the JS to look for specific URL Links (i.e. Article Links, Advertisement Links, etc.) for clicks to determine which delivery would be the winner (instead of overall opens/clicks) and sent out to the rest of the audience?  This test was recently brought to my attention and I figured I'd reach out for everyone's thoughts as I continue my research.   Thanks all, feel free to reach out with any questions.   Shaun

However, these files do not always have a common ending but the beginning does.   For example: TEST_FILES_DD_MM_YYYY The * or % character after "TEST_FILES" does not work. Can you help me please ?

Hi, I am new to Adobe Target. I have done the direct integration of AEM with Adobe Target with out using launch, I have used IMS config. Then we created few activities and used audiences like Users from India, Chrome Users etc. and made the changes in webpages respective to audience. After activating the Activities when we check using Activity QA URL we don't see the changes according to the audience. We see mbox call in network tab and its not failing, no console errors. AtJs is loading. Are we missing something here? due to which we are able to see personalized content.
