I´ve many questions in regard of cross-device tracking:1. We have many websites and a couple of apps (authenticated ones) that we would like to track the users. For instance, one of our products has an app and web version and some customers use both. But on a monthly basis, this user is the same for us, regardless of the platform it used, so we would like it to be unique (active user). What would be the best way to track this user? Would it be using our authentication ID (userID) since this ID is unique for each user?We do have a global report suite that we would also like to know about this user journey among all our authenticated products. What are the options to accomplish that?2. setting up a user ID.for our websites we already have that, we have an userID eVar that is the same in all our report suites, including the global one, and getting the userID from a data layer. In the old Analytics user system you could see when a user had last logged in (or if they had never logged in).  This is no longer available since the user management was changed to adminconsole. We have a lot of users, some of whom we know have left the business, and I'd like to delete users who haven't logged in for a particular length of time.    Is there a way to see last logged in date in the current interface?

Is it possible to have multiple portfolios and pull data (objects, fields, etc) into consolidated reports, effectively making a single reported portfolio?  Do I lose any functionality when comparing projects or programs across portfolios?

Hi all,   Generally only AEM is customized and the Assets being the back end will undergo customization accordingly.   But only with respect to AEM Assets what kind of customizations to expect? I understand some aspects like Asset Link, Smart Crop, Smart Tagging, etc, but I personally do not consider these as customizations. Of course Assets Migration may be involved, but again this is not customization.   Appreciate all your responses.   Thanks, Rama.

Hi, I have a 37 day time range set in panel, for one metric, I need UVs who did  less than 3 visits in last 7 days of the 37 day time range.Just doing Visits < 3 is considering the whole 37 day range :    Doing Visits < 3 and 7-day time range is also giving the wrong numbers ( validated with another panel where only the 7 day range is set in panel)   Could anyone help with the right logic to be applied here? Much Appreciated 🙂  

I have tried to change the first name of a colleague multiple times and saved it but it resets to their old name the next day. I thought maybe it had to do with the SSO configuration, but our IT department said they have the name correct on their end. Any ideas why this could be happening?

Hi, An instance of AEM 6.5.4 is running on Windows OS. Hi everyone, we have a issue that needs your help:we want to be able to prefill checkbox field on a 2nd LP.flow:click Email- LP1 (with a form) prefill works via marketo token - LP2 form continuation (with checkboxes for area of interest , prefill not working) the Mtk token lost tracking on 2nd page .Marketo suggests: "There may be a way to add the tracking script to the page with iframe and custom code. However, this would be a custom implementation and Support will not be able to assist in the set up or troubleshooting of this method."does anyone know what code /script that can be added to prefill for the 2nd page as well please.Thank you

Hello,   I have the problem with locating the folder as resource from Sling Component. The code looks like the following: The line 36 gives not null resource object but line 37 gives null.   The folder "/apps/sling" exists initially but "/apps/myfolder" was manually created in JCR Repository Browser. I compared the properties and access rules of "/apps/sling" and "/apps/myfolder" and was unable to see any difference.   Could you please help me to understand why the custom folder is invisible for resource resolver and how to reach this folder properly during component activation?   Thanks, Pavel

We're a news site and we track the headlines of our articles via a prop variable. For some reason, special characters like quotation marks and apostrophes are replaced by a series of numbers and icons within Adobe. Does anyone know why this might be happening, and is there anything we can do to track headlines without having to remove special characters from the tracking tag?   Thanks Graham

Hi Team, Based on email openings, we were attempting to launch a campaign that was divided into Engaged Audiences and Non Engaged Audiences. The audiences who opened the prior campaigns' emails are identified as engaged, whereas the other audiences are identified as non-engaged. I used the intersection activity and the query activity to extract the Email openings from the prior campaign and deduplicate them using their Email ids. However, following the implementatiom of the Intersection activity, the overall data counts of the engaged audiences do not match.So wanted to know if there were any other strategies we might employ to separate the workflow audiences who are engaged from those who are not, or to fix this intersection activity.   Adding the workflow screenshots for reference. We have configured our instances with SSO SAML configuration. Authentication is working fine with SSO Azure Sign in.   But when a third party consumes our pages or ajax calls to fetch some internal data, they are getting 401 Un Authorized,   As a tenant we have created an APP with client id, secret and mentioned scope. With this third party is able to generate token. But when they use token, they are getting 401.   Is it something like, we have to configure OAuth as well for third party token authorization ?   Please suggest

Hi,   We are using adobe 6.5.0 SP10 version in our servers and we are trying to configure Oauth authorization mechanism for third parties to consume our services/servlets and currently we have implemented SAML SSO authentication which is working fine for end users.   For third parties to consume our servlet we started configuring Oauth implementation as suggested by few documents. https://medium.com/tech-learnings/how-to-manage-the-protected-aem-resources-through-oauth-2-0-851ce4c7a5ef In local we are able to proceed, but in our servers, when we create oauth client we are getting below error.   the "oauth:clientIdHmac" value not saving while creating client as well as it is showing some error if we try to add manually as well. Due to this, even the node under admin/oauth also not creating.   Any idea, what is the problem here?      

Hi, I have a workflow that is built from Query activity, Advanced Javascript and delivery. For each recipient from the query I am doing calculations in Advanced JS activity and it returns an array. Its length may be different - from 1 element to 5.   So for example, in JS activity after I'm done with all business logic I save the array (myArray) to instance.vars: var myArray = [1, 50, 100]; instance.vars.arrayForDelivery = myArray; Let's assume that I want to have each element in a separate paragraph: <% for (var i=0; i < (arrayForDelivery.length - 1); i++) { %> <p>instance.vars.arrayForDelivery[i]</p> <%}%> What should be done next, in the delivery, to loop through all arrayForDelivery elements? We have a partner AEP instance with Target enabled. How can we add Campaign Standard?

We see that GIF images are not getting replicated to the publish instance in AEM cloud environments. I have checked the replication agent log and its clear.  When I used the GIF file in a image component, published the page and GIF image, I see that the image is not showing up in the publish site. When I checked the publish log, I saw the below error:   06.09.2022 12:24:44.477 [cm-p****-e526414-aem-publish-7ddc549f88-bl7bk] *ERROR* [49.204.215.80 [1662467083669] GET /content/*******/east-asia/******/en.html HTTP/1.1] com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.internal.models.v2.ImageImpl Unable to find resource '/content/dam/*********/east-asia/*****/public/en/images/products/8-3-electric-machine-design-problem.gif' used by image '/content/******/east-asia/*****/en/jcr:content/root/container/container/image_copy'.   I see that the image is in published status in the AEM assets console. It works fine in AEM local SDK but I'm seeing this strange issue only in the cloud environments.

Hello Everyone, I have a requirement where I need to compare data from 2 different transitions and take the last modified record. Example:  Transition A has details as below: ID|Name|Type|Last Modified 1001|ABC|Book|20-01-2023 19:57:00 1002|ABC|Book|20-01-2023 18:30:00 Transition B has details as below: ID|Name|Type|Last Modified 1001|ABC|Book|20-01-2023 20:30:00 1002|ABC|Book|20-01-2023 11:00:00 Now my goal is to compare this data on ID and pickup only that record whose last modified time is latest one from 2 transitions. So, in this case, my result should be as below: ID|Name|Type|Last Modified 1001|ABC|Book|20-01-2023 20:30:00 1002|ABC|Book|20-01-2023 18:30:00 I know we can do using JS, but I am trying to achieve this with use of Targeting Activities available. I wanted to add some HTML tags in RTE; with CSS class names how can I achieve that? If there is any possible way to do so. For Del tag, I tried creating it from text component policy but Now if I click on Paragraph it won't let me select, once Strikethrough (del) tag is selected  

Is there any easiest way to broadcast message to all users once they logged in. Its kind of a ribbon message on the top of the page.  For platform related messages like scheduled shutdowns, upgrades etc...   Note: We use single signon so I cannot put a message on the login screen which is not applicable in our case.    Any suggestions much appreciated. 

I've customized the Request for Activation Workflow by overlaying libs/../managepublicationwizard and I can publish the Content to Publish environment and it is working as expected(As per my logic). But in the case of Publishing Content to Preview the same customized workflow will be triggering this is not expected behaviour and I want to publish the content to preview directly or whatever is in the OOTB. Is there a way we can keep the OOTB workflow in case of a preview? Hopefully, someone can give me some suggestions. thanks
