Marketo does not track repeated open/send activities with the same emails. If the same email is sent to a person record multiple times, the only open/sent data activity will be logged 1x per record. I have a really awkward workaround where I build smart lists :was sent email minimum 1 time and then another for 2 times and so on until i get an idea of how many people were sent the email. This is ok but there is no way to get the open rate for these emails, just sent. I send a lot of transactional emails and customers will get the same email several times a month. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks,

Hi community,  on Monday we published a tracking implementation that didn't work as expected. The next day we found out that this lead to not tracking all of our booking values. We do have the Order ID but without any Revenue. Does anyone know if there's a possibility to add this revenue to those order IDs?We already tried to upload the missing Order IDs with the Standard Event "Revenue" via Data Sources but this doesn't work. We get an error message saying "At least one enabled metric is required". Does anyone have an idea? Best regardsSabine

How do I change the order of a custom form using Fusion?

I would like to know if AEM provides libraries for creating hash of pdf document and embedding digital certificate in pdf

We use Target for our AB tests and Analytics for our metrics.  I understand Analytics and Target uses the Frequentist model and not the Bayesian model?  We have another product that uses a different platform for it's testing and metrics (neither Adobe), but they use the Bayesian model, and I'm trying to understand in laymen's terms the pros and cons of the Frequentist vs the Bayesian model for determining if a test is succesful or not?  We're using tests to sell a non-tangible product, such as insurance.

I have created XT activity and its qualify. I can see values in network call but i am not able to see in visitor profile. I have run activity multiple times.

The header menus in Workfront are so incredibly large that they leave very little available workspace for me. This is not an issue when I am at the office and have my full-size monitor available, but it becomes incredibly cumbersome when I'm traveling and using my laptop only.  I've attached a screenshot of my total available workspace while using my laptop (identifying names have been erased to protect the innocent). If the last note was longer, I have to scroll quite a way. Is there a way to reduce the headers above the row headers stating "Name, Start On, Due On..." etc.?  Thanks in advance!

I am trying https://adobe-sites.redoc.ly/tag/Fragment-Management#operation/fragments/createFragment CF API to programmatically create content fragments from inside AppBuilder action. I first tried the swagger request from postman and verified the request works. Request looks like this curl --location 'https://author-*-*.adobeaemcloud.com/adobe/sites/cf/fragments' \ --header 'Content-Type: application/json' \ --header 'Authorization: Bearer <hidden>' \ --data '{ "title": "625875", "modelId": "L2NvbmYvc2d3cy9jb3JwL3NldHRpbmdzL2RhbS9jZm0vbW9kZWxzL3NhbHNpZnktZnJhZ21lbnQtbW9kZWw", "parentPath": "/content/dam/product-content", "fields": [{"name":"salsify:ageStatement","values":["Age Statement 625875"],"type":"text"},{"name":"salsify:brandStory","values":["Brand Story 625875"],"type":"text"},{"name":"salsify:tastingNotes","type":"text"}] }' Next I hardcoded and generated exact request into an AppBuilder action and invoked it. The request keeps faili

How do you assign group ownership to a custom form?  I thought it was through form sharing.    My company is having issue with group admins not having the proper access to specific custom forms that their group owns when the form author leaves the company.

Hi Team, Need to install Adobe Target into Mobile Apps having Adobe Experience Cloud Mobile SDK (not AEP SDK). Are there any links to that documentation/steps?

Can someone help me understand why the volume of visits would be different when looking at YTD vs This Year? It is a small difference but I am wondering the cause.

Hi Team,We are working on a particular usecase where a query using "WITH" clause need to be inserted into a dataset which will be used at a later point in time. I have run the "select" clause successfully, however, the "Insert" command is not working in the script. Has anyone tried any such usecase? Curious to know your take on this! Thank you!

Hi everyone, I would like to discus the answer of the question for the exam for the Adobe Target Business Practitioner Professional as the answer in my opinion is wrong. The exam question is: When creating an A/B test in Adobe Target, what is the primary purpose of a "control" in the test set up?Correct anwer accoring to the exam is: To serve as the default content for users who are not part of the test. Please tell me how this can be true as the users in the control of course are part of the test and counted in the total visitor. In my opinion the answer should be to measure the difference between the control and the variation but this option didn't even exist.I would be super happy to receive any option on this one. Maybe I understood the question wrong. Thank you!Christina

Consideration is being given to implementing Salesforce CDP (specifically MC-Data Cloud for Marketing). Not being particularly familiar with it, I'm being asked what will it take to integrate Data Cloud with Marketo. Has anyone done it? Are you making the CDP segments available to Marketo via custom objects directly? Trying to quickly get my head around this so any advice you provide will be very helpful. Thanks, Sheila

I am trying to use https://github.com/adobe/aem-upload for my project. I was able to test separately from local by keeping as asset in local folder and uploading successfully into cloud aem. But next level, I am trying to pass url instead of local files and run from AppBuilder action.  I realize, this is working only with local files. When I try like const targetUrl = 'http://localhost:4502/content/dam/target'; // list of all local files that will be uploaded. const uploadFiles = [ { fileName: 'file1.jpg', // name of the file as it will appear in AEM fileSize: 1024, // total size, in bytes, of the file filePath: 'https://www.google.com/publicurl/file1.jpg' }, { fileName: 'file2.jpg', fileSize: 512, filePath: 'https://www.google.com/publicurl/file2.jpg' } ]; const upload = new DirectBinary.DirectBinaryUpload(); const options = new DirectBinary.DirectBinaryUploadOptions() .withUrl(targetUrl)

Hi Team, I'm working on the migration for JWT credentials to OAuth. I'd like to know if this process is required to be done in the Publisher instance since the official documentation doesn't specify such activity. They're using 6.5.12 On-Premise instance and I had to install a hotfix to enable the new Adobe IMS interface. I could see the project is using Adobe target and Adobe Launch integrations. I'm not sure if having the configs in Author is enough because there is not any button to replicate from "Tools / Security / Adobe IMS module". Appreciate your inputs guys and thank you!

I am using Campaign V8 client console. My workflow looks like this: As an output of JS node in workflow I have these variables - I assume that these become workflow variables:instance.vars.x1 = price1;instance.vars.x2 = name1;instance.vars.x3 = image1; In the delivery script node I put something like this:Then I would like to use them in the template. More or less like this: Could you tell me why its not working?

We have the entire AEP setup on customer level. And for every customer, all their accounts are available in array format. We want to achieve the below objective in AJO: Objective - For a journey, if a customer ‘X’ gets communication for his one account say ‘123’, they should not get targeted for same account again, however if X opens other account ’456’ (of same or different account type) - they should be targeted. Initially to exclude already targeted customers we were leveraging ‘journey version id’ so that after first communication customer gets scrubbed even if they’re present in source audience. And due to this customer get only one communication for their first account but we want communication for every new account open. Please provide your inputs on the same. @satheeskannak @mohan_dugganab @anuhya-y  or anyone who has achieved this.

We are experiencing slowdown while performing Query Builder queries against content fragments. While digging into this, I believe I discovered that it has to do with a field in the content fragments not being indexed. I added a custom index locally and the query improved from 200 ms to 2 ms. According to the documentation here (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/operations/indexing) creating new custom indexes that work against assets is discouraged, but modifications can be made to out of the box indexes. Does this mean those modifications are performed by Adobe or is that documentation simply missing from this article? Preston

With current ESP we create our email campaigns with placeholder links such as "Primary CTA" and "Footer US EN Legal" and in our ESP we upload a CSV file of links that dynamically create the necessary urls for the email campaigns going out. So a single email with content in different languages gets the appropriate linsk with correct attribution tracking. Is there some way to do this in AJO today or what is the recommended way of doing this? Do we need to build out all of the possible footers and headers and use them as part of a dynamic template or some other method?

I am assigning text to a variable and including basic HTML in it like, br-tag  and some CSS.But, when the test displays in my email it does not process the HTML or CSS, for example,    {% let myCopy = "Lorem ipsum sit amet,<br />consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do <span style="color:red">eiusmod</span> tempor incididunt ut magna aliqua" %}  The output is,  "Lorem ipsum sit amet,<br />consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do <span style="color:red">eiusmod</span> tempor incididunt ut magna aliqua"   Not, "Lorem ipsum sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod"I would normally use something like this, to get the proper output, stringToHTML
