Hi,I have some questions regarding the attribution of traffic and orders originating from WhatsApp.When analyzing the reports at the Marketing Channel level, the WhatsApp channel is correctly attributed. However, when breaking down the data by Marketing Channel Detail, the value appears as "None," making it impossible to determine the campaign volume for this channel. However, if I further analyze the "None" category using the URL variable, I can see the campaign string as shown in the example below:Does anyone know how to solve this issue or if the settings below align with Adobe's recommendations?  In the Marketing Channel Processing Rule, we have the following channels and processing order:  In the Report Suite Manager, it is configured as follows:

Hi there, I've currently got my proximity pattern setting set to one second. Would changing this to zero seconds make it stricter or less strict?

Hello,  when adding a page to the flow diagram (Starts with) I am getting the percentages of visits that go to either of the next pages. But I do not not see an exit rate from the first page. Exit rates are starting from the second column. When I use the same entry page in a freeform table I get an exit rate of 32%. So the next steps could only sum up to 68% of the first column since the rest are exits. Where can I see the exits from the entry page. Can anyone explain? Thank you!

Hi WF Community, Has anyone be able to produce a single report to show planned hrs and actual hours by resource (assignee) for a given time frame? We have tasks that have multiple assignees and span one or many months.Seems like it should be simple and maybe I'm just missing something obvious.  However, from what I can tell, in order to easily report on this I would need my tasks to only have 1 assignee and have planned start and end dates within the same month. Thanks,Nick

Dear community, I have successfully ingested Event Data into AEP with records of two profiles. Then I create an audience to get that two profile into that Audience. However, when the batch was evaluated, it has shown that there are 2 Qualified Profiles and 2 Estimated Profiles. However, the "View Profile" button was grey and cannot be click. Then I proceed to "Refresh Estimate" and now it shows  2 Qualified Profiles and 0 Estimated Profiles and the "View Profile" button is now showing that there are NO profiles for viewing. Therefore, I am unable to verify if the conditions I choose would work for the expected profile to show. Anyone knows how I could see who this two profile will be? Or how can I get the two expected profile to show in "View Profile". Below I have attached images regards to this issue. Please let me know if you need any more information. Best regards, Sching

Hi,I have a filed in one of the field groups defined as an array of objects, like shows in the image below. The field group was added to a schema, which was enabled for profile.I would like to use the above field in an audience rule, something like below:where da_for_touchpoints contains at least one that has (tp_code=XXX and tp_event=12345).Is that possible? If yes, how would I define the audience criteria? Thanks.

How to default the values of a custom field at project level to a custom field in task level? Or is there a way I can extract the value of a project level custom field on task level external look up field, in the Base URL search parameter?

Hello! I have a challenge to overcome and I hope some of you can help me out here.I have a special need and I need to check 4 different email attributes in the target mapping before sending out emails to some particular customers. We have 4 attributes in the recipient table and the hierarchy is as follow:@457687- if populated we send the communication @825706- we use it if 1 is empty @1304489- we use it if 1 and 2 are empty @1424983- we use it if 1,2 and 3 are empty I tried to use some functions (coalesce and emptyString) but I cannot get a correct result and changing the architecture is unfortunately not an option. So I need to use a function in the email target mapping that works as explained. Thanks in advance

Very simple question, but I was not able to find an answer: when working with a form embedded on a webpage, can I hide a mandatory field and still allow the visitor to submit the form, without changing the form in the backend?

Hello everybody,a couple of years ago, I noticed that deactivating an admin user had some consequences on the object he owns. I believe it was a problem with reports and dashboards, and calendars. So I kept my "old" admin users activated. Now, time has passed: what is the situation today? What objects will get inaccessible if I deactivate its owner. Thank youKind regardsSébastien

We have set up Adobe Commerce 2.4.7-p1 with sample data and successfully configured PWA Studio to be compatible by following these steps: Ran the command:yarn create @magento-1/pwa Set up a custom origin:yarn buildpack create-custom-origin ./ Exported the required environment variable:export NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider Built the project:yarn build The dist folder was generated using the commands mentioned above. The URL https://pwa-studio-demo.local/ was directly pointed to the dist folder, enabling the frontend to function correctly. (yarn start or any other commands not executed) The frontend is functioning correctly (e.g., homepage, category page, and product details page are loading as expected). However, in the footer, we observe the following issue:{{#pageTypeNonce}}{{#webpackChunks}}{{/webpackChunks}} {{/pageTypeNonce}} No additional installations or customizations have been made on the Adobe Commerce side apart from the fo

Hi Team, Why there is count difference in AEP and AJO? Example - There are 10K audience count in AEP but in Journey the read audience has only 500 audience count. Where the other audience are getting drop. All the criteria are applied and namespace is also matching. Regards

Every day, I need to export data for a recurring DM campaign and create a report that breaks down certain fields. This report is sent to campaign users so they’re aware of what has been sent. How can I streamline this process to make it more efficient? is there the out-of-box schema storing the data that's exported.

Hello everyone, I want to know if it's possible to know what specific metrics are taken into consideration to build the server call graphic. I´ve been reading some of yall questions in here and some of you say that the ocurrences metric can give us a close number of server calls but is there any way that I can know specific dimensions that are part of that ocurrences metric. For example, pages with page views, interactions with page interactions, etc. All of this because my team is working on reducing the server calls we currently have and for this we need to know which dimensions we have to look at. (We have a mobile app). Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have an AEM headless site in AEM cloud, is it posisble to use that content in EDS site ?I have tried AEM cloud authoring for EDS and Document based authoring and works as expected, and able to use same codebase for both approaches, but i want to use existing AEM non-EDS site content in EDS website, is it possible ? and also is there any documentation on using Content fragments in EDS site ?  Thanks,Parvathi

We need to synchronize site content between the Production and lower environments daily. Specifically, we want to pull site content from Production to the QA environment, ensuring both the Author and Publisher instances remain in sync. However, since we are using AEM as a Cloud Service, the Content Copy Tool is not a viable option as it only supports syncing between Author instances and operates on-demand, rather than automatically. What will be our best option to achieve this?

Need some help getting several missing context fields to be included in the Web SDK's `sendEvent` payload, or at least to understand why these aren't being collected. Background:I am setting up the tagging rules for a Web SDK implementation for a client's new website that is currently in development. For the moment I'm using Luma as a test environment to inject my embed code via Platform Debugger, since the new website does not have any lower environments set up yet.The problem:None of the fields under `placeContext.geo` that are supposed to be auto-collected are being included in the `sendEvent` payload:`countryCode``stateProvince``_schema.latitude``_schema.longitude` The documentation doesn't mention any limitations or caveats for which of these fields will be auto-collected. The only stated requirement is that the appropriate categories are checked off in the extension configuration, which I've confirmed they are: I'm curious if the `geo` fields only apply to web browsers on mob

I am at a loss on how to1. Configure a trigger to watch for new files being uploaded to specific project file folders2. Convert a spreadsheet to a Csv using Fusion Thank you in advance,Eric

Hello, I am looking for a way to download files from multiple projects and to copy those files to a new project. My Custom API call/filters successfully work to pull the correct files into the bundles but what I am having trouble with is how to handle the bundles/operations after the API call. After filtering my iterator I am left with multiple Operations when I only need one(?) When I attempt to build a project after running the API call, it creates a project for each operation when I only need one project created to house all of the files I called on.Here you can see only one operation pre-filter but after there displays two. Screen of the entire scenario just in case:  How can I move this scenario along so that I only get one resulting project with the Create A Record module. Also, how can I move all of the files I called on with the API to copy to the newly created project? Thanks in advance!
