Hi all, So, we're running an "Ugly Profile Picture Contest" right now. (This will hopefully encourage more people to have pictures for their accounts.) For all users participating, I've joined them all to a temporary team for the contest. I created a user report which I want to share with everyone so they can see people's submissions. But the user image is ridiculously small. I was playing around with the text mode but couldn't make it enlarge. Has anyone else done something similar? -j

Hello, Our org came with up an invented metric called "engaged visits". Visits minus Bounces.   I ignore it because it's invented and our site UX leaves a lot to be desired - which makes "engagement" an even more difficult read than it is to begin with.   It seems this invented "engaged visits" is a vanity metric that is unnecessary and can be misleading (particularly when lead gen is tied to it). People are hung up on it; they think it proves engagement, or maybe even more. I thought Visits were already "engaged".   Question: Are there better, more straightforward - not invented - Adobe Analytics components / combinations of components we can use besides the scenario described above? What are some best practice ways to gauge "engagement" on a website?   Thank you, Bryan

I imagine I'll get a quicker response from this group than my representative. They moved the support center to Adobe and there is NO INFORMATION HOW TO CONTACT THEM. They seemed not to have migrated me as the admin, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to contact them or to login to this mystery console that is mentioned but not information how to change this. There is no phone number or instructions that I can find in the maze that is this ridiculous support site.

I'm creating a Note Report to show all of the updates added by a user across our WF instance- grouped by project. I have created a component 'Author' and dropped it on a page. But the component dialog is showing up empty. What can be the issue?

Hi folks,   I want to change the date formats of the ingested data from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy.  For ex, when I look up the data in the form or schema, I can see the format of date like 06/25/2021. Is there a way to change the date formats in the backend DB ? We are using SQL DB and have recently upgraded it.   The data is ingested directly from MS dynamics. We have set the regional settings as "Australia" in the deployment wizard.   Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks, Ishani

I created a CSV feed and have a entity.id, entity.name, entity.message  for each item along with adding my entity.pageUrl (setting this to the absolute URL of my pages), I created a Design and set my Criteria. I then created a Recommendation activity and set it up with a Design, Criteria and Collection, all is displaying as expected in Edit mode, but when I launch it, no recommendations show and if I use mboxTrace, I get the following message at the bottom of the output:  "response" : {    "node" : "re1.prod26",    "status" : {      "code" : "NO_CONTENT",      "details" : ""    }It seems like my URL's in my CSV file are not matching the URL's being stored by Adobe, my questions are:How do I check what URL Adobe is storing via my mbox (I'm using at.js v0.9.3)?Do I need some type of customisation to record my URL for each page via my mbox?

Hi, I am creating a A/B test in my program. Just wanted to know about the audience selection. If I am selecting 20% audience on the slider, how this audience selection is going to work within Marketo. 1. Is it like Marketo will send one email version to 10% audience and another version to other 10%? 2. Or the selection within 20% is random? 3. Or is there any way via smart list we can specify this selection criteria?   Thanks!

    Is it possible to increase segment publishing more than 75? In this screenshot it says 300 of 75 and what does it mean ? Does it mean even the limit is 75 still it is published and can be used in experience cloud and other tools? How can it be 318 when the limit is 75?    

I am using a dropdown in cq:dialog with two fields as shown below in the picture:  The problem is that I want to get the selected value in html and javascript but not able to access those values. I tried using ${properties.propertyName} but it didn't work. Is there a way I can check which value is checked?

Working with a client running Classic UI dialogs on AEM6.5.6. We are going through the modernization effort, however, since there are a number of custom xtypes, we created a fork of the modernizer tool and update the code to provide additional support for these custom widgets. Going through UAT, the client has found random cases where the dialogs will not save the content. It is not one specific component dialog creating the issue as it is happening across a number of the modernized components. There are errors in the console, however, these same errors exist when it does work. Any help is appreciated.

Has anyone implemented asset insights in AEM DAM . OOTB we have insights tab in asset properties which provide the data as shown below in the snapshot. We followed the doc https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/manage/assets-insights.html?lang=en   for implementation but it didn't work.   Thanks

Hi everyone, looking for some help!   This Adobe blog post states "If your Custom Code is JavaScript, then you can now return a promise in conditions or actions. The next condition or action will wait for the promise to resolve before executing."   I'm struggling to figure out how to do this.  Has anyone got a simple JavaScript code example they could share? (i.e. return a promise in an action so that the following action waits)  

Hi - I would like to know the best way to track in the Marketo program which persons have been assigned for follow-up by Sales in SFDC for multiple program types. The issue is the program success status isn't always an indicator of a person being added to SFDC for follow-up.   Example - if a person from a target account registers for a webinar, we will still add them to SFDC for follow-up, but if someone outside our customer profile attends, we will keep them in Marketo only.    I'm considering creating a Marketo program and SFDC campaign status that will indicate if a member has been assigned, so we can have a clear view and report on this metric.    Has anyone else ever done something similar?

I'm trying to setup a calculated column in a View that will check the "Estimate" points for our stories list and will assign a "size" to it. I want to import/export assets from prd, but the assets are too large to import or export. Is there any way to import or export assets from prd to uat?(more than 50G)

Dear community fellows,   I am now creating a workflow with scheduling activation function and I mainly refered to these: Configure Schedule Publish in Content Approval Workflow  & Scheduled activation with workflows    accoding to the reference above, I added three processes/steps on my workflow:   1. Dialog Participant Step (this is to introduce in datepicker and set activation date on payload page) 2. Process Step which captures the date value and sets it to workflow instance metadata property (absoluteTime) 3. Participant Step (Waiting for activation) set timeout "Immediate" and Timeout handler "Absolute Time Auto Advancer", so the step will wait until the scheduled time is reached and proceed to the next step.   1 and 2 worked fine and I did set the absoluteTime on my workflow instance metadata:     However, the workflow keeps running without getting into step 3.
