Hi Team,Could you please help me to understand the usage of Error address field in the Email channel section and authorized mask for sender addresses, authorized mask for reply addresses fields in deployment wizard? As I understand from the standard documentation, the authorized masks for sender and reply addresses are for ensuring that no addresses are used that could trigger delivery issues. Delivery addresses must be configured on the delivery server. In such case, could you please let me know what are the addresses that would enrolled in this field under the deployment wizard of instance? And for error addresses, will it be handled in the mid-sourcing server and will there by any configuration settings be made in delivery server? Thanks and Regards,Rajesh.S.S.

Hi,Need some clarifications here...Person: The ID used to define a single person. This ID can be mapped to multiple Audience Manager IDs.Household: The ID used to define a group of people. This ID can be mapped to multiple Audience Manager IDs.Question 1: Do they behave like tagging purposes or will it actually impact some sort of algorithm within the data source upon selection?Question 2: In which scenarios do we use Person or Household? Can anyone enlighten me on this? Thanks!

Hello Experts,Would you please let me know: to a specific page, why the activity map page can be "none" although it always have "previous page"?My understanding is: if user click linkB on pageA and lead to pageB, then, pageA is the "previous page" of pageB, also, when I breakdow pageB by "Activity map page", pageA will be the one.But I found activity map page can be "none".RealCase:We are on the way to understand traffic source mix% of a specific page.I tried to make following categories:Page A breakdown by Hit Depth,1. Hit depth = 1, means it's the first page user visited from outside, then breakdown this again by “referrer domain" or  "Traffic Source", e.g. SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Other Referrers2. Hit depth > 1, means it's not the entry page, then breakdown by "Activity Page", so that we can know on which page user is lead. Then I found big counts under "none" in the 2nd situation. But when I breakdown it by "previous page", there's data.e.g.Total: 173 page v

HiHow do I remove people from a simple default program for an event who have filled in a cancellation form for that event? I need to remove them from the program as they no longer want to attend.Form Assets:Form 1 - Register for the event Form 2 - Cancel your event registration. Form 1 - has a smart list that is automatically sent to the event manager via a report subscription advising her of everyone that has registered. How do I remove people from Form 1's smart list so the event manager is only sent current registered people for the event via her report subscription?I'm guessing via a smart campaign??? If so what filters & flow step should I use as there isn't one to "remove people from a smart list".Thanks in advance

I need to understand how to personalize content shown to a visitor based on his first or repeat visit to their website. Since, we don't know the visitor's identity, I think all we have at this point in time is the visitor's IP address on the server and 1st party cookie storing the online behavior of visitorCan we match this IP address or 1st party cookie to maybe a third party data provider's cookies and extract demographic and behavioral information about that visitor and segment them in a DMP?If the answer to above Q is yes, what are such 3rd party onboarder services and their match rates? What are key considerations that one has to keep in mind in terms of selecting an onboarder?

Is there a way in Marketo to set a cap on the number of contacts who will receive a given email or at least set up a secondary approval step if the list if over a given size? We want to add a QA measure to ensure we are scrutinizing sends over a certain send size.Thank you,

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere else, I haven't been able to find anything. We've recently started communicating to our customers directly via an e-Newsletter. The 1st was sent recently and while we had a v.low engagement score we had a relatively good open rate for a cold-email and want to look at sending different versions of the next newsletter to customers depending on how they engaged with us:If Filled out form X, Send Email 1If Clicked link X, Send Email 2Etc... etcCan anyone recommend a set up?I'm thinking a default program with multiple emails that are sent using one smart campaign based on filtering in the flow step could work but I prefer the reporting from the email program. I'm also looking into engagement programs which I don't have much experience with, most of my experience is with Email programs for single sends and Default Programs to 'nest' Email Programs or send emails using Smart Campaigns.(Please note: our source data's quite restrictive, at the moment I'm

I'm going to start the process of updating the copyright year for our email templates have a couple of questions. If I update the year will it reflect in the emails that I have previously sent out?If not will those emails go into draft status because of the update to the date? Thanks,Jeff

Hi there - We recently sent out an email with a CTA link wrapped in a token. The URL token itself was set as resources.workato.com/URL (without any http/https), and in the email itself the CTA link was {{my.PageURL-Registration}}.Some people successfully registered for the event, and the links worked fine when we sent the email to ourselves. The strange thing was that we received some complaints that the link didn't work for them. One of them forwarded his email to us and true enough, the link was broken. Here was the behavior on the bad email:- Upon hover: the link shows em.workato.com/(tracking link)- Upon click: https//resources.workato.com/____Can anyone help explain the above behavior? We recently upgraded our tracking link domains with the SSL cert, so I don't think that's the issue. We're also using Unbounce for the landing page.

Hi,I just want a step by step process of building an engagement program in Marketo. I know Marketo has a video. Is there a PDF or some website that explains the steps with screen shots. Also, what should be the steps in the Nurture channel under "tags"?Nimisha

Hi Guys,I am trying to get the Adobe support to enable the Adobe optimization reports for our instance of AAM. I am trying to capture the data for the pixels call like the one below:https://abc.demdex.net/event?d_event=imp&d_adsrc=%eadv!&d_campaign=%ebuy!&d_creative=%ecid!&d_placement=%epid!&d_site=%esid!&d_src=39015As per the support guys, we need metadata and data files which is the mandatory requirement before they can enable Optimization reports. I am looking for a sample metadata and data file which I might require to upload to the S3 location. Also, looking for how many files I need to upload? The help docs of AAM doesn't specify a clear process and requisites to enable Optimization Reports.Regards,A

Can I use the handlebars to build my components for a website, if yes what are the limitations of using Handlebars over Sightly? Is it advisable to create my own handlebar scripting engine or I can use the one being used for SCF? If I use AEM Communities Handlebars Scripting Engine is there any licensing complication that I need to be aware of?

Hey,i just wanted to know, if you can use one widget as a "master" widget? Meaning that you can implement this widget on multiple pages with content. And when the content changes, you can adjust the "master" widget, and all instances of it will follow? Can you do this with AEM out of the box, or with little programming effort? Or do you need to programm alot for this?

We currently utilize a third party vendor to translate our AEM content (via Clay Tablet). Recently, we have encountered issues with translated words being very long, causing display issues on our site (specifically with German). Does anyone use a third party vendor to translate content directly in AEM, instead of sending it via XML files? I'm concerned that this process would be very manual and we wouldn't be able to utilize a translation memory (or even know what content is new on a page). The thought behind this is by seeing the content in context, the linguists could avoid using longer words in certain instances that could potentially cause a poor user experience.

Hello, I've got a problem I don't know how to resolve. I'm looking at a particular segment (two of them have the same problem actually) - When looking at Unique visitors (although this happens with ALL other metrics too, I'm just using UV as it's easier to explain) and select This year, or Last year of data, I get "correct" data or at least some data:However if I select only January, or only February, or only a part of any of these two months back in 2018, I get this:Everything is blank!Any ideas? Thanks,Mariano
