Hello,   Could some help me on the below and provide me with pointers. Hi all,   I've recently taken over a Marketo instance and I'm still learning the ropes. I have a couple of PDF assets that I need to replace but I can't seem to find them in design studio or elsewhere in Marketo. Is there anyway to search by their URL to find where they are being used and how I can go about replacing them?   Thank you!

Hi everyone,   I'm trying to set up a rather complex event campaign (or maybe I'm over-complicating it)   The event is held in 3 locations, A, B & C. A landing page with a Marketo form that lets them pick A, B or C. Their reply populates a marketo field which puts them in the corresponding Segment - at the same time, a confirmation email with dynamic content (based on their segmentation) is sent out - saying 'Thank you, we'll see you at location A (or B or C).   Here's where the problem starts, it appears Marketo doesn't get data from the Segmentations fast enough - the thank you reply email is always the previous selection every time I fill in the form. Eg, I fill in the form with location A, I get the default segmentation. Then I fill in with location B, I get the thank you email for location A. Then I fill in with location C, I get the thank you email for location B. My solution to this problem was adding a 2minute 'wait' step to my flow before the email send

Hello,as Adobe documentation says, AEM stage and prod Cloud environments are updated transparently on a regular basis, even once a day. Also AEM updates are performed independently from custom project code updates (please correct me if I'm wrong).If that's true - what would happen if some AEM update requires updates in project's code? How can we assure that our project is compatible with each AEM update, and prevent regression on PROD environment?For example, is there any extension/check point in AEM automatic updates process/pipeline that allows to perform custom functional tests on stage environment updated with NEWEST (updated)  AEM version, to make sure that everything works fine, BEFORE prod environment is updated with this newest AEM version?Regards.

Hi all, I have created two custom fields named, Custom Info Field_Str  Custom Info Field_Text The idea is to add these two fields into a Marketo form for specific events where we need to ask a specific question i.e. Dietary Requirement, Additional Comments, Travel Arrangements etc. Rather than creating a new field everytime or a new form everytime, I want to use these two fields in a form. But is there a way I can modify the field label at the form load, so that the using the same form and same fields, I can ask different questions at different event pages?

Hello! I am trying to search by user email address using the Workfront API. So far this is what I have:  https://<DOMAIN>.workfront.com/attask/api/v15.0/USER/search?emailAddr=<EMAIL> This works as long as the address matches exactly to what is in the system, case and all. Are there any modifiers to the API search that will allow for insensitive results?    Thank you!

I need to assign required privileges to a user group so that the users belonging to that particular group can impersonate other users. Also, I need to assign privilege and restrictions to a user group so that the users belonging to that particular group can assign users to groups.   What privileges and restrictions should I add under Tools -> Security -> Permissions -> {Role}?

Hi, I am trying to look at average time on a specific page and when I do- I noticed some pages get negative values. I am thinking it is potentially because it is a visit level, but wondering if anyone has seen something similar with OOTB metrics?   Metric: Average time on Page = (total seconds spent)/(Page views-exits)) Freeform setup: Page name & Average time on page   If I change the dimension to day, the negatives go away, but they return when page name or page URL is utilized. I have also broken out by metric within (exits, page views) and am seeing exits>page views in some instances. How would this be possible?   Thanks!

Hello,   I'm trying to look at overall visits to a page compared to entries on that page. I'm noticing for a specific page that Entries > Visits, which should not be occurring as only one entry exists per visit. I'm wondering if anyone has seen something similar, and knows why this might be happening or has suggestions/ideas to resolve this.    Thank you!  

Hey everyone, just a quick question: If I create a scheduler inside of one of my campaigns that is set for the 19/02/2023 to be sendout and the enddate of said campaign is set for the 18/02/2023, does this have an impact?   We had a scenario, where the sendout was sent a day early and we are unsure why and this was our first intuition.   Thanks in advance and kind regards Mathias

Hey all,In the past, I have used email performance reports to report on monthly emails. However recently I have noticed that the numbers are no longer matching.For example, the email reports says we only sent for example 10k emails, while the program shows 30k. The email performance report does include AB test in the name of the email.   I should also note that we only subject-tested 10% before a winner was declared, so the numbers don't even match for an AB test. The email was sent on Feb 14th.

Hi All, Our mobile app developer is sending the trackAction call when clicked on the CTA button. But he is also passing the partnumbers in the context variables like this : Note: [more than one part number is being sent ]{ "soldToNumber" : "", "PartNumber" : " 123, 456, 542",etc.,}I have seen the event coming through in the reports. But when I pull the products metric which would give me the partnumbers associated to the above context data. The data is unspecified for the CTA button. How should I capture the partnumbers ? so that I don't get to see the "unspecified" values in the report when I compare it with its trackAction call. Please help.    

Hi all I am working on Touch UI and created a new simple component "New Hire". The problem is this component is not showing on page when I drop it on the page but its showing in content tree. I have verified template policies and enabled component for the template but still this component not showing on page. Hi All, I have a container component which has resourcesupertype core component, inside container component  I have components like image and text, I want to resize these components(image, text) but I was unable to resize them on dekstop but able to resize on phone and tablet. But I was able to resize container on both dekstop,phone and tablets but my requirement to resize inside components.

Hi there.   Does Marketo Engage offer send time optimization for email? And either way, where can I find a report that will show me email performance metrics by day and time?   I see community dialogue on this topic, but it's nearly 10 years old and a lot can happen in a decade.   Thank you Adam

Hi community,  We've realized we have some "interesting" hits from URLs like this one: http://azplybthnszfbjoallru/june_2-edited-event-title-2.ics. I edited the event title in URL for confidentiality reasons, but original title seems like valid. I would understand if this data would come from a link. But we found them in Page URL. Does this make any sense? How a ".ics" URL is sending data to Adobe? Why the weird URL domain?   Thank you!

Hey all... I'm sort of a newbie when it comes to creating Document reports. I need to create one that shows what documents are uploaded in a defined folder (I was hoping contains value type, in the filter. And hopefully restrict the results based on the Task/Project level so that it only returns documents from the project that's open.... as I was going to attach this report to a dashboard and then with-in the custom template as a tab... wait a minute this seems "impossible" as I'm typing this out :-/ JohnSeitz ESPN

Is there a way to enable / disable Event Notifications on Subgroups? Am I missing something? I have unlocked all Notifications in Setup. When I view the Group > Event Notifications, I can enable / disable all of the unlocked Notifications. However, when I view the Subgroup > Event Notifications all the Notifications are still locked.  

Hi,I am currently facing the following issue. I have created a scheduled job which runs every night and collects assets which have failed and re-uploads them using "dynamic-media-reupload" workflow. When I ran the same code in a test Servlet all worked as expected, the problem comes when the workflow gets executed by the scheduler job. Is there a specific way the Workflowsession needs to be instantiated, do I need to provide some additional privileges / metadata info. Hi all,  We're exporting Adobe Data Feeds information and we would like to calculate the Entry Page Type (c2). I was assuming (maybe wrongly) that this value is calculated in Adobe, taking the first Page Type (c2) of each visit (in terms of Adobe Data Feeds, when visit_page_num =1). Analyzing the information, I realized that this is not always with this condition (sometime, entry page type is even changing in each visit) Could anybody explain me, how Entry Page Type really works and how could I export this Dimension to Adobe Data Feeds export?
