Hi Team,I was wondering if there is a way to capture Click errors with Adobe analytics? I noticed that many times visitors clicked on a particular link and the website just did not respond back. It would be helpful to collect this information and would love to hear if anyone has already implemented it or have ideas around it.Kind Regards,

Hi, Could you please suggest if any guidelines/steps for customizing out of the box views in Adobe Campaign? For example, if I need to include additional attributes in Delivery form, what would be the steps to be followed? Is there any other alternate approach which is recommended than below? - 1. Extend the nms Delivery schema with an extension schema2. Include additional attributes in Delivery form (Is it possible to create a new form and provide options to operator to either use Out of the Box form or the customized form)? I believer we could use Web Forms, but is it easy to easily inherit features from Out of the Box form into Web form and then provide additional features. And if we use web form, can we use it within context of Adobe Campaign console, say in case of including addition parameters for "Email Delivery" activity. Regards,Sivaram

Is it possible to integrate ACampaign with ATarget directly  for automated personalization ?

The majority of lead data that is delivered to our client's Marketo instances is via the Munchkin API. When we first received training from the local Marketo trainer and talked about the API and the best way to go about things they suggested the best way to fire triggers for smart lists for leads delivered by the Munchkin API was the following:+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++1. Create a program2. Create a smart campaign for a new lead with the following smart list parameters:3. Create the flow steps for that "new lead" smart campaign4. Clone the smart campaign for "new leads" and rename it to "existing leads" and use the following smart list parameters:We would then use the following javascript code to get the lead information into Marketo using the Munchkin API. The $.now() in the "formID" attribute is used to trigger the "data value changes" for existing leads at is sends over a unix timestamp so Marketo sees it as a change in that value.T

Hello!I created an Unsubscribe page that contains the hidden field "Unsubscribe," where the default value is set to "true." The only problem is that when I fill out the form for one of our proxy leads, Marketo doesn't change the the Lead Info to reflect that the lead has opted-out (The check box remains unchecked.) I have tried using true, TRUE, True, YES, yes, Yes, 1, and 0 with no results. I need a Marketo master to make my mission manageable... I need help, please. Thanks!Jesse

I'm trying to figure out a way to use Tokens to create specific document download links based on the email address/company.  I've already created each specific tokens to reference the different documents for each company... but I'm having difficulty figuring out how to get the token associated with the company name. For example:If email contains XYZ, then use My Token XYZIf email contains ABC, then use My Token ABCI'm thinking I need to create an email script - but this "velocity" scripting is above my understanding... Does anyone know of a simpler way of doing this or have sample email script that I can use to make this happen?

I have a three stream nurture campaign set up.  I want everyone to receive all 6 emails in the first stream and only want to transition them to the second stream if they have clicked on ANY of the 6 emails.  I have it set for:Clicks Link in Email (with all 6 emails added)Was Sent Email (email 6 added b/c they will have gotten all others before this)Member of Engagement ProgramDoes this look about right?

Hi Marketo Community,I'm trying to customize the downwards arrow next to "select" type questions on a Marketo form. Explorer, Chrome and Firefox all render the arrow differently (screenshots below) and I haven't been able to find anything in the form CSS that controls this. I would also like to edit the outline of the dropdown once the arrow is clicked, this also varies among browsers. Any help/tips would be appreciated, thanks! ExplorerChromeFirefox

I am not able to get ${properties.imgUrl2} in the following html tag<div style="background:url('${properties.imgUrl2}') no-repeat; -webkit-background-size: cover; -moz-background-size: cover; background-size: cover;" class="row-item">If I print this ${properties.imgUrl2}  outside the background-url and div tag I can see this value on the html pageThis style is displayed in browser as<div style="background:url('') no-repeat; -webkit-background-size: cover; -moz-background-size: cover; background-size: cover;" class="row-item">

I understand how to clone pages, but I do not see an easy way to clone a page that is in my test group. When I clone that page and put in the same program, it does not actually clone within the A/B test. Does everyone rebuild the landing page? We just want to experiment with small tweaks but want the framework of the A for the A/B test to start to augment for the B.

Is there a way in a smart list to filter by the magnitude of a data value change of an integer field? I.e. I want to see in a specific time period how many leads jumped by 40 or more in lead score. Alternatively is there a different filter I can apply to do so?

I have tried the following 2 ways of starting up the AEM 6.2 publish instance on my local machine after unpacking using -unpack parameter on the jar file.1. java -jar aem-publish-p4503.jar -r nosamplecontent  (publish run mode picked up from file name)2. java -jar aem-quickstart-6.2.0.jar -r publish nosamplecontent -p4503  (publish run mode picked up from -r parameter) The problem is with accessing the felix console (http://localhost:4503/system/console) without being logged in initially. In the 1st case, it prompts with the login page. I can access the Felix console by entering details. However in the 2nd method, it gives a             HTTP ERROR: 500            Problem accessing /system/console. Reason:            org.apache.sling.api.auth.NoAuthenticationHandlerException             Here I'll have to first log in to CRX DE lite (http://localhost:4503/crx/de). Login here and then access the Felix console.  Could someone please share some thoughts on this?

Hi everyone,I have inherited a project in which they way release versions are delivered is a little bit iffy: Developers identify the files they have changed with respect to the previous release, then they MANUALLY create a package in Package Manager by adding all the filters one by one. The reason they have been doing this is because another department is in charge of releasing that new content to live version (and it will be like that for now)On the other hand, I checked the package size created when deploying with Maven, that is adding ALL code from /apps, /etc/clientlibs/, /etc/designs, java bundles, etc. and it's over 100MB, I guess the previous developers were fearful of uploading releases very often with such big packages and overloading the server capacity (???)So my question is, given this scenario -100MB package and release deliveries around once a week- what is the right approach to take? Thanks in advance

My requirement is :  We have multiple country sites for our company(nearly 103 different country site). When it comes to Assets, business wants to maintain only 9 regions like en, fr, es, ko, jp....,      the assets path  in dam look like, "content/dam/xxx/collaterals/en/analysit-reports/a.pdf" , "content/dam/xxx/collaterals/en/analysit-reports/a.pdf" "content/dam/xxx/collaterals/es/analysit-reports/a.pdf" "content/dam/xxx/collaterals/fr/analysit-reports/a.pdf". Where as in html page we want place the link like for US site "en-us/analysit-reports/a.pdf" for France site "fr-fr/analysit-reports/a.pdf" to match actual site structure. .The US site asset link should mach en-us/analysit-reports/a.pdf -> content/dam/xxx/collaterals/en/analysit-reports/a.pdf and fr-fr/analysit-reports/a.pdf -> content/dam/xxx/collaterals/fr/analysit-reports/a.pdf and so on.... Based on my java knowledge the  I tried to implement filter, when request match used the RequestDispatcher with new location, but

I have been following the steps detailed in the following document http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/integration/marketing-cloud/campaign.html for integrating Campaign with AEM but am stuck on the creation of an AEM type external account in Campaign... Although the import of the AEM standard package step is successful, the type doesn't appear in the drop down for the types available. We are using Campaign 6.1 and AEM 6.1. Has anyone encountered the same issue and identified a solution?Thank you in advance for any assistance,F

Hi All,In one of my project there is a scenario where in we need to run multiple independent workflows triggered at the same time on same asset. Issue is sometimes if we upload more than 50 images of around 4 MB then few renditions failed to generate.Warning in error.logs is as below :2016-10-17 11:13:14.915 WARN [com.day.cq.dam.core.impl.cache.CQBufferedImageCache] timeout reached while waiting for cached image for /content/dam/week42/beauty/B00 0278329 003 08 3034.jpg/jcr:content/renditions/original.As discussed with our Adobe consultant, we can try to change the value of cq.dam.image.cache.max.age to higher value than the current 60 seconds but this change didn't fix the problem. Can this issue be because of simultaneous execution of independent workflows on same item? Can anyone please suggest what could be the issue. Thanks in Advance/RK

Hi there!I was attempting to recreate/experiment/learn more about the Social Component Framework and getting the following warning from Maven on build:[WARNING] C:\Projects\my-project\core\src\main\java\com\sample-project\my-project\core\servlets\SetStatusOperation.java [1:1]:  Component com.sample-project.my-project.core.servlets.SetStatusOperation is using the deprecated inheritance feature and inherits from com.adobe.cq.social.scf.core.operations.AbstractSocialOperation. This feature will be removed in future versions. From the following class[1]:public class SetStatusOperation extends AbstractSocialOperation implements PostOperation { // ... }I know it's just a warning, but since I'm just getting started with this now, I'm wondering if there's some new AbstractSocialOperation class we should be using? For reference: I'm using AEM 6.2 with the latest Communities Feature Pack (FP1)[2][1] https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/aem-scf-sample-components-extension/blob/master/bundles/ae

My company is ready to turn on lead scoring and start strategizing/executing lead nurture campaigns.  I'm new to lead scoring, so I was wondering if lead scoring can be customized based on a campaign or what not, or can there only be one score for each trigger (such as 5 points for opening an email, etc.)?  Can it be turned on/off for certain groups of leads, or when you turn it on does it affect everyone's score across the board? Also, any resources you may have on how to turn on scoring and customize it would be great.  Thanks!

Hello,For a long time now I've been able to use a local token as the value for a form's follow-up URl setting. As of recently this will no longer validate:I've also tried using the token at the form level (form defined) but that results in the page just reloading on form submit, instead of redirecting to the follow-up page. Is this something anyone else is experiencing/found a solution for (aside from having to manually choose for every landing page). Ideally, My team shouldn't have to be editing the form settings for every landing page they create. Thanks!
