When I use the flow diagram, I tried putting page name and the url in the middle checkpoint and study the flow. However, the highest visit of the next page AND previous page are usually the exact same page that I put in the middle check point. It usually has more than 30% of the traffic. I don't think people "reload" the page that often. Does anyone have any idea?Thank you very much

Hello,If we are Premium Customers of Adobe Analytics, we knew that we can get real time pre-processed data from Data Feed? If we get data from Data Feed, we need to calculate the metrics from our end so that we can use the same into schemas. This is complicating the process! Can we have realtime processed data from datawarehouse? Right now there are only Monthly and Yearly scheduling options available. If we are premium customers, can we see hourly and daily scheduling options into it? Or it is not possible. Please advice the best option. Thanks & Regards!Arun

Hi All,We have implemented Analytics code in Android and iOS applications and data is getting captured. But its very strange that the crashes for Android is very high. While iOS is much lesser, not sure what is the issue. Is there some definition from Adobe how the crashes is calculated. Is there a way where can we get to know reason for a crash for both the Apps. Can we do some additional tagging to reduce crashesThanks in advance.RegardsTirumal

Hi all,I am trying to report website activity by different pages on the site. I wanted to know which variable should be used - Page Name (v1 - evar1) or Entry Page or some other variable? Also, what is the difference between these two? I think Entry page is the first page on which the user landed. So does that mean that any download or video play on a subsequent page will be attributed to Entry page, when using this variable? Let me know. Thanks, as always!Regards,Vishal

Hello Marketo Expert, I am having the challenge to sync value to SFDC and have the checkbox field "Email Opt-out" marked. Basically I did tried two different approaches:1. Add a column in excelsheet as "Email opt out" and filled value as "True" --> Import list into Marketo --> sync into SFDC --> didn't work. 2. Import list without adding "Email opt out" column --> Add flow step "Change data value", "Email opt-out" = True" --> run SC campaign --> didn't work. However, the values did show up as "email opt out = true" in Marketo So I wasn't sure where I've missed.I believe the name of the Marketo field is correct, as I checked under Field Management. "Email opt-out" is the only field under "Lead" fields. Any thoughts? Please let me know. Appreciate, Becky

I received an email from Marketo yesterday, encouraging me to contact our CSM as a primary point of contact for non-support related issues -- rather than other internal points of contact at Marketo -- and providing their contact information. Is there a way to also see this person's information in the UI, such as somewhere in the Community? This email was the first I'd heard of our CSM! I hate having to route non-Support related questions through Support when I don't know who else to contact and I'm afraid of not getting a response when someone is on vacation.Marketo - feel free to convert this to an idea if it doesn't already exist somewhere.

After implementing/Configuring the Video Heartbeat Library (2.0.1)  following the instructions from https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/appmeasurement/hbvideo/android_2.0/And looking at the sample app provided in the website.Im having some issues implementing/Configuring the Nielsen API ( https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/appmeasurement/hbvideo/nielsen/c_dcr_android_titlepage_2.x.html )  ----------------------------------in the above image, it shows that I will be able to call the nielseConfigure on the MediaHeartbeat however this method is not present in the MediaHeartbeat class----------------------------------Another issue, According to the docs we can do thisit mentions that I can call the nielsenConfigure on the MediaHearthbeatConfig instance. however, when I try to do that it cannot resolve the symbol/method for it.let me know if you have any sample code that implements this or any guidance on what to do here

Hi,I am using Adobe Acrobat XI to create a form that has a barcode with form data. When I publish the form and fill it via Reader, the barcode turns gray. Can someone please guide me if AEM will help resolve that issue or can it be done via Adobe Professional itself?

Hello Marketo Expert, I am having a challenge of sync leads to SFDC, which you can tell that there are 141 leads I imported into Marketo and try to sync to SFDC. However, 141 leads are blocked from emails. The reason I can think of is probably those 141 leads are marketing suspended or unsubscribed leads. So that's the reason they got blocked when trying Sync to SFDC.If my assumption is correct, can I have any tips from you of how to deal with this case? And if I am able to sync leads to SFDC, how can I mark them as Marketing Opt-out lead? Thank you in advance,Becky

Hi all,I do have a AEM Forms 6.1 (ex LiveCycle) Workflow in the Process Management module.Basically it's a approval workflow with several approval task (as AssignTask operation) based on a XDP form. Now I need a solution to check which user action (e.g. Approve, Deny) the user has selected in the HTML workspace. Hi allWe have the requirement to add a CC/BCC recipient to a delivery in case the TO recipient has a linked relationship manager. We have already tried to include the CC/BCC in the SMTP headers but our email gateway does not execute this parameters. However, the email received in outlook looks like it has also been sent as CC. The only solution we can think of is to send the CC/BCC recipient(s) also in the RCPT TO field in the envelope to the email gateway but this is part of the Adobe Campaign core code which as far as we understand cannot be modified.Does anyone have an idea how we could fulfill such a CC/BCC requirement? We are using Adobe Campaign v6.1 (Neolane).Appreciate all your proposals and hints! Thanks and kind regardsDaniel
