I want to be able to measure the conversion rate for visits that saw a given Target Activity, say "Target Test > Experience A". I can include the Target Activity > Experience dimension in my segment, but that value persists for a user for 90 days from the last activity they had where a target activity existed, meaning target activities can persist indefinitely if the user is frequent on the site.What I want to be able to do is to segment to visits that contain a hit where "Target Test > Experience A" AND Activity Impression exists. This gives me just visits on which the user was presented with the given activity. Why is this not possible, and is there a workaround?

On my site users are able to use filters to filter products by color, size, price etc...Currently, each time a user checks a filter, the page reloads and an evar is set with the value of the filter.For example : evar10 = `color`(if the user filtered by color) or evar10=`size` (if the user filtered by size) The evar allocation is original (first) and expiration is set to visit. Now, I am not sure if this implementation meets my needs.I want to be able to know how many page views loaded with evar10 set to `size`as opposed to `color``.There are no events fired along with the evar. If a user, in the same session, activates multiple filters, for example `color`, then `size`...is that correct that, because of the evar allocation set to original, the second filter selected would NOT show in my reports?   

Curious question, is it possible to get a number of Visits between two conditions/events happen.   Let's say the a user comes to the website through a campaign click-through and an eventual conversion that can happen n Visits from that. Now, ideally we can create a calculated metric to calculate an average number of visits to achieve a specific milestone.   Oviously, I might be able to use Launch for this, but is there anything coming out of the box that could help answer this question?

How do I use Variables and Offer Priority score while creating expression to assign ranking formula

I have a route in my scenario where the objective is to truncate all strings in a column that are 2000 characters or greater, and I'm hoping someone can suggest a more elegant solution. Right now, I use a Search module as the first module in the route and it is searching just for ANY entry in the datastore that has a unique key (i.e. EVERY row in the data store).   Then I tried to use an iterator module to go through - what I'd thought was -  every search result, and only if the string is 2000+ chars - depending on the row type  - a type-specific variable would be set to create a truncated string to ultimately overwrite the value in the original string field of the datastore.  However this approach has produced very problematic results. I learned that the iterator module processed each search result in an array separately, creating individual bundles. And the bundles kept on proliferating so that even if there were 161 rows in the datastore,

Hi all  I am desperate to find a way to automatically send our registration list to sales once our trigger updates the contacts' status to 'no show' and 'attended'.  I already have smart list subscriptions set up on a daily basis, so sales can see who signed up the previous day before.  However, I would like to be able to send the full Excel registration list as soon as the webinar has taken place. Is there any way? Hello ,Am sending push notifications through a journey. The notifications are being sent and show as successfully delivered in the Sending Statistics section of the journey report. However, I am not seeing any tracking statistics—such as Clicks, CTR, Unique Clicks, or Push Custom Actions. The Tracking Statistics table remains empty for all push actions.Has anyone experienced this issue or can suggest additional troubleshooting steps?Are there any specific configurations or common pitfalls that could prevent tracking events from appearing, even when push notifications are delivered?ThanksAJODev

Is it possible to have a request queue and within the custom form there is a question (let's say 'yes' or 'no'), if Yes is selected a second custom form is attached to the request. I am not looking for display logic to appear within the original custom form, I need it to be a separate custom form which can be completed at the time of the original request. For example, I am submitting a request using Form1. In Form1 there is a question to which I reply Yes. Because I selected Yes, Form2 appears under Form1 for me to complete. Could this be achieved creating a Fusion scenario? Thanks

I am prepping for our renewal which will move us to the new licensing model.   For the Prime package, I understand that an External User can have up to 5 proof decisions per month. We currently have a good amount of external vendors receiving proofs that far exceeds the 5 decisions allowed per month. If I downgrade them from a "reviewer and approver" to just "reviewer", which removes the ability to make a decision, will that allow me to avoid upgrading them to a paid seat?   Thank you in advance!

I have a user report that filters by the "Work" license type. Our Workfront license renewed on Monday and changed to the Prime license model, and that report is no longer working properly.licenseType=T licenseType_Mod=inI looked at the API, but do not see the updated licenses. Does anyone know where I can find the values for the new licenses - Standard, Light, Contributor? The users that should be showing on the report currently have a Standard license, with "Worker" access level.Thanks!

Hello,I have a request form that select users can fill out and submit.  We don't want them to be able to submit the form if they can't answer 'yes' to a few select questions.  Is there a way to prevent users from submitting the request based on their answers? Thanks!

A user left our organization and I want to move all of their assigned tasks to a new user who is taking over their position. Is there a way to do this all at once without having to make the switch project by project? The projects they are in have many different names so I can't use the "name contains" feature for bulk assignments from the workload balancer. 

Hello:) In the Custom Form I have Multi-select dropdown field 'Risks / Issues', then the next field is Single Line text 'Comments' How to write formula that if you select in the 'Risks / Issues' 'no risks/ issues' then in the 'Comments' field will appear n/a text. Otherwise leave empty.  I tried this one in the Comments field: IF({DE:Risks / Issues}="n/a", "n/a", "")but doesn't work  Can someone please help  Thanks, Mariola

All of the scheduled Data Feed Jobs failed for me on 19 May 2025.I got to know from fellow data feed users from other org as well.Although, it was easy to re-run and fix it. (Send the data for that particular day again)But, is there an official statement about the root cause of this issue?

I am currently using the PDF EMBED API "adobeDCView " and I works fine for the first time I execute it, but when I come back to view another PDF it shows nothing.  When I execute it in DEBUG mode it works on the second PDF some times depending on how much time I spend in DEBUG before it is called the second time.  It seems to me to be either a timing issue or the data held by adobeDCView is not being cleared. Is there a "CLEAR" function or what needs to be reset?  I have tried resetting all VARs before requesting another view, no help. For clarification, my website is a PHP app that displays a set of buttons to select different categories of PDFs.  When the button is clicked it goes to new page passing the selected category.  That page will retrieve a an item from an sql database which contains the PDF info like filename and filepath which are then passed to the adobeDCView.  After viewing the first PDF the user clicks on a "Back to Menu" button

we have to implement a journey where we have to limit the profiles based on the conditions. but when we test the journey with different audience count , its not limiting the profiles according to the mentioned count.we can see in the adobe documentation saying , For live journeys, here are the thresholds to consider to ensure the limit is reached: For a cap greater than 10,000, the number of distinct profiles to be injected must be at least 1.3 times the cap.For a cap below 10,000, the number of distinct profiles to be injected must be 1000 plus the cap. but when we tested the profile cap through different audience count , the count of profiles which it's limiting is not consistent and its not according to the above threshold rules.please find the attached analysis on the same. Could you please confirm on the threshold rules  and the behavior of the journey interms of limiting profiles according to the count.
