hello,   I'm working on an email that requires the click through of 1 cta to be different depending on the customer (2 options) I thought an easy way to do this might be to enrich the workflow with the URL using an IF, If customer is in this pool = www.URL1.com else www.URL2.com. Then populate that URL into the delivery by using this as a personalised field. I first populated into the CTA URL https:// then added the enriched URL as a personalised field. It doesnt work with this error - DLV-490261 Personalizing host in a tracked link requires tracking URL signing   Could someone suggest a way to make this work? it is something to do with the tracking but i cant figure it out. I can only add the https:// into the URL field because the www part is different on each of the variants.   thanks

We have a case where we want to assign multiple custom start/end dates to a single request/issue, and then assign to different staff (e.g. staff person 1 works on this from 12/1 to 12/3, then staff person 2 works on it from 12/4 to 12/6).  I realize that's not the way WF is designed to work, but it's very easy to admin this vs. creating 4 unique issues/tasks.  I can do this in a report, but the work assignments don't appear on the workload balancer.  Is there any way to get custom dates to show up on the workload balancer?  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi, We're looking at using our Adobe Analytics data piped directly into Tableau, using Cognetik's data connector;(Tableau Now Loves Cloud Data | Cognetik Cloud Connector).Which appears to work perfectly up to the point of bringing this in as a data source (connects to report suite, even returns the query into the preview pane), however when it comes to importing this we receive an error that indicates this has been blocked by our firewall.I've spoken to Cognetik who said this won't be their connection information, but rather Adobe, where the API will be sourced from.In order to whitelist this connection, our team need the following information;service: Should be something like TCP-447 or UDP-425 etc.source: would usually be an ip address so 101.200.200.150 or a domain name so cognetik.services.com etc (edited)destination: same as for source just a different addressWhere would I go about finding this info so I can provide it to the team?Thanks in advance,Chris

Hi,   Does Adobe Target Recommendation support importing of multiple feeds, each has the same product SKUs, but names and categories are in different languages? Such as: Feed 1: contains items for DE language. Feed 2: contains items for ES language. Feed 3: contains items for FR language. All of the above feeds have the same items, meaning we can find ids as ITEM.A to ITEM.Z for all feeds, but their names differ for each one. Is there a way to import language specific feed without overriding existing items?

Hello everyone.    I got some issues saving data inside Adobe Granite Cross-Origin Resource Sharing Policy in publish instance( http://<host>:<port>/system/console/configMgr > Adobe Granite Cross Origin Resource Sharing Policy ). I put an asterisk in the field "Allowed Origins" to allow any and saved but then came back to it and saw the field empty again. Any idea why it is behaving like that and what to do to save changes init? Thanks

Hello All,   We are a very large organization and have a lot of sites. Currently, we have a need to be able to see how many pages (approx.) are contained within a site so that we can better understand a percentage of how many pages are actually being used by visitors. We have custom dimensions where we can see all of the pages within the site, but that requires us first to drill down. This might be a long shot, but does anyone know of a way to create a custom metric that returns the number of pages that are on a site? Or possibly the number of a dimension items found within that segment or dimension? All ideas are welcome, thank you!

Hi, I am trying to add metrics to a schedule report already, I'm able to locate it under "Scheduled reports" to edit the emails, delivery dates ect. although when I try locating it under scheduled projects, workspace or dashboard I'm unable to locate it that report. Where would I be able to locate this report to add more data. 

I'm trying to group an issue report on the issue entry date by week (as in, the week the issue was entered). The default way of doing this (Groupings > Issue > Entry date and group by week) is almost perfect however because in WF the starting day of the week is a Sunday by default, i'm getting the week grouping date shown in the report to be 1 day earlier than i'd like. Does anyone know of a way using text mode or otherwise to change this? Or is the easiest way to use a calculated field on the entry date and group on that?

Hello All,   Does anyone have any insights into the difference between putting a dimension as the starting point of the Flow chart vs. Contains (mid-point?). I assumed that if a dimension item (in this case a custom dimension focused on a specific site), is placed as a starting point then it would show path views from those visitors who entered and started their visit within that dimension item.    However, if I compare two charts, one where the dimension item is placed as the starting point and one where the dimension item is placed in "contains", the number of entries and path views are significantly more for the one where it just "contains" the dimension item. I'm assuming I'm not understanding how the flow diagram works? Or maybe it's just our custom dimension? If anyone has any insights that be very much appreciated. Thank you!  

Hello, Due how our data is structured, we needed to use bridge Custom Objects to structure our data similar to this:Customer Profile (person data) --> CustomerLoans (the high-level data) --> Loans (the detaiils)By default, it seems that the Email Scripting can only access Custom Objects that link to a Lead. Is there any way to access that second level data or is it not possible to grab it at all?

Hi,    We are experiencing different results from our Local (fresh install) and our Staging environment.    The content structure is as follows: project_folder -> locale -> all locale content   This particular locale's language is Bengali, and the language for the locale folder is set to this. In local instance, certain dynamic terms like Months are automatically being translated. We want this feature in Stage/Prod, be we are not seeing the same automatic translations.    Keep in mind, our local instance is fresh and has no i18n dictionary for this project, so the translations are not coming from translations we have set up. There is clearly some default config or files that were included for the local install, but not configured or install for our Stage and Prod, or perhaps turned off. I would also like to add that I even tried searching for anything relating to Bengali translations on local and couldn't find anything.    Where would

AEM Version: 6.5.14I am trying to use custom font in AEM Forms.The font is included in AEM clientlibs but won't apply to forms in pages.I tried to apply font through the theme editor.For this I followed the Answer of this Question and also followed this blog.I checked the logs of the com.day.cq.dam.handler.gibson.fontmanager.impl.FontManagerServiceImpl class and found that my font is added to AEM as I can see its name in added fonts list but it didn't appear while selecting font-family in theme editorTried restarting but didn't work.I also added my custom font name in the "Adaptive Form and Interactive Communication Web Channel Theme Configuration.name" service which made my custom font name appear in the theme editor but applying the theme results the style to be "New Times Roman".Let me know if any other details are need.

I have installed XAMPP on my Windows 7 machine using the xampp-win32-1.8.2-0-VC9-installer.exe. However, when I try to start Apache from the XAMPP Control Panel, I get an error message saying "Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
