Hi Team,   This recommendation activity is using criteria user based > Recently Viewed Items. The issue is it doesn't return the recommendations. for one of page in application, report is showing 0 page views and 0 unique visitors but it shows some value for average time spent on this page. can you help why it is 0 views.   Updating Media

Hello,    I'm assisting a team with a possible issue they are trying to solve. They're wanting to do is pass various data fields (client id; tenant id, etc) from the their website (which sends a Transactional Message) via URL. They are hoping the data configured in the URL can be sent directly to Adobe Analytics.    Example: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/[clientid/[tenantId]    I think you can pass the URL as part of the CTX into Adobe Campaign, but my client is wondering is it a way for that data to go directly into Adobe Analytics for Reporting. In Adobe Campaign - this data would somehow be collected as part of the Click data that's capture by the Tracking logs.    Is there any material you can point me too to assist with this request?  

Hi, Can I integrate Workfront with Microsoft Sharepoint? I'd like to be able to pull in project status data from Workfront to Sharepoint. For example, if I have 5 projects in various stages, I'd like to pull that information to a Sharepoint site/page. 

Are users able to edit copy on a word doc uploaded to SharePoint directly in the Workfront app? Curious what benefit to users this integration provides--more specifically around copywriting/copy editing that we cannot currently do in app.

In the AEP > Customer > Identity UI, it is not possible to change the type of an existing Identity (let's say from "Cross-device ID" to "Non-people identifier", as an example).But can it be done with the identity API?

If updating a custom form will it change them for existing projects using the forms or are they already locked in once converted and the changes will only effect new requests/uses?

Hi, I'm trying to create config.author to enable printing CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) fonts in Assets annotation comments. AEM as a Cloud SDK version I'm using is from 2020 December. I know that we can set fonts easily by putting font files under crx-quickstart/fonts, but I'm not sure if we can include fonts stored under /apps/<myproject>. I need to create config.author and make it go through the CICD pipeline in Cloud Manager. Is it possible? Any ideas how to do it? Here's the node structure under /apps/<myproject> in my environment:  Properties for "com.day.cq.dam.handler.gibson.fontmanager.impl.FontManagerServiceImpl":  Properties for "com.day.cq.dam.core.impl.annotation.pdf.AnnotationPdfConfig":  I restarted my AEM instance but still not working... Thanks in advance 🙂

I am trying to delete components in any aem pages but its not get deleting, I don't know what happening.  Here i cliked on the delete option but the component is not getting deleted. This problem i am facing for all pages and for all components. there are not getting deleted when i clicked on delete.

I have some debug logs in AEM (AMS). I created new debug log files for my package in lower environments (dev and stage) to see all debug logs. In lower environments, there are no issues, but in production, Felix Console is disabled, and we cannot create any debug log files.   What is the process for enabling debug logs in the production environment? Can debug logs be seen in production?

Hello All,   I am on ACC v8 managed. I have created a WebApp, and try to log information in the WebApp Script Activity, using logInfo or logDebugMessage,    On Navigating to Home -> Monitoring -> Process List -> web@default, and putting the proper date parameters, I still don't see my logs printed there.consistently. Only on few occassions, I am able to see the log messages, but there is no pattern of it being visible there.   This happens both with logDebugMessage, and logInfo.   What would be a better method to log server side values for a WebApp, so that the issues can be debugged consistently ?   Regards, DG        

in aem dispatcher url a mp4 video to taking much time to load and the video is showing cache-control: no-cache, no-store, in network. this mp4 video is from aem assets. i think there is some issue with aem dispatcher cache configuration

I have say 15 pages under /content/project/target/* . Now all these 15 pages are using some hero image. What I want to do is download those hero images from those 15 pages into my local. Can someone suggest a way and also help with the relevant code/query ?NOTE : I don't want to go manual. Like take the path for the image hit it and download from assets. Instead I want some efficient way to do it so that in future if there are 1000 odd pages, I can use this technique.

The Problem When comparing our digital advertising metrics from the ad agency adserver against our Adobe Analytics campaign reports – Adobe Analytics is significantly higher.  Ad clicks should be in line with visits within a reasonable degree – and trend similarly.  They are not even close in our comparisons - with Adobe out pacing Ad metrics by a wide margin.  In investigating possible technical reasons for this difference we uncovered Online Ad & Email systems “Prefetch” actions a possible culprit.  If these systems are generating a prefetch site visit in Adobe Analytics without the Adserver recording a click – that could be an issue for Adobe Analytics and all website trackers.  It’s similar to a bot without any other site engagement.  It would greatly inflate visits and bounce rates with the artificial visit.   Has anyone seen site prefetching as an issue or solutioned a way to mitigate the problem?     Prefetching is when content is

AEM 6.3 by default restricts some characters in file name.How can I extend the restriction for a few more characters?

I have ten form fields that are simple Y/N answers (radio buttons) I am looking to have each question be scored as Y=1 N=0 and then pushed to a hidden field that holds the overall value, so if the user answers yes to 6 of the questions the score is tallied in the hidden and would = 6. The reason for this is because I am trying to get the total score at form submit so I can pass it to trigger dynamic content on the follow-up landing page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have around 150+ Segments and some of them are using non default merge policy. According to the Journey Optimizer processing. All those segments which are using non-default merger policy won't be able to use in the journeys. We need to identify these segments which are using non-default merge policy and change it to Default time based merge policy.  My question 1.  How to identify all the segment where the specific merge policy is used 2. How to replace the merge policy in bulk. Can we use API for this?   Regards, Vinod

Does anyone have any code that would allow a proof approval or document version report to filter and only show proofs where a specific stage was activated in the last day? I thought about using deadline but many users don't set them so that would pull in far too many.
