I have reports that need to be sent out daily comparing current MTD vs previous MTD. For example, if today is Mar 9, it'll be comparing Mar 1-9 data to Feb 1-9 data. But this breaks on the first day of each month. On Mar 1, Adobe is trying to compare Mar 1-1 vs Feb 1-1, but it returns 0 for the metrics on Mar 1 resulting in any % change or difference to be wrong. I'd like Adobe to use Feb vs Jan data on the day of Mar 1.   The solution logic can be a simple if statement, but it's hard to code that directly into Adobe. Does anyone have a workaround for this MTD vs PMTD issue on the first day of each month?

I would like to add an option to the Risk Status dropdown (see screenshot below).  Is this possible?  

Hello,   Pardon if you're tired of seeing me post about this but I am getting to my wit's end. I am being told that the obstacle of being involuntarily signed out of Marketo is a technical limitation in how Marketo's single sign-on is "set up". Need your "Marketo" expertise on the following scenario.  We are looking at posting our on-demand webinars behind a Marketo form.  We would like to be able to use one form which we would embed on our website.  We need to be able to track which webinar they were interested in so that we can send an email with the link to it.  Once the form is submitted, we need take them to the video page.  Any suggestions on how to do this, if it is even possible?  Thank you so much for your help!

Hey community! When checking the results of one my nurture streams, I noticed that the engagement score seemed really off in comparison to my other metrics.    My average engagement score is 38 (3 emails with engagement scores of 38, 38, and 39). However, the metrics are very high. I included them below for reference:  Delivered rate: 99.1%  Average open rate = 69.7% Average click rate = 47.8% Average clicked to open = 68.5% Unsubscribe rate = 0% (out of 423 sends sends) These metrics are significantly better than my other streams, but my other streams have higher engagement scores. From what I've read, the score is based on "engaged behavior (Open, Click, Program Success) and disengaged behavior (Unsubscribe)", so I'm confused how these metrics are yielding a score in the 30s. I feel like something isn't matching up, or maybe I'm overlooking something here.    I would love to hear if anyone has insight or has had a similar issue. Huge thanks in advance!

Hi Marketo team, We have clients to whom we push data via API. We publish Attendance Custom Activity on their account. They escalated that for some contacts Attendance Activity is not present . On debugging from our logs we found that API to search leadId from email i.e. {restEndPoint}/rest/v1/leads.json?filterType=email&filterValues={customerEmailId} is giving inconsistence response. The API which we hit at 2nd feb gave list of leadIds in response while for 3rd it didn't gave for same emailId. Hi All,  We have a requirement to restrict access to specific content area within AEM Cloud services.  We have 2 content areas -    1. /content/dam/cf/siteA, /content/siteA 2.  /content/dam/cf/siteB, /content/siteB   What should be the permissioning model for this content areas to prevent users from accessing each others content.  Please advise the approch, including the creation on group in Adobe IMS and assign the respective permission to these group.    Thanks

Hello All,   I'm reaching out to see if there is a specific answer to a scenario that we ran into.  We ended up creating new virtual servers for our Dev Environment, and once we implemented everything we found that all of our Workflows are missing within our instance of Adobe Classic v7.  We have created a Dev Environment before and never have see this happen.  Our DBAs have found that all the WFs are in the DB/Server and are able to enable them, which then the WFs will be in our client console.     Even though we have a solution for this issue, has anyone ever come across this scenario as well?  Any idea on what may have caused this?  Also, since all the WFs are there but just hidden/disabled is there any way to enable them within Campaigns Client Console directly?   Thanks in advance for any responses,   Shaun

Good morning,   I have Aem version 6.4.x installed in the production environment and I should upgrade to version 6.5.x.   Reading the Adobe documentation it talks about duplicating the production environment and updating the duplicated environment. We are implementing web tracking logs in Campaign v7 in anonymous mode. There are some situations where our users share devices to authenticate to our site, so many recipients could share a uuid230 cookie. If we send a rcpid name/value pair with the web tracking tag, does this rcpid in the recipient schema take precedence over the uuid230 cookie? I see in the documentation that it overrides the session cookie with the broadlog ID, but is this true for the uuid230 cookie as well?

Hello Adobe community, I am the the process of upgrading the AEM instances on our project and have upgraded the Development environment from the existing backups. We are upgrading from 6.3 to 6.5. This is an in-place upgrade. We are making an exact copy of the server and then performing the upgrade on the AEM instances. When I upgraded the Development instances they turned out to be fine. Same with the instances from QA environment. However, when I try to perform the same process on an instance backup from a Production server, things change considerably. All the environments and instances are similar, except that Dev and QA instances are running with sample content and Production instances are running with nosamplecontent runmode. First and foremost, I am only able to see 3 log entries in upgrade.log file whereas earlier I saw hundreds of entries in a fully upgraded instance. I'm standing up a new database and migrating a site from database A to database B in AEM There are some architecture changes in the site, and I want to redirect as many dead pages in database A to substitute pages in database B for the first couple of months that database B is live.
