Hello! Is it possible to remove or hide stories from the agile view within a project once they have been completed?   We have a large project with a ton of Stories (aka Parent Tasks) that are cluttering up the agile view and would love to be able to filter them out once they are completed. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

After updating an XML file used by a LiveCycle Designer ES4 form, I used to be able to import it into Acrobat Pro using Edit > Form Options > Import Data. This worked up until a couple of months ago, but now the XML file looks corrupted on import: <staff> </staff> </it> </it> </admin> ...etc. The same form and XML file still work properly using Acrobat Pro 2022.002.20212, but not with 2022.003.20282. Any ideas as to what's changed between these version? Thanks, Steve

Hi,   I have a layout container within a template for an experience fragment and added components into it. Now i have a component-A that can have nested components within it.  This is based on editable templatesLayout container -> contains componentA and component A can have a set of new components that can only be added if component A is dragged. These new components will not be visible in the layout container.@arunpatidar    Is there a way to achieve this for an XF based on editable template where components will not be visible for the layout container but only be visible when one wants to add components within component A?

I've made significant changes to one of our custom forms (request object type). I thought the easiest thing to do would be to just export it as a project object type and replace the older version of that form. But do I lose anything crucial history-wise if I do that? Thanks!

HI ! i have a problem that ive been trying to solve in my mind but its appears to be a little bit problematic. the problem is that i need to created a workflow that will process some data from content fragments via payload and then that data will be use to launch multiple jobs/event with a different time, lets say for example that we have : cf = contentFragment cfa - cron expre 1 = x | cron expre 2 = y  cfb - cron expre 1 = d | cron expre 2 = c cfb - cron expre 1 = s | cron expre 2 = a this three cf  will be processed via payload path in the workflow custom step process, all of the cf will have two different cron expression that will represent the date when a property is gonna be published and the date when that property is gonna be unpublished. all those cron expressions can be different. now thats the problem but for my solution i this steps : 1.- create a custom adapter factory to adapt the cf  via adapTo in java. 2.- create inside the customworkflow c

Hi, I am trying to run Aem forms cloud service migration utility in aem 6.4.8.2 instance for making forms compatible for aem as cloud service environment. After running the migration utility I am getting undefined variable error for the converted rules, which are converted into reusable functions by the utility.  attaching snapshots for reference.   utility generated function :   Required clientlibs have been added. Situation: we send out NPS e-mails, but only want customer to receive a NPS e-mail once in every 3 months. To do so, we created a segment and included everyone who has an event on their profile with the messageID corresponding to the message in the journey.   Problem: But, I found out that the message ID changes when you create a new version of the journey. So in that way, the segment doesn't work anymore like you want to, or you have to add all the Message ID from all the different versions of the journey. That doesn't seem like the best way to do it, there should be another way.   Question: is there a field in the message that stays the same over the different journey versions and that we can use building segment? Or what is the best way to build segments based on an e-mail a customer has received, that stays working when you create a new version of the journey?   Thank you. 

Hi!I'm having form with 3-4 tabs & some required fields in each. Now I want to prevent the user to move to next tab until the required fields are filled in current one.I'm using this & it's working fine for next button which prevents from going to next tab until fields are filled. But still user is able to jump to other tabs directly by clicking respective tabs.Please suggest any method to prevent this.Thanks

Hi @1298763,   We are facing an issue, where if we cancel the inheritance for the multifield attribute and then do some changes in the live copy, after that if we roll out the same page from the language copy to the live copy the changes are getting overridden (we already canceled the inheritance, ideally it should not change). can any one provide a solution for it?   Regards, Mohit

Hi There, I am curious to know how we can leverage the Image core component model for a single resource with two images. Use case : 1. We have a component say hero with a requirement to have a background and a featured image. 2. We are thinking to use both images the same as the core image component and should leverage all the core image component capabilities. Let me know your suggestions or references on the same. Hi all, one of my clients needs to extract hard bounces from a campaign that was sent last week. They have both soft and hard bounces and they need to delete the hard bounce email addresses from the source afterwards, they only need the hard bounces. They will raise a ticket but i wonder if there is anything I can suggest them? Thanks,

Hi,I'm using anchor links in page for some purpose within it. But when anchor link is clicked, it gets appended to URL in browser. Suppose anchor link is #tab1, when it is clicked #tab1 gets added to URL (?wcmmode=disabled#tab1) which I don't want. Is there any way I can stop this from happening?

Hello, I have a content hierarchy on my form: root panel----- child panel1 ---- text box----- child panel2 ---- text boxSo when the AEM form is published, I click preview as HTML but it's all blank. When I click edit on the form when I click root panel it's blank. However, when I click any of the child panels, I see the texts I am supposed to see for the form. Also, the layout for the form is "responsive - everything on a page without navigation" so I should be able to see all the text when going to this form without any navigation needed My AEM version and packages are:- Adobe Experience Manager, Version 6.5.0- aem-service-pkg-6.5.6-1.0.zip - adobe-aemfd-osx-pkg-6.0.192.zip

Hello Adobe,   I may not be looking it at right place, but when I load my page, it triggers two server calls with same information. One call appears from Rule as it shows pageview event1 but the other call has similar information except event1.  The only difference between calls are event1. The other one has started showing up from last week.Can someone tell me what could be the possible issue?     

Hi Everyone, I am working on adding custom properties on Experience fragment dashboard views (List & Card View). I am overlaying /libs/cq/experience-fragments/components/experiencefragment/card/card.html & /libs/cq/experience-fragments/components/experiencefragment/row/row.html nodes. While the overlay works fine, when I build the code(with ui.apps package), it fails as the highlighted package is deprecated from 6.4.0 onwards(We are currently on Uber Jar 6.5.8). I could not find any documentation if com.adobe.cq.xf.ui.ExperienceFragmentConsoleItem class or the package has been moved to any other package or API. If any of you have any leads on this or another way of implementing this requirement, please let me know. 6.4 Deprecated List

Does anyone here have multiple AEM development instances set up locally that can be started simultaneously? I'm looking for the best approach and thought about simply using two different ports (4502 and 4512) and firing the quickstart.bat file for each to boot them up. How are others maintaining two totally separate AEM instances in their local environments?

Hello Dev community, We have encountered that one of our customer that our Marketo integration have multiple leads with same email Id, now we wan't to sync data from our platform to marketo , only lookup field we have is emailId. The api is returning status as "skipped" with error code 1007 and message { "requestId": "17f38#184e1787787", "result": [ { "status": "skipped", "reasons": [ { "code": "1007", "message": "Multiple lead match lookup criteria" } ] } ], "success": true } Is there any cleaner way of doing this i.e. passing a param in request which updates this for all the leads matching lookup field criteria.
