Hi all, Is it possible to get the actual path of a resource, if we only know where it was used? For example, I have a policy being used on a template at: /conf/we-retail/settings/wcm/templates/section-page/policies/jcr:content/root/responsivegrid/weretail/components/content/teaser/policy_1526037253202 Having the above path, I want to get the path of the actual policy, which is should be: /conf/we-retail/settings/wcm/policies/weretail/components/content/teaser/policy_1526037253202 Is this possible? Hi Experts,   I am migrating AEM campaign templates from 6.4 to AEMAACS servers. I have added the external account on the Campaign side to point to AEMAACS authoring server and have about 7000 templates on the Campaign side. I want to migrate templates dynamically without having to migrate them individually.   Question/Ask:Is there a way to do a batch update of the templates? Or suggest a better solution to reduce the manual effort of updating one template at a time.   Thanks in anticipation for your help!

Hello, Does anyone know if, when using Transactional Messages in Adobe Campaign Standard, there is any way to add a variable that comes in the Payload to the Delivery Log ID?Use case: for a Client ID, communication is done for N quotation IDs (1 communication per quotation). We need to add the quotation ID (which is not in Adobe's data model because it is variable and is a 1:N relationship) to the Delivery Log ID to be able to make an ACKnowledge to the source system, per quotation ID. Hi, I created a Workflow Model in my local AEM instance and I would like to know if I can pull it with IntelliVault inside the code and store it in order to later do a deployment on AEM aa Cloud. Is that possible or do I need to re-create the model in the cloud instance? Thank you.

We have a Word document with a number of Quick Part fields in it. In one of the field's there is a considerable number of entries and if a field has more than 7 entries (lines it looks like rather than plain text) then this gets cut off during the rendering process. This does not occur if rendered with other Adobe products. This does not occur when using a large amount of plain text with AEM.  

Hi folks,   Have you ever had a problem that the submission failed because reCAPTCHA was enabled?   I installed Google reCAPTCHA v3 in Marketo only to discover that it occasionally failed. Not all the time though.   When the submission failed, we got the folloing in Network:   Double click and the message was "Captcha field missing in form" Anybody help please?

When exporting workspaces to PDF on a schedule the PDF only takes up the middle of the page and as a result all the data gets smooshed and unreadable. I can't find any setting that would fix this. Anyone else have this issue and resolved it?

I have reports that need to be sent out daily comparing current MTD vs previous MTD. For example, if today is Mar 9, it'll be comparing Mar 1-9 data to Feb 1-9 data. But this breaks on the first day of each month. On Mar 1, Adobe is trying to compare Mar 1-1 vs Feb 1-1, but it returns 0 for the metrics on Mar 1 resulting in any % change or difference to be wrong. I'd like Adobe to use Feb vs Jan data on the day of Mar 1.   The solution logic can be a simple if statement, but it's hard to code that directly into Adobe. Does anyone have a workaround for this MTD vs PMTD issue on the first day of each month?

Hello,   Pardon if you're tired of seeing me post about this but I am getting to my wit's end. I am being told that the obstacle of being involuntarily signed out of Marketo is a technical limitation in how Marketo's single sign-on is "set up". Need your "Marketo" expertise on the following scenario.  We are looking at posting our on-demand webinars behind a Marketo form.  We would like to be able to use one form which we would embed on our website.  We need to be able to track which webinar they were interested in so that we can send an email with the link to it.  Once the form is submitted, we need take them to the video page.  Any suggestions on how to do this, if it is even possible?  Thank you so much for your help!

Hey community! When checking the results of one my nurture streams, I noticed that the engagement score seemed really off in comparison to my other metrics.    My average engagement score is 38 (3 emails with engagement scores of 38, 38, and 39). However, the metrics are very high. I included them below for reference:  Delivered rate: 99.1%  Average open rate = 69.7% Average click rate = 47.8% Average clicked to open = 68.5% Unsubscribe rate = 0% (out of 423 sends sends) These metrics are significantly better than my other streams, but my other streams have higher engagement scores. From what I've read, the score is based on "engaged behavior (Open, Click, Program Success) and disengaged behavior (Unsubscribe)", so I'm confused how these metrics are yielding a score in the 30s. I feel like something isn't matching up, or maybe I'm overlooking something here.    I would love to hear if anyone has insight or has had a similar issue. Huge thanks in advance!

Hi Marketo team, We have clients to whom we push data via API. We publish Attendance Custom Activity on their account. They escalated that for some contacts Attendance Activity is not present . On debugging from our logs we found that API to search leadId from email i.e. {restEndPoint}/rest/v1/leads.json?filterType=email&filterValues={customerEmailId} is giving inconsistence response. The API which we hit at 2nd feb gave list of leadIds in response while for 3rd it didn't gave for same emailId. Hi All,  We have a requirement to restrict access to specific content area within AEM Cloud services.  We have 2 content areas -    1. /content/dam/cf/siteA, /content/siteA 2.  /content/dam/cf/siteB, /content/siteB   What should be the permissioning model for this content areas to prevent users from accessing each others content.  Please advise the approch, including the creation on group in Adobe IMS and assign the respective permission to these group.    Thanks
