I know that proofs archive after ~60 days, but is there any timeframe in which the decisions/updates on the proof will be deleted for good? Our compliance teams wants to make sure that we have tracking of all approval decisions years down the road if need be. Any info is appreciated 🙂

Are document folders in WF assigned object IDs?  If so, where can those IDs be found?  I don't see a way to manually navigate to the ID or to pull up IDs in a report.   I was able to use Fusion to create a document folder in an existing project.  I wonder if it's possible to add sub-folders.  I see that in the WF API, there are 'Parent ID' and 'linkedFolderID' fields under Document Folder.  Presumably I could specify the object ID of the main folder in one of these fields, but again, I'm not sure how to find that folder's object ID.   Thanks in advance.  

I have created schemas that I want to delete but there is data stored in them. If I delete them will the data stored in it will be automatically deleted or do I need to delete the data first? Also, how do I delete that data? 

Hi, We have a script (<script>) inside some of our emails html code, sent from campaign which was working fine until beginning 2022. Now It does not work anymore due to CSP increase it seems. We want to setup nonce as suggested in documentation ( https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/tags/client-side/content-security-policy.html?lang=en) to have it functional again. Do you know how to do that? I guess it has to be on the midsourcing as it is supposed to execute on mirror pages? Thanks for your help

In adobe launch the developer has created a rule and used console.log("pageError", event.detail); in custom code section and have used evar9 set as %event.detail.formName%:%event.detail.errorText% under variables. This rule triggers in a direct call rule events. How to debug and see this in console?     I expect something like checking direct call rule _satellite.track("error-page") or datalayer check in console which I can debug and check in web console

We have this property in a page: Author Content Fragment path: "/content/dam/content-fragments/authors/en/some-name"When creating a language copy, I want the path to be changed to "/content/dam/content-fragments/authors/fr/some-name"Currently it just keeps the same en route in the French language copy..Anyone knows how to do that?

Hi All,   I have a requirment,  dynamic data source dropdown if select one value i have to show the selected value related dialog fields on the dialog page with colliseble layout and checkboxes. example :    dropdown :  value selected is "adobe".   1 headline :  products checkbox 1 checkbox 2 2 headline :  ........ checkbox 1 checkbox 2 -------  ------ n.   These headline and checkbox are dynamic. we can't hardcode these in crxde dialog fields. we have to create dialogs dynamically.  Would appreciate any help.   like:  on selection of dorpdown value show one popup window with all dynamic dialogs etc... with custom javascript. any example please for this.     

Hi all, For some report I have to create my own date range, mainly year to date. For this one I think I'm good (I created this on the 12JAN2023):  But I want to compare this period with previous year YearToDate. So I dit this: same definition for the second one by adding minus 1 year but result is not ok in the preview As you see in red, the end date is not the expected one..... So I change with 11 months: Month is ok but I lost the current day...   Does anyone of you have any suggestion?   Thanks   Robin

Hi,   I have created a persistent query and replicated it to publish the instance. It is accessible in the Author instance but not in the publisher instance. Wondering if I'm missing something. Team,  If we make changes (add/remove fields) to a Content Fragment model that is already being used to create content fragments, will this modification have any impact on the previously(existing) created content fragments utilizing that model? 

Hi All, I have an eventList with eventDate property.  "eventDate":"Jan 25, 2023, 2:35:00 PM" I am getting this date, I want to convert this date to 25-January, 2023. I have tried many solutions but couldnt work out. please do help.

I have encountered this issue twice today, and I am uncertain as to what is going on to cause it. The first time, I had to reactivate a user and I typed in the wrong Access level for their account when the prompt came up. So, when I went to select the proper level from the dropdown, all the options were grayed out and unselectable. So, I deactivated his account, and when I reactivated it and typed in the correct access level.   However, the second instance of this issue happened when a new user used a registration link that I provide all of our new users with. Typically, once they've used that link, I go in and adjust their account to have the appropriate access level, teams, groups, etc. But, when I went to move this new user from a Planner to a Worker, all the options were in gray. And it appears that this is the case for me with ALL users, despite my being the sys admin for our instance.   Any suggestions as to why this would be happening?   EDIT: This appears to be a

I'm trying to use an executable campaign to send out a welcome email to those who view various recorded webinars on our site.When using an executable campaign, does my token used in email also inherit the parent value? When I test it, the email's my-token takes the value set on the program itself, and not being overridden by the program where I'm calling this from.   What I want to do.. Call executable campaign from each of the webinar programs where we have tokens set for webinar names and urls. Executable campaign is in another program, and email has my tokens for things like webinar names.   Flow - I use 2 execute campaign, and the one that's just value update which seems to work fine.   token set on parent campaign.   Should I just create a field that I can update in the flow before I send out an email and use that value in the token? If anyone has good workaround, please let me know!    

Hello,   I'm using the ldap module for user syncronisation between an Active Directory and CMS. In one instance of  default sync handler  following user attribute are defined:         Now my problem is only one attribute is stored in user node, the others not. The only property that work is "sling:resourceType". I checked error.log, the log for "org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.security.authentication.ldap" and "org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.spi.security.authentication.external". No errors, no warnings. Only messages for success. The user node it self is created as expected. My question: what is wrong here?   Thanks in advanced   PS: All attributes from right side of equals signs are vaild attributes and aren't empty.

Env details - AEM 6.5 (On-Premise) Forms-add-on package (adobe-aemfd-win-pkg-6.0.640.zip), OSGI forms & output service. I AM facing some issues in java script part of XDP, especially in java script accessing data of table and manipulating the table structure of dynamic table (XML based data). Dear community, I was trying to deploy the custom login page but the page only load login.jsp without the clientlib.   I've checked that: 1. Clientlib "categories" property was modified 2. Paths were modified in "apps/granite/core/components/login/login.jsp" 3.  Requirement was added in Apache Sling Authentication Service As I manually added the core folder (originally from libs/granite) under "apps/granite" and did the settings above, "apps/granite/core/content/login" folder was successfully accessed.  However, as I packed this "apps/granite/core" node and deployed it again, the folder went missing.   Would like to know if I should also pack some other nodes with "apps/granite/core", or what should I do to make this work?
