Hi there, I'm setting up some Transactional messages whereby the email trigger must be real time, but I cannot guarantee the profile will exist in the ACS profiles table.Therefore I am setting up as an event transactional message rather than a profile transactional message. At a later date, I'd like to be able to access details of each record of the event for follow up processing. This could be:* Exporting back to data warehouse* Updating a custom resource in ACS* Cross referencing with profile data For any of these activities, I need to be able to query the event and access the custom fields (and their values) that were created for the event. However, when i use a workflow query and change the resource to one of the events that has been set up... only the standard attributes (e.g. status) are visible, not the custom ones created for the event. Can anyone share any insight on this? Hi!We have a global report suite set to get data from all our websites. However, it was not including our app (it can redirect to our sites also). So I went to the report suite, enabled the app data, went to the app data collection property, and also added the global report suite there.When I go to our report on analytics and try to create a flow using report suit as an entry point, the app report suite does not show there. Is there something else I should do? For the sites, we also mapped out the report suite as an eVar. Would that be the issue? that we don't have a report suite eVar set for the app?If it is the later, how can I set an eVar for mobile app now that we don't have mobile services anymore? is it through launch like a website (after creating the eVar) or via RS using processing rules?thanks in advance

Hello everyone,By having AEM Site and AEM Form were installed in different servers, how does it work if I develop a jar package for AEM Site? Shall I deploy it on AEM Form as well?  In my architecture I have 1 Author and 2 Publisher, when I publish a template how it works? will the template be published in both Publisher? Hi Everyboby,  Our client have an ecommerse site running paid campaigns on Facebook whose numbers do not match with what we are getting on Adobe Analytics. We got 185 click through purchases on Fb Ad Manager for last month while in Adobe we got only 71 orders from Facebook for same period of time.  I'm aware that if some visits from facebook and then again visits the site within 7days from paid search the order will get attributed to Paid search. But still it is a very large discrepancy and the client is very concerned about it.  Is there any way to track all the orders where facebook has assisted? (I have also tried using the order at participation attribution but it only shows orders which eventually purchased from facebook only.)   Thanks in Advance  

Hi All, I have a query which gives suggestions as a result. This works fine in my local instance but works partially in dev/qa environment. Eg. If I search "Sol" it gives me many results but if the same code is deployed to dev it doesn't gives any results. All the content and code is same but this query doesn't work properly in dev. It is a simple suggestions query where I return page title as a result. Hi Community, It has come to our attention that Adobe Analytics is showing us different values depending on which day we looked at the dashboard. As an example: We looked at our dashboard on January 18th and for the previous days we have the following values:January 15: 0January 16th: 12January 17th: 17 On January 19 we look again at the same dashboard and get different (less) values for the above mentioned days e.g.:Jan 15: 0January 16th: 1January 17th: 2 The values are from the Facebook(meta) channel!   Does anyone have any ideas what this could be due to?

Hi all,   I want to check on if this functionality is possible within AEM OSGI 6.5.   Is there a way to connect AEM forms designer with AEM forms Author OSGI , such that business users should be able to pull the AEM forms XDP's stored inside a particular folder inside /content/dam/formsanddocuments/<my_project_specific_folder> and be able to EDIT these XDP's and SAVE them back to the same folder, without having to log into the AEM Instance?   I want to check if all the EDIT and Save functionality can be done within AEM designer which is connected to a particular AEM author instance.   Regards,

Can I get opinion on requests at the webserver level.? If frequently we approach over 95 requests per second on the single webserver, do you think I can use this as a speaking point to the need to add the second server to provide ongoing resilience and handle increased volumes of traffic.    Normal volumes are around 10 RPS.   Any suggestions would be appreciated on what scenario we go for an additional publish instance? Our current architecture is one author, one publisher, one dispatcher with assets product. When we set the instance, it was around 1 million images in dam, but now it is around 4 million and looking for suggestions on how to claim for another publisher instance with the request per second stats we see in new relic now.

I am passing experience ID in a response token.   Is the experience ID also available in the interface? I need to allow marketing teams to be able to match the experience ID to the friendly name without messing about with APIs etc.    We can't pass the experience name in a token as we don't want that exposed on the client.    Thanks

Hi,   Is there any way to inject json data (tree like structure) to path field component?   Scenario: Earlier, I was storing 3rd party data to AEM and then using path field component to select the data. Now, I am not storing it any more to AEM due to performance issue and it will be there in in-memory cache data. However, I don't want to change my way of selection as editors are adapted to that (dont want to move to drop down), so I am looking for a way to inject json data to path field and show tree like structure.

I have an adaptive form with a repeating panel - carsPanel.  The panel fields including text fields such as car number and carMake pulling from a database.  With the carMake field, I want to hide the field in a particular panel if the value in the previous panel is the same.  For instance, if the carMake field value in panel 1 is "Nissan", and the CarMake field value in panel 2 is "Cadillac", and the field value in panel 3 is "Cadillac", I want to hide carMakethe field in panel 3.  My script is below for the initialize event.    It is not working.  Thank you for any suggestions.  //Repeating Panel name is carsPanel. We were working on a business review with our Marketo Account Manager and now we're getting bounce back that their email no longer exists with Adobe.   I'm guessing they may have been unfortunately let go in all the tech company layoff that have been going around this month,  though I haven't seen any specific communication on layoffs in January from Adobe (or Marketo).      The canned option in the bounce back email to get a new Adobe contact is pretty useless as it all relates to Adobe Creative Cloud products.   I put in a Marketo Support ticket in, in the hopes of getting help there... but does anyone else have experience with getting in contact with a Marketo representative?   Does anyone have a Marketo Account Manager that they are currently in contact with that might be able to help us re-establish a connection with someone?     Any help is greatly appreciated!
