Hi there,   our mobile devs confronted us with an issue that they think is caused by the Adobe Analytics SDK which results in the immediate crash of the application after the start.   These are the SDK's that are implemented in the application:    This is the error (they claim the full stackTrace contains the calls from Adobe libraries):   The problem occurs only on the Xiaomi phones. Hello,  I like to start a process in case a user is in deletion process. Especially it's about starting one or more webhocks to make sure that the personal data will be deleted as well in another system. Do you have an idea how to accomplish this?    Unfortunatley I did not see any trigger like "Person is deleted" (like for the creation). I'm aware that it is possible to create a smart list which contains all activities and will end with the "Delete Person" flow step. But in this case it is possible to delete a person and to forget about the other system.  Kind regardsWolfram

Hi    I am trying to validate JSON input in SlingHttpServletRequest in AEM, I tried to use JSON Schema and JSON Schema validator but it doesn't compile with AEM. Every time I use the JSON validator I got an error on the AEM page, all the function buttons are gone except the "Create" button.     I found that the root cause is because I used this JSON schema validator:     <dependency> <groupId>com.github.fge</groupId> <artifactId>json-schema-validator</artifactId> <version>2.2.6</version> </dependency>     It breaks the app and someone of the OSGi components fail to start. Not sure why. We are attempting to test functionality to send a follow-up SMS with info about their order to users who complete a purchase. We are using the current contextual event fields: Based on the following test payload for a simulated purchase event: In the SMS, the contextual fields for commerce.checkouts and webpagedetails.name are appearing, but no productListItems information appears:   I found a similar thread that mentions "You can't use the timeseries data in the message. Check if the data is available in the dataset and the correct path for that data."   I am trying to understand if this is the problem that I am experiencing, and if so, how can I get productListItems information to show properly? In addition, if my order were to contain multiple items (productListItems array has multiple elements), how do I display each element separately using contextual attributes?    

Hello!   I need to set up Marketo to Vidyard integration, which entails adding a Role with API access. Vidyard's documentation specifies that I need to add the "Read-Write Lead" permission to the role. However, I don't see that permission in the list of available permissions under "Access API".   As well, the Marketo API documentation has conflicting information. Specifically, "Leads" appears under the REST API > Lead Database docs and references Read-Write Lead permission, as well as under REST API > Endpoint Reference > Lead Database, but is not mentioned in the "Descriptions of Role Permissions" page in the Marketo Guide.   Can someone give me some clarification on this? Has the Lead endpoint been discontinued, or do I need to have access to something else in Marketo to access it?

There are many ways for our customers to get to a quote page, but I'm only interested in Quote page views that were preceeded by the Pricing page. Any idea how to build this segment?    Basically I just want page views for Page B only if they got there from Page A.

I want to view page views by path without creating segments for each path. e.g. domain.com/path1/ domain.com/path2/ etc To clarify, I want total page views of each page that occurs under /path1/, /path2/, etc created programmatically. Is there some way for Adobe Analytics to parse the URL into useable segments? I am reluctant to do this manually as it would require creating hundreds of segments, many of which can change names without notice. I want to be able to add some sort of autogenerated "Page Path Level 1" segment and have it automatically break down the analytics into totals for each top-level path.   I used Google Analytics previously and I was able to get this info, but I'm not sure how to in Adobe Analytics. Please let me know if there is a way to do this, or I can submit an Idea request. Thanks!

Hi All,   I have the following requirements:   Track the position of the listing impression on the Search Page and tie it to different events which might be on the same search page and/or the next page(product detail page). I have multiple events on the product detail page. I am passing the position of the listing as a merchandizing evar and setting the impression event in the product syntax on the search page. Now this impression position can change throughout the day for different users or change within the same visit for an indiviadual user. I need to capture when any of the events(impression, prodView) occur, what was the position of the listing. Or in other words, I need to tie the position to impression event every time the listing has impressed on the search page, and I need to tie the position to prodView event IF someone clicks on the listing and gets to the product detail page(I am setting the Product ID through product syntax method here). Hi WF Community!   Good day,   I'm attempting to build a scenario that will automatically change our users' WF licenses if they are not active, and it involves three filters.            1st filter: If a user has not logged in for 1 month, the email module sends them an email for the 1st warning.           2nd filter: If a user has not logged in for two months, the email module sends them a second warning email.           3rd filter: Users who have not logged in for three months will have their Workfront license changed to reviewer, and an email will be sent to notify them.   I'm having trouble juggling around with my filters, as this is getting me unexpected results. I'd like to get some advice on whether or not I'm doing proper conditioning. I'm just new to Workfront Fusion and trying to learn how to move things. Thank you in advance.         

Hello,   We're prepping to migrate to another existing instance of Workfront. We will be moving existing projects and requests over, along with their data. As part of that, I'm trying to find an easy way to be able to reference the original project or request in its original instance.    My goal would be that if we have Project X with URL xyz.workfront.com/projectxID, the field would pull in that exactly: "xyz.workfront.com/projectID" - that way when someone is in the new instance and they go to this field, they'd be able to quickly click "xyz.workfront.com/projectID" and go to the original project in the old instance (old instance will be kept open for archival purposes).    1) does this make sense? and 2) does anyone have any ideas on how we could pull this information? I'm not sure where I'm going wrong here - I've searched a few posts but no such luck.   I'm trying to pull in the field A_B_C from the project, as a calculated field on a task form.   I've tried what it seems to be them both the PERIOD and the COLON between the project and field name.  {Project.A_B_C} Project.A_B_C {DE: Project.A_B_C}   From a task report, I pulled the text mode of valuefield=project:A_B_C but this didnt work either.   I'm 99% sure it's something minor but argh!   p.s. Hi there, I'm setting up some Transactional messages whereby the email trigger must be real time, but I cannot guarantee the profile will exist in the ACS profiles table.Therefore I am setting up as an event transactional message rather than a profile transactional message. At a later date, I'd like to be able to access details of each record of the event for follow up processing. This could be:* Exporting back to data warehouse* Updating a custom resource in ACS* Cross referencing with profile data For any of these activities, I need to be able to query the event and access the custom fields (and their values) that were created for the event. However, when i use a workflow query and change the resource to one of the events that has been set up... only the standard attributes (e.g. status) are visible, not the custom ones created for the event. Can anyone share any insight on this? Hi!We have a global report suite set to get data from all our websites. However, it was not including our app (it can redirect to our sites also). So I went to the report suite, enabled the app data, went to the app data collection property, and also added the global report suite there.When I go to our report on analytics and try to create a flow using report suit as an entry point, the app report suite does not show there. Is there something else I should do? For the sites, we also mapped out the report suite as an eVar. Would that be the issue? that we don't have a report suite eVar set for the app?If it is the later, how can I set an eVar for mobile app now that we don't have mobile services anymore? is it through launch like a website (after creating the eVar) or via RS using processing rules?thanks in advance

Hello everyone,By having AEM Site and AEM Form were installed in different servers, how does it work if I develop a jar package for AEM Site? Shall I deploy it on AEM Form as well?  In my architecture I have 1 Author and 2 Publisher, when I publish a template how it works? will the template be published in both Publisher? Hi Everyboby,  Our client have an ecommerse site running paid campaigns on Facebook whose numbers do not match with what we are getting on Adobe Analytics. We got 185 click through purchases on Fb Ad Manager for last month while in Adobe we got only 71 orders from Facebook for same period of time.  I'm aware that if some visits from facebook and then again visits the site within 7days from paid search the order will get attributed to Paid search. But still it is a very large discrepancy and the client is very concerned about it.  Is there any way to track all the orders where facebook has assisted? (I have also tried using the order at participation attribution but it only shows orders which eventually purchased from facebook only.)   Thanks in Advance  

Hi All, I have a query which gives suggestions as a result. This works fine in my local instance but works partially in dev/qa environment. Eg. If I search "Sol" it gives me many results but if the same code is deployed to dev it doesn't gives any results. All the content and code is same but this query doesn't work properly in dev. It is a simple suggestions query where I return page title as a result. Hi Community, It has come to our attention that Adobe Analytics is showing us different values depending on which day we looked at the dashboard. As an example: We looked at our dashboard on January 18th and for the previous days we have the following values:January 15: 0January 16th: 12January 17th: 17 On January 19 we look again at the same dashboard and get different (less) values for the above mentioned days e.g.:Jan 15: 0January 16th: 1January 17th: 2 The values are from the Facebook(meta) channel!   Does anyone have any ideas what this could be due to?

Hi all,   I want to check on if this functionality is possible within AEM OSGI 6.5.   Is there a way to connect AEM forms designer with AEM forms Author OSGI , such that business users should be able to pull the AEM forms XDP's stored inside a particular folder inside /content/dam/formsanddocuments/<my_project_specific_folder> and be able to EDIT these XDP's and SAVE them back to the same folder, without having to log into the AEM Instance?   I want to check if all the EDIT and Save functionality can be done within AEM designer which is connected to a particular AEM author instance.   Regards,

Can I get opinion on requests at the webserver level.? If frequently we approach over 95 requests per second on the single webserver, do you think I can use this as a speaking point to the need to add the second server to provide ongoing resilience and handle increased volumes of traffic.    Normal volumes are around 10 RPS.   Any suggestions would be appreciated on what scenario we go for an additional publish instance? Our current architecture is one author, one publisher, one dispatcher with assets product. When we set the instance, it was around 1 million images in dam, but now it is around 4 million and looking for suggestions on how to claim for another publisher instance with the request per second stats we see in new relic now.
