I have campaigns that go out daily, and I would like a seed list sent out once a week. I have this list set as a trap in Test Profiles.    I can set it up differently by creating a separate workflow to send them to the seed list directly. But I wanted to see if I can have something set up to turn it on before a send-in at a specific time. 

I would like to write a custom style value to Center the Title in the Teaser Component.  I do not see an example of this.    

Hello,   For our weekly email sends, our team clones the previous email asset. So each "new" email is a clone of a clone of a clone. I noticed that when I created a new module and added it to the template we use for testing code changes, it worked perfectly. The email asset I use to view any changes to our "testing template" is a single original email--not a clone of a clone. After testing the changes in our "testing template," we make the update to our "master email templates".   However, after updating our master email template and pulling the new module into a clone of a clone of a clone (times 40 emails or so) that uses that master template, the module did not work as intended. A previous fix I had applied to the hero image to ensure it expanded the full width of a mobile device in the Outlook app did not work, and there was another weird issue where the number and headline text were aligning center instead of staying left-aligned as shown below:   Correct heade

Hello, This may be a really dumb question and maybe I am missing something obvious - but is there any way attribute actions through date of activity to an email itself? I know you can set Date of Activity on things, but that's based off the present date in the sense of "Date of Activity = Last 7 Days" is 7 days before the current date.  Is there any way or workaround that'd you be able to do something like "Date of Activity = Last 7 Days Since Email x was Delivered?

Hi,I am trying to fetch the observability metrics for real time customer profile using the this API https://platform.adobe.io/data/infrastructure/observability/insights/metrics . For the name attribute I am providing timeseries.profiles.dataset.recordread.count this as an attribute value when I try to execute this API via postman I am getting the datapoints with an empty array. Could you please suggest how to fetch the real time customer profile using timeseries.profiles.dataset.recordread.count attribute.

Hi,   How to create information architecture for AEM? my understanding is that it is same as creating JCR folder structure. Is this correct?   What factors to be considered?   One factor is that any node should not have more than 1000 child nodes for Performance reasons.   Thanks, Rama.

Is it possible to make a fieldset required? That is, I know I can make each field within a fieldset required, but to do so requires making every field required. I would like to make it so that at least one of the fields is selected before the person can go on and click the Submit button.Thanks in advance for your help!Laura

I have a current projects report that uses prompts to show any projects by the sponsors home team ID.  I want the same exact report but the prompts to show by who the project was assigned to, not the sponsor and I can't figure out how to change the condition to find the assignee and not the sponsor.  The condition I'm currently using is below.   sponsor:homeTeamID=---------------&sponsor:homeTeamID_Mod=in   I just need to know what to change sponsor from to have the condition in the prompt show who the project(s) were assigned to.   Any help is appreciated!   Thanks   Justin

Hi, I have a custom form attached to tasks within a parent task. This form contains a field which states actual time spent. When I have this information in the child task the numbers don't role up to the parent task. I have created a view in order to see the "Actual Hours" field within the custom form on the project but it will not roll up the total of all actual hours on the child tasks to the Parent Task. Has anyone got an guidance or experienced this before. Any information would be massively appreciated.

Hi All! Does anyone know of a way to utilize text mode to build a task report that includes a wildcard filter for tasks that are "assigned to" $$USER.... even the user is not the primary assignee? Currently I am only seeing a way to use the wild card with the Assigned To field in a Task or Issue report: this field displays the Owner of the task or the issue, or the Primary Assignee. The individual wants to be able to see all of the tasks they are assigned to by status (not just the tasks they are the primary assignee) with more detail than what they can get from their Work List. I would prefer not to build user specific reports in our instance so that we can re-use reports for other staff as well if the need arises. 

We have a new office administrator, who's been asked to complete timesheets for our senior leadership team.   Is this even possible? Is there a way I can give permission for one user to complete timesheets for other users?   Please help   Cheers Ross

We faced a problem with an unexpected profile merge.  Consider this scenario :  Schema having some GlobalID as primary ID and email as secondary ID    Now I have 2 profiles with below values: profile1 : GlobalID = 12345 ; Email = abc.xyz@mno.com  profile2 : GlobalID = 98765 ; Email = abc.xyz@mno.com    I see these two profiles got merged. My first question is if this is expected behaviour (primary ID is different yet it merged). If yes, how can we bypass this?

Hi Team, I'm trying to create DM rendition for video asset. Have followed adobe doc & able to see the encodes but not smart crop & DM renditions after applied the video profile & reprocess the assets on the folder. URL/Embed also not there. All relevant scene7 properties are created properly on metadata. Could someone help me to understand how to fix the issue.    Please do not share docs as I already have gone through it.   Thank you!  

I am new to AEM and cannot understand the difference. What I've understood until now is that AEM forms is a package which is installed on an AEM instance. So AEM is the complete application and we are just installing more code (the AEM forms package) to get additional functionality of dealing with forms. I think this is what is called AEM Forms on OSGI. But what about AEM forms on JEE? Is it a different package but this also has to be installed on an AEM instance or is it a complete application which can run on its own. While researching I also came across terms like LiveCycle , Jboss server needed for AEM Forms on JEE. Also can anybody explain this picture ? I am guessing the forms workflow is AEM Forms on JEE which leads me to be believe that it is an application which can be run on its own (whether the enclosing application server like Jboss is always required I don't know) and AEM Author instance is not necessary here.    Then what is the purpose of AEM Author in this di

I've just implemented media reporting on my site and it all seems to work splendidly.    Almost.   Problem is that I've implemented it by allocating media reporting to a dev report suite (so it could all be tested) and now I can't for the life of me work out how to change it to be allocated to the 'production' report suite instead.   Any ideas?

Hi,   When I filter my workspace by specific URLs and drag the bounce rate metric, it pulls in even more URLs that I didn't filter by. Thus, giving me an inaccurate number for the pages I want to look at. For example, if I want to look at the bounce rate for 25 pages, it'll pull in 10,000 other links and give me the bounce rate for those pages.   Please let me know how to go about this issue.    Thanks

Hi all, I am using the core carousel component in AEM 6.5. When I click on "Add", and select a component item, it does not show immediately on the dialog (Although it does update in the page on the carousel component itself).   The added component(Card component here) only shows when I cancel and click into it again.     I find that when I add an item initially, it does make a "carousel.model.json" call to retrieve the item. But again there is nothing that update it in the dialog. I checked my crx-quickstart logs and browser logs, and there is nothing unusual, except a websocket issue in browser (which I think is unrelated?)     I am still relatively new to AEM, and any help would be appreciated.   Thanks

We have blocked a domain via a javascript that is still getting into our Marketo database. We cannot replicate the behavior because each and every time we have tried to submit the same form using any email address that they submitted we receive an error that we cannot submit with this domain.So behavior is:Form submits are getting through to the database in Marketo and they are a combination of numbers @qq.com QQ.com has been blocked via javascript and attempts on our part to submit the form using one of the email addresses that made it through are blocked.Help please + thank you!

I am using on premise AEM service pack 12 with FMDITA 4.1. I am trying to add word and pdf documents as attachments to dita xml using cross reference. But after generating AEM SITE from dita , the path to the documents is not getting resolved and causes broken link. Following are the screenshots:     How can this issue be resolved any idea? @divrajsingh   

We had a customer complain they haven't received any of our marketing emails so I dug into their record in Marketo and found they were marked Email Invalid and the reason was "their account doesn't exist". There is no record in their activity log though that they were marked invalid. Does anyone have an explanation for this? Or if I'm okay to uncheck the box if that email is in fact valid?
