Hi All,We have to trigger mail at Publish instance for the below scenario.Consider page(with scaffolding content) is replicated from author to publish. Scaffolding content is considered as pageWhen we publish the page from author to publish, two entity(page and scaffolding page) will be replicated to publish instance. Flush agent is configured at publish instance to invalidate both the page and scaffolding page.Mail has to be sent once cache invalidation(not after the successful replication from author to publish) is done for scaffolding page. How to identify the cache invalidation successful event for particular path at publish instance?

Internally in marketing we are just setting things up. Lead scoring is not up and running yet (we are working on it). How ever one thing that the internal marketing leadership likes to see is who is filling out the forms, and we want to take it a step further to clean up the data from the form fills. To do that we are (I should say I am) looking at sending an email with the content on the link. If the link is clicked we know the email is valid. Following that we want an email to be sent internally along with a number of other functions. The way I structured this was to create 2 campaigns. The first was structured like this:Trigger: Anyone who fills out the form on a specific pageFlow: Gets sent centralized emailCampaign 2Trigger: anyone who clicks specific link in centralized email and filter: filled out the form on a specific pageFlow: internal email gets sentFor some reason I can't get campaign 2 to trigger, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. If anyone could advise I would really

Hello,I'm trying to implement Adobe Heartbeat with the Brightcove Media player for video tracking. I'm having some difficulty sifting through the documentation on how to properly implement this player. Brightcove has an implementation guide that seems fairly straight-forward and found on GitHub (https://github.com/BrightcoveOS/videojs-omniture). Adobe also provides documentation that explains a different process and seems more complicated. My question is, do both options work -- is there an advantage of one compared to the other? Also, it's my understanding that there is a difference between the Adobe Tracking server and Heartbeat tracking server...how do I figure out what the Heartbeat tracking server address is?Thanks!

Hi thereWe have some events, attendees have two choices of courses / events.Currently the form is displaying as per option 1. although we would like the form to display like option 2.There are two fields under the subheading Please select your second choice, we would like the attendee to be shown values different values that are conditional based on their first choice, please see sub-heading Attendees can select up to two events, (fields are highlighted in red and green). For example:If Face painting is an attendees's first choice, the second choice must be Colouring in OR Skipping the attendee must only show venues and dates for Colouring in or Skipping. In addition to show/hide a field based on another field's value, each course has variations of attendees allowed. For example:- Face painting, has a maximum of 20 people (per location)- Colouring in, has a maximum of 40 people (per location)- Skipping has a maximum of 50 people (per location)We have also read https://nation.marketo.com/m

Hi,I periodically scrub our database and delete non-active email addresses or invalid email addresses. Does this affect past email reports? For example, let's say I recently deleted 100 inactive emails. But those 100 email addresses were sent an email in 2017 last year and are part of the data points in calculating open rates, click rates, etc. Now that I've deleted them, will those old 2017 email reports recalculate the metrics, by taking these 100 people out of the equation? (not what i want). Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

How does this affect reporting? Will the lead show up as removed from the program?

I have a problem that hopefully someone can assist. We recently created a survey using typeform (www.spartasystems.com/quality-maturity). We would like to be able to:1. See who completed the survey - using a trigger in Marketo. Was thinking "Lead is Created" with a "Source Type=Web Services API" but not sure if that will work with #22. Use UTM tracking so we can place this survey on several media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, website, online advertising)Any help or insight would be great.  Not a developer, so laymen terms would be appreciated.

Hi,Im trying to extract the UTM parameters from the URL's to the campaign variable. I was using this methodhttp://analyticsdemystified.com/adobe-analytics/using-utm-campaign-parameters-adobe-analytics/Unfortunately, from my understanding, I can't use the getQueryParam because im using the javascript of Appmeasurement. One solution is using the Util.getQueryParam, but unlike the plug-in, it doesn't support extracting multiple parameters at once. Here's an example of what im trying to get:From this URL:www.exampledomain.com/?utm_source=emailing&utm_medium=email&utm_content=premium&utm_campaign=test-campaignI want to extract something like this to the campaign variable:emailing:email:premium:test-campaignFor that I used this sintax:s.campaign = s.Util.getQueryParam("utm_campaign");s.campaign = s.Util.getQueryParam("utm_source");s.campaign = s.Util.getQueryParam("utm_medium");s.campaign = s.Util.getQueryParam("utm_content");But the final result is:campaign = premiumThis happens

Feeling silly for not being able to figure this one out. What's the best way to identify which forms are being used and how frequently?

I use ReportBuilder every single day to refresh multiple reports. For some reason, It's not working at all today. When refreshing reports, it's stuck between these screens. It goes on like this for hours and never ends. It doesn't matter how complex the query it won't complete.I have tried the following:- Rebooted- Reinstalled RB- Multiple reportsAny thoughts?Ali

It would be interesting to hear from others on what their communication limits are.  We are starting to do engagement campaigns, so the one email a day no longer seems feasible.  Thanks for responding!

I have been having this intermittent problem of the mbox call only returning the sessionId in the network tab instead of the tests associated with the URL. My getOffers call is correct and I have tests live that should be delivered to the page.Sometimes I have this issue when I am implementing at.js other times it just starts happening when after at.js has been working and delivering tests. Does anyone know what this is an indicator of?

Hi there,I hope this makes sense. I have a form on our website which is belowis there a way to run the same form above but only count the completion as a contact request if the query box is populated at all? Here are the hidden fields we have:and for Account Source its B2B Partnership Enquiry so we know someone used the Enquiry form on the website however the other form we have with similar fields are just called 'Brochure Download'If I was to have Account Source: B2B Partnership Enquiry and Person Source: B2B Partnership Enquiry and then below that Account Source II: Brochure Download and Person Source II: Brochure Download could I then jump in the if statement area and make this happen?

Hi,I am new to Adobe Campaign and my organization has created Event Configurations and Transactional Messages. However, they have typed in the ID for the events incorrectly and ACS doesn't allow the edit of the IDs. I was able to update the ID of the Event configurations and Transactional Messages of one test event using Workflows. I imported a csv file, located the event configuration using the event type and updated its ID.However, I am not sure if that's a good idea or if that's going to break the integrity of the database or leave orphaned data. Is there a good way of doing this as re-creating the events and transactional messages is a lot of work. Thanks!

I am getting the welcome page but when i click on website to see the siteadmin page, it remain white blank and pages are not displayed.I saw a similar issue raised hereI get to see only some javascript exceptions on /etc/clientlibs/foundation/librarymanager.js

I was wondering exactly what happens when you turn an engagement program back on.  We had a campaign running where the leads received the 1st email, but then they wanted to turn the program off due to some issues that had to be addressed before the 2nd email went out.  Now we are ready to start the program again, so if we turn the program back on, will the leads resume where they were in the stream, or will they receive Email 1 again and start over?  Thanks!

Can you use Marketo to schedule Facebook posts?

Hello Everyone,I want to know, how to link the on-premise marketing server of Adobe campaign with Mobile SDK for push notification, if only whitelisted IP can connect with op-premise marketing server.  Do I need to use a middle server between mobile app and marketing server or there is any other solution? If I will use middle server between mobile app and server, then what should be the value of below variables in the mobile application. Thanks.Parvesh.

We have written a servlet that allows user to download a .csv file from author. The servlet code is adding a response header "Content-Disposition" : "attachment".When the servlet get request is submitted to author we are able to see the response header -- "Content-Disposition" : "attachment" on the browser. We have  configured a dispatcher in front of author. When the same request is sent to via dispatcher, the response header "Content-Disposition" : "attachment"  is getting removed. We confirmed the missing header by verifying  the response headers on browser. The missing response header is causing the downloaded file not to have any extension. Hence user is unable to open the .csv file on his machine as the extension is missingAm I missing something in dispatcher configuration to allow this response header?Apache version: 2.4Dispatcher version: 4.1.12
