Hi Folks, I’m considering hosting a one hour workshop in which participants can choose and migrate some of their own data (Projects, Tasks, Users, etc) and/or configuration (Custom Forms, Reports, Dashboards, etc) between two of their environments (eg Sandbox to Prod, or Prod to Sandbox, or Prod to SB01, etc). Would you be interested, and if so, what usecase(s) would you test? Regards,Doug

We would like to know if anybody come across issue after installing SP1 on AEM 6.5. Issue we are noticing is some core service bundles are not gettingstarted (Installed State), specifically WCM Projects - Core Bundle (com.adobe.cq.com.adobe.cq.projects.wcm.core) and We.Retail - Core (com.adobe.cq.sample.we.retail.core)...end result is compilation error in core components when we.retail page is invoked.Any suggestions or pointers to resolve?Thanks

I am unable to find any documentation so i'm assuming Adobe has a different name for it.For reference here is a fairly succinct definition:A preheader is the short summary text that follows the subject line when an email is viewed in the inbox. I am working on AEM 6.5 and am trying to open a new URL after form/data submission. How to find/track the click sequence of users after searching a term/from the search result page? I can see many searches for a query and the engagement rate is 95%, but the conversion is very low, so is there any option/setup to track the click sequence after the users landed in the search result page of my ecommerce store  

I'm trying to figure out if AEM Desktop can be used to manage content fragments in AEM, including bulk updates via CSV files. My use case involves editors needing to update hundreds of content fragments at once. I've looked through the documentation, but I couldn't find any information on content fragments. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this before and if there are any prerequisites that I need to know about before attempting to do so. Any insights or tips on this would be greatly appreciated!

I have some custom visitor profile attributes set up in Target audiences and I am trying to figure out within the adobe debugger or developer tools on the browser how can I validate and see what profile attributes I qualify for when going to a webpage?   Thanks, ~John

Hi AEM Community,   I have the below issue -   For the Dynamic Media Component(OOTB), the JSON (dict. langcode.json)file is loading on the dispatcher and live pages for the Production environment. And it is loading a huge file of about 2,2 MB text file (uncompressed) with translations that might be useful for content authors but do not seem to be bringing anything to actual users of websites.   How can we do that dict. langcode.json not to load for the actual users of websites?            

Hi everyone. In my company I was requested to implement Adobe Analytics on mobile, using the correspondent SDK. So far, I have been able to connect it properly, but I am unaware on how is the process of sending data from the app to AA. I have been using Launch for mobile settings, and I am aware that for mobile that is not the way, but I think I do not fully understand what to do next.  When tagging events and sending them through the code in the app would be enough for Adobe to retrieve them? How do I map metrics and dimensions from these? Or what needs to be done from the Adobe side to make it happen? Is it through a schema and a datastream?   In my web applications, I have a dataLayer with information about the app's name and team it belongs to. Hi all,  Not sure if a similar question is already available but I'm not able to find a solution to this.  In my Adobe analytics report, I'm trying to create a sequential segmentation for two different Adobe Launch property (it is a web app, with two tag properties mobile sdk and web launch property) I would like to calculate successful login by using landing page. So, the login page is sitting on the app but upon login, it will redirect to a mobile in app browser. The login page is using mobile sdk property (For this, the event page and button click event are tagged) while the mobile in app browser landing page is using launch property (not web sdk).  When creating a segment for the login page (event page and login button clicks), the value that I'm getting is 40k for unique visitors. However, when I did a sequential segmentation together with the landing page, the value dropped to 80 unique visitors.  The unique visitors just for landing page alone amounts to 140k

I've got a Task report that displays tasks and sub tasks, and indicates whether or not a task is a task or a sub task, but I can't figure out how to easily sort the report so the tasks and sub tasks are listed together.  I tried grouping the report by task, and that doesn't combine the tasks and sub tasks either. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

I am running a variety of queries and I am trying to sort them by @6655266:score descending.  I am noticing that the queryBuilder is returning a value of 0.01 for all results.  This is true for me using fulltext search, tag based search, very simple searches with filters, and very complex searches.   How are you supposed to sort by relevance using the jcr:score property?   For reference, I can literally run any query on this sheet and everything comes back with 0.01 for the score: aem-links/querybuilder_cheatsheet.md at master · paulrohrbeck/aem-links (github.com)

Hello team, My team uses Layout Container component in editable template and it works as expected. For some scenario, we need to use the same Layout Container in static template. However, this component is not working as expected in static template. Since client expects that Layout container component should work in static template similar to how it works in Editable template. Is this possible?   Thanks

Hello,   I was wondering what is the best way to break up a multiple value eVar to do analysis on it? Would it be using "|" dividers? For example, if I had an active, expired, and total values I wanted attributed, could I do an example eVar value as "1 | 3 | 4", where 1 is active, 3 is expired, and 4 is total (expired + active)? Would there be a functional feature in segments in adobe workspace that could easily break up those evars into bucketed values?   Thanks.

Hi, My requirement is to generate a custom unique ID and save it in JCR on submission of dialog properties in "/content/dam".  I am planning to add a hidden field and write the logic in java for the same. I am working on one of the requirement where user will upload the pdf files from the local machine. PDF will get store in AEM DAM. Then PDF name will get display on the page.I have added the multifield in my component and I am using "cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload" to browse the PDF files from the local machine and this is working fine but PDF file's binary is not getting stored in the jcr:data so I am not able to store the PDF in DAM. When item0,item1 will get create at the node level that time PDF binary should get store in respective node. Is my approach correct or we can achieve this  without multifield? I need suggestion to work on this usecase.

I have a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form which integrates to Marketo.   I need some mandatory fields on LinkedIn, because Marketo>SFDC sync requires it.   However LinkedIn Forms   Do not provide more than 10 choices for custom question (we need more) Do not provide more than 3 custom questions (we need more) We tried to reduce the required custom questions which we can infer, however there is some data we need from the users (e.g. Product Interest) - and we cannot reduce the mandatory custom questions field to 3. We need at least 4.   Is there any possibility/workaround for this?

Hi, Does anyone know/has implemented something that helps you to fetch the runmode in backend code. SlingSettingsService has been deprecated. WCMMode doesn't work in this case as we need to check it on a editable template(structure), where wcmmode is disabled. Thanks!
