Hey all,In the past, I have used email performance reports to report on monthly emails. However recently I have noticed that the numbers are no longer matching.For example, the email reports says we only sent for example 10k emails, while the program shows 30k. The email performance report does include AB test in the name of the email.   I should also note that we only subject-tested 10% before a winner was declared, so the numbers don't even match for an AB test. The email was sent on Feb 14th.

Hi All, Our mobile app developer is sending the trackAction call when clicked on the CTA button. But he is also passing the partnumbers in the context variables like this : Note: [more than one part number is being sent ]{ "soldToNumber" : "", "PartNumber" : " 123, 456, 542",etc.,}I have seen the event coming through in the reports. But when I pull the products metric which would give me the partnumbers associated to the above context data. The data is unspecified for the CTA button. How should I capture the partnumbers ? so that I don't get to see the "unspecified" values in the report when I compare it with its trackAction call. Please help.    

Hi all I am working on Touch UI and created a new simple component "New Hire". The problem is this component is not showing on page when I drop it on the page but its showing in content tree. I have verified template policies and enabled component for the template but still this component not showing on page. I am stuck with issue for many days.   Can you please suggest some idea to fix it    

Hi All, I have a container component which has resourcesupertype core component, inside container component  I have components like image and text, I want to resize these components(image, text) but I was unable to resize them on dekstop but able to resize on phone and tablet. But I was able to resize container on both dekstop,phone and tablets but my requirement to resize inside components.

Hi there.   Does Marketo Engage offer send time optimization for email? And either way, where can I find a report that will show me email performance metrics by day and time?   I see community dialogue on this topic, but it's nearly 10 years old and a lot can happen in a decade.   Thank you Adam

Hi community,  We've realized we have some "interesting" hits from URLs like this one: http://azplybthnszfbjoallru/june_2-edited-event-title-2.ics. I edited the event title in URL for confidentiality reasons, but original title seems like valid. I would understand if this data would come from a link. But we found them in Page URL. Does this make any sense? How a ".ics" URL is sending data to Adobe? Why the weird URL domain?   Thank you!

Hey all... I'm sort of a newbie when it comes to creating Document reports. I need to create one that shows what documents are uploaded in a defined folder (I was hoping contains value type, in the filter. And hopefully restrict the results based on the Task/Project level so that it only returns documents from the project that's open.... as I was going to attach this report to a dashboard and then with-in the custom template as a tab... wait a minute this seems "impossible" as I'm typing this out :-/ JohnSeitz ESPN

Is there a way to enable / disable Event Notifications on Subgroups? Am I missing something? I have unlocked all Notifications in Setup. When I view the Group > Event Notifications, I can enable / disable all of the unlocked Notifications. However, when I view the Subgroup > Event Notifications all the Notifications are still locked.  

Hi,I am currently facing the following issue. I have created a scheduled job which runs every night and collects assets which have failed and re-uploads them using "dynamic-media-reupload" workflow. When I ran the same code in a test Servlet all worked as expected, the problem comes when the workflow gets executed by the scheduler job. Is there a specific way the Workflowsession needs to be instantiated, do I need to provide some additional privileges / metadata info. Hi all,  We're exporting Adobe Data Feeds information and we would like to calculate the Entry Page Type (c2). I was assuming (maybe wrongly) that this value is calculated in Adobe, taking the first Page Type (c2) of each visit (in terms of Adobe Data Feeds, when visit_page_num =1). Analyzing the information, I realized that this is not always with this condition (sometime, entry page type is even changing in each visit) Could anybody explain me, how Entry Page Type really works and how could I export this Dimension to Adobe Data Feeds export? Hi,   I'm trying to investigate spikes in the Adobe Analytics workspace. I found a UV spike around beginning of February 2023 and I found this article on investigating spikes and drops in Adobe: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/technotes/event/spikes-drops.html?lang=en   I looked at IP Addresses in data warehouse to see if there were any bots and couldn't find anything that stood out as Bot Traffic. The tags don't appear to be duplicating either.   Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi Is it possible to add a field "View Icon" as column in Issue / Task / Project type report? Any idea or Text mode possibility? This column makes easy to download the file.   The "View Icon" i reffer from Document type report, and do not see in other types, Please refer attached image. I am calling a java class implementing WCMUse in template's(page component's) sightly (.html) where I am checking something and based on that I need to forward to some other cq page. The issue I am facing here is that the content of the current page remains intact and on top of it, the content of the page to which i want to forward to is being rendered. So I see the forward page and below that I see the header footer content etc again of the current page from where I am forwarding. Ideal behaviour that I need here is like only the content of the page where we are forwarding should come and current page's content should not appear. Hi Team,   We are following encapsulated login token mechanism. We have to extend the login-token expiration time before it expires (before an hour). As per the article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/experience-manager/kb/login-session-refresh-not-working.html encapsulated token login mechanism did not support token refresh(org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.security.authentication.token.TokenConfigurationImpl).Please let me know how to do it programmatically. Is it possible, in Marketo, to have thumbnail images next to a dropdown menu? So the images would wind up embedded within the form setup? Example: a series of poster designs from which to choose from and dropdown next to the thumbnail img to select QTY desired. How would I even go about something like this in Marketo? Or, is there a workaround I should do instead?   Thank you.

Hope this finds everyone doing well. Wanted to ask what the best practice might be for the following scenario: Scenario: Ever changing tailored homepage banners for different audience segments. Banner 1 - Segment 1 Banner 2 - Segment 2 Banner 3 - Segment 3 Now, we can create a single XT activity containing all three experiences, I know this. However, every week, sometimes even daily, new requests come in to add more banners for different audiences. To keep adding and deleting experiences from the same XT activity seems problematic, because we'd have to pause the activity to allow an editor to add new experiences, which isn't ideal. But to the contrary, creating a separate XT activity for every experience sees us having 40 different XT activities to maintain separately. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I wrote the function getRandomID(value) which looks for all records from userStrings table with provided value, adds their IDs to an array and then randomly returns one of IDs. Hi all.   I've seen the videos and gone through the product documentation and I'm still confused about the distinction between dynamic and predictive content and where they're used (e.g., email vs. landing page or both).   The IBM product formerly known as Silverpop has a dynamic content function where you can insert different portions of copy into an email based upon preset rules. Is the synonymous Marketo item the same...or is it purely AI, using present data to inform future decisions?   My client's instance doesn't have this functionality set up, so perhaps if some kind and patient soul who has access to the mechanisms would Zoom or Teams with me to show me what it's all about, I'd be profoundly grateful.
