Hi all, I'm trying to transfer assets using the functionality in the user management part of Adobe Analytics. One weird thing is that it's not showing the user's calculated metrics. I know they have them because the user is my profile linked to a different email address. I believe I am a full platform administrator, so I can't think of another reason why they wouldn't appear. I'd previously transferred assets for numerous email when we updated our domain, and there was never an instance where calculated metrics weren't there, so this strikes me as odd. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,I have created an AEM HTML 5 editable template in the template editor of AEM 6.2. I have enable the same as well but the template is not showing up when I am creating an AEM page either in Site admin or in the Touch UI.Any help on the same please?Thanks,Sobhan

Hi, As part of the requirement we have written a workflow which will automatically create the page version as soon as page content is changed/edited. How can I replicate the production instance of Campaign Standard into the Staging environment. With packages, it seems that this isn't done if we use the Platform and Administration as some changes aren't sent over. Is that correct or will the export/import of these two packages bring the staging environment completely inline with production?

I have content structure like - /content/A , /content/B, /content/Cand user groups  AuthorA, AuthorB and AuthorC.UserGroup AuthorA has allow access for /content/A and deny for/content/B & deny for /content/Csimilarly AuthorB has allow access for /content/B and deny for/content/A & deny for /content/C and Author C has allow access for /content/C and deny for/content/A & deny for /content/Bwe have a  user -testUser,testUser is part of usergroup AuthorA and AuthorB but testUser is only able to access /content/AHow can we make testuser to acces /content/B also because it is part of usergroup AuthorB as wellThanksAnkit

Hi Team,   We are trying to connect AEM with SAP hybris e-commerce using CIF. In this process, we have followed the official documentation and reference guide and have adopted Diconium suggested Adobe IO reference implementation. However, we are facing issues while resolving the response from Hybris and converting them into GraphQL schema (as all the Core components are tightly coupled with Magento schema). Do we have any detailed guide apart from reference documents to tackle it and any suggested approach recommended by Adobe that we can follow?Any reference implementation for CIF Core components with Hybris and details will also be highly appreciated. I've imported a list into Marketo that was used for one particular "terms and conditions" type email. A large portion of this list are non-marketable contacts. However, there are some contacts that are on this list that are involved in other campaigns I'm running. I can't figure out how to run a smart list to find the following:   Member of List: List is A Has only been sent Terms and Conditions Email   The filters I'm running seem to be showing me who's on the list and was sent the email. But that isn't meaning they couldn't have received others. Hope this is making sense and that there's an expert out there!

Hi Team,   I have dialog in that i have dropdown i have used  sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/select"   in this drop down i have 5 options like option1 option2 opton3 option4 option5   Now by default it should select  option5  without any change done by Author. Can some one suggest me what property we need to add for these.  

I have added cq:listner on afteredit REFRESH_PAGE.  Page is getting refreshed, but the parsys and configuring is not possible    Before editing the component   After I edit the component and the page is refreshed  everything regarding editing vanishes .... Now to get the parsys back either I need to refresh the page or I have to switch from edit to preview and back to edit mode then the parsys and component configuring is possible.

I am refining the definition of our marketing channel processing rules - essentially introducing more explicit definitions for each rule to ensure channel data is more accurate.   I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how best to Q/A this? The latency attached to data processing makes it challenging to say for sure that a particular hit was chalked up to a particular channel. Is there a better way (i.e. in real-time?).

Hi, our URLs are longer than 255 characters because of various utm descriptions included. Do you have any ideas on how to track the complete URL? I think a list evar is not useful because its purpose is to split up the content into several parts... Regards Stefanie

We are observing the following issues after upgrading to the latest cloud release version 2022.12.10488.20221222T085327Z All the custom user group permissions are revoked and the user is now not able to edit any content. There is no change in permission but still the issue exists. <span> tags are getting removed from HTML markup. RTE styles are getting removed i.e. <p style="text-align: right;"><b>US-NON-1234v1.0 02/20</b></p> is shown as <p style><b>US-NON-1234v1.0 02/20</b></p>  The above issues are reproducible on local SDK as well.   Is there any way we can roll back to the previous version of SDK as Adobe is not responding to the support ticket on priority?   Thanks, Asutosh

Hi,  We have a nurture stream for which we are stopping any entry of new leads as we will be making this nurture stream obsolete once all members have completed the cadence.    Is there a way to tell who is currently in the stream and if they have exhausted the content or what emails they have/have not received??   Thank You. 

I am having difficulties with troubleshooting our Marketo to Drupal form integration. For Context, My company utilizes Drupal to build and host our website. We also use Drupal forms on our website to collect lead data. However, that integration recently stopped working - when visitors fill out any of the forms across our web page the data is not passing through to Marketo. I have been trying to troubleshoot the integration, however, I can't even find the integration the admin section of Marketo. I've never set up this type of integration before and I'm trying to figure out what needs to be done on the Marketo end to set up a Drupal for intergration.    In my research I keep finding documentation about how to set up the Marketo MA module in Drupal, However I don't see anything about what to do on the Marketo end of the integration.  So my question is what do I need to do to get a Drupal to Marketo integration up and running?

Hi,    We have an engagement program in our Marketo Engage instance that contains multiple streams.    1) We want to stop using/turn off 1 of the streams.  How can I do that without losing the stream history?    Do I simply archive all of the assets in under/within that stream?   Do I need to somehow "turn off" the stream?  I know that there's a way to turn off entire engagement programs ( that's not what I want to do) but I don't see a "turn off" option for just a single stream.    2) the filters that we use in this stream to define the audience entry and transition rules ( etc. If product interest updates to X) , we now want to redirect that audience to a different stream.  Do I simply delete the entry rules for this stream and give them to the other stream where we want this audience to go into ?     Your help is appreciated!    Many Thanks 🙂
