Hi,I have a request where I need to apply a different format when a condition is false.This condition must affect to a line of a collection of articles (an article of a product list)I have created a boolean element within a collection, however the boolean I have create is not available when I try to applicate a new condition to a field of the transacctional message.Is there are way to use this kind of element (of a collection) as a event to be used as a condition?

Hello Community, Happy New Year!   I'd appreciate some support or ideas on spacing height between images in the eCommerce I work on.   Note that the top banner was done in SFCC and the other main images in AEM with the spacing issues, which are definitely not consistently.   The images are the same size with no transparent background behind, but always have different spacing.   Please see below:

Hello ACC community, How can we generate multi language mirror pages (Ex: Spanish, Poruguese...etc)?. I was able to create an English version of mirror page then inserted it to the personalization block, but when tried to clone it to a Spanish version it's still rendering to the English version (See screenshot).     Thanks, Soph

I have a process step in a workflow which is used to send mail to the initiator of the workflow on getting certain approval or rejection . How do I find the Email ID associated with that particular user in the process step ? How do I retrieve the user from the Workflow Item ? 

Hi All,   I just have some issues with the Tertiary Values and Classification Rules that we have setup and I'm wondering if you have encountered the same. Maybe you guys may also have insights on what have we been setting wrong on our Classification Rules   The setup is like as below: item 1 = "yes" or "no" item 2 = "yes" or "no" item 3 = "yes" or "no" eVar X = <item 1>|<item 2>|<item 3>   Sample Values can be: eVar X = yes|yes|yes eVar X = no|no|no eVar X = yes|no|yes The Classification Rules as setup as Rule 1 = item 1 Rule 2 = item 2 Rule 3 = item 3 So when we created a report for Rule 3 with a custom event, the expected value should be just "yes" or "no". The issue is, our report shows "yes", "no" and "unspecified". When I breakdown the "unspecified" by eVar X, it will show the correct values with only "yes" or "no" values. No empty one.      

Hi All,   I am trying to create a custom data type, for which I followed up the steps as mentioned in the document https://github.com/AdobeDocs/experience-manager-64.en/blob/main/help/sites-developing/customizing-content-fragment-model-data-types.md But the properties for the custom data type is always blank.I tried with creating the copy of the "/libs/settings/dam/cfm/models/formbuilderconfig/datatypes/items/text-single" with bare minimum changes, but for that also the properties appear blank as shown in the screenshot.     I am using AEM SDK latest version. Any pointers will be helpful. Thanks in advance

There are two questions regarding my issue: #1: I have written a JS "else if" statement to determine a list of fire department choices in one DD list depending on the user's choice of county in the first DD list. The counties list was created in the Drop-down field in AEM forms no script there. The JS in the fire department Drop-down field uses that choice to run the script. This all works however the fire department drop down list will not export values into the Microsoft list upon submission. What am I missing to get those values into the list? #2: The other issue is that my counties are coming in as numbers since I used the format 1=county name in the dropdown values. Is there a way to fix that too or do I need to just take the numbers out and type in the counties in my JS? I'm sure there is an easier way, but this is how I got it working. Open to suggestions if you have ideas. Thank you!!

We would like to build a model that allows us to create a large set of pages with a specific layout and design today but we will likely need to modify the layout and styles in the future and we want all previously created pages to be updated in one place rather than having to go back to every individual page.   For example, we would like to build a website that provides information about restaurants.  We would like to create a template for our restaurant detail pages.  Each page will contain a main nav bar, hero image, a title, some body copy that provides a lot of detail about the restaurant, and a component a component below it that contains a list other restaurants.   Our current thought is: We will need to build a template that contains components for all of the above elements.  Those components would be placed either in "Structure" or "Initial Layout". Authors will create a new page for each restaurant using the the "Create" button and choosing the templa

Looking for best practices to maintain analytics tags in AEM. We have hunderds of pages and wanted to add tracking for all the links included in site, also wanted to maintain analytics tags remain same across all the components. So what is the best approach to achieve this. 

We have a sprawling organization, and our Adobe implementation has hundreds (thousands?) of legacy eVars and sProps for which there is little to no documentation. I would like two professional Web analysts on my team to have visibility into the rules (especially legacy rules) that are set up in Analytics Admin Tools.   The organization will not grant Admin access to anyone beyond one person [the First Admin] Is it possible for the First Admin to grant "read-only" access to Analytics Admin Tools in order for teams to have more visibility into how things are set up? If not, is there anyone in the community who can suggest a way for my Web Analytics professionals to gain more transparency into how things are current configured?

Hi everyone,We're running into an issue where after a task has been created via Marketo, it is immediately deleted from Salesforce. I can see the task creation in the lead's activity log and everything looks correct there, but in Salesforce there is only a "Routing Task" but the task itself is not there. Our Salesforce Admin said it was deleted, but sees nothing in the automation that would cause this. It doesn't happen on every lead, just a handful a month, but the Sales team doesn't want to miss any leads. Any ideas on why this would be happening?

Hello, If you create a subform with a border in AEM Forms Designer 6.5 and save it as an Adobe static PDF form, the border will not be displayed when you open it in Reader / Acrobat. Is there a reason for this or is it a bug.

Is there a way to only show notes from specific users? We have a report in which we want to display notes in a column from two specific users.  I found a way to add the name of the last entered note along with the time stamp. I would like to filter out unnecessary notes. 

Super basic question here. Currently, our proofs require all proof owners to make a decision on reviews. It's easy to go in and check "not relevant" but I was wondering if I should be assigning a different role to myself as the owner to not have it show reviews overdue on our reporting. If I set it to "read only" will I lose all permissions of being the owner of the review?    

Hi Everyone,We have occasional issues with values stored in cookies not being stored in hidden fields on form submit. Sometimes the information in the cookies are stored and sometime they are not. Support is trying to help but I am wondering if anyone has any insight on how to trouble shoot. Setup:1. We store utm values in cookies when people come to our site. 2. When the user converts via a Marketo LP  we auto fill the hidden fields with values from set the cookies. We have tested in multiple browsers (normal and incognito modes) and always the cookies are set but on submission the values are not always stored. Any ideas?Thanks in advance,- Frank
