hi all, hope you're well,   we're having ongoing issues with our footers, which keep reoccurring. We get our templates all correct (diff footer/templates for marketing & transactional emails) these are built up of 3 or 4 snippets. All will be well when im building new emails for a while...but it only takes a month or so and i'm seeing duplicated copyright text, or no address on emails.As a team we're sick of it, we've had an implementor agency previously try and help us with it, buthave since come away from them because of failures in fixing things such as this.   thanks in advance, Mike

I don't understand the use case for "Skip New Leads and Updates" during a list import.  Why would you want to import a list that skipped new leads and skipped any updates on current leads... what would you be importing at the end of the day?What is the purpose of importing with this option?Instead, I wish there was a simple way to import a static list that did not sync to my CRM (Salesforce) that I could use for one time mailings without affecting my SFDC data.

I am trying to load some purchase information from a flat file (csv) where it has just one product per line. My schema is using the OTB field group "Commerce Details" which has an array of Product List as below.   As mentioned above, my file has one product information and I really want to map with the 0th item in the array. I did something like below and getting an error "The mapping for the wild card array path is incompatible. Please revise the mapping and try again"   Is it possible to map array item using flat file, if yes how? If no, what are the supported options and any example will really helpful

Hi there, I have an exemplary use case like this We have a catalog of 200 products which can be purchased. We have a "product tip" for each product such as "If you press button A and B at the same time, you can ..." In case a customer purchases a product we want to send a "product tip" one day after the purchase via email. Also, 2 weeks later, we want to send another email asking to provide a brief survey on experience with this new product. In AJO I would create a journey, triggered by "commerce.purchase".I would also create 200 offers in ODE which include product tips and offer rule is tied to "purchased sku=xyz".As the first step of the journey I would wait 24h and then send an email. Email content would include an offer component / call to ODE in order to get the right "product tipp" rendered into the email.The journey is concluded with a wait activity of 2 weeks and then an email asking to fill the survey. Hi Team, Understand that there is common version framework for XML editor and Adobe AEM. We have the maximum 5 version settings in our Author environment that we would be keeping same and will not be configuring or altering this configuration. However for DITA, we have the requirement to keep n number of versions (Historical data) with in repository? could you please suggest any alternative to this (Except the alternate to keep n number of versions in configuration and purge content paths using Version purge)?Also any timelines to segregate the DITA versioning with AEM versioning framework? Thanks

Hello all,I am creating a nurture engagement program where the main point of difference is country of citizenship. There are points throughout the year where people from certain countries of citizenship must be paused from receiving content whereas others can continue to receive content.  I am after advice regarding best practice for this set-up, namely; - Is it best to set-up two campaigns allowing only people from certain countries to each based on needs. Or - Can I create one campaign and allow recipients from all countries into the flow and then pause recipients from certain countries from receiving content for a specified period of time by using a smart campaign? If this is the case, what would be best practice to; - Pause certain people from the campaign while others remain receiving content per usual. - What would be the process to 'un-pause' these people at a certain point in time and have them receiving the nurture emails in the same point in the flow as they were in prio

As mentioned in : Upgrading from at.js 1.x to at.js 2.x ,There doesn't seem to be support for the following mbox parameters when upgraded to 2.x.I'm currently trying to create audiences where I only want visitors whose browserWidth is greater than 800px to qualify for a specific experience in my activty. Visitors whose browserWidth is less than 799px would be allocated into another audience, and served a different experience.I've tried implementing in this in the audience, but because the site I work on utilizes at.js 2.x, the following implementation didn't work. I've tested it.I've also tried creating Profile scripts to retrieve the value of mbox.param('browserWidth'), but that doesn't work either.Is there a method that I can use to grab the browser width of the visitor in at.js 2.x? I don't have access to adobe launch, so changes in there would not be an option.

I have one custom carousel Component having more than 3 slides (authorable). These slides are custom Media Component.  Now my requirement is i want to show one logo (authorable) to the top left corner of "only 1st slide". How can i achieve that?   Because if i will put the authoring logo option in Media component then this will be common for all slides, but the requirement is for only 1st slide/Media Component.   Thanks in advance.

Hi all,   There is an Adobe Analytics extension in the 'actions' part of a rule that allows for setting variables, sending a beacon, and clearing variables.   There seems to be a bit of confusion in my team whether to set the variables first, send beacons next, and then clear variables or to clear variables first, then set variables, and then beacon.   I am a bit new to this field so I am not sure but could someone clarify which is the correct order and more importantly why?   Thanks!

Hi Team,   Had a query. We have container component with two styles Fixed and Full Width. Now in container we are dropping other components which has their on styles. Example component text has few styles  and component linked list has no style. Now, when we click on text component and try hitting parent tab  it highlights the container component and then if we see the styles it shows of text component like instead of container component     Similarly if its linked list component which has no style and we click on parent and container component is highlighted and there no styles are shown.   Let us know if this is expected behavior when switching through parent tab, should it show styles for container component. This behavior can be seen in wkwnd site as well.  

Hello,   Is there any way to display of list of pages/ list of content fragment in a custom FORM having a dropdown field. I know we can do it using APIs and all, but is there any better way like extending some Granite3 Page picker etc.   Note: 1) Not talking about touch UI dialog/Form. 2) This Form is gonna rendered onto one page in end site.
