Hi Team,I've observed that when a postevent triggers an external signal in another workflow, it transitions to the finished state after completing all activities. Is there a method to restart this workflow again? My JavaScript activity runs daily, and if the external signal workflow is in the finished state, it never executes.Thank you in advance.

Hi Team, Is it possible to sync a marketo field to Salesforce ?. (we need the field in both marketo and Salesforce) I was reading an article while ago which said field needs to be created in Salesforce first and then sync to marketo. Now that I already went ahead and created field in Marketo, is there a way to syc to Salesforce ? Thanks,Deepthi.

hi all, i'm looking for simplest way to report on our automated program performances overall please. IE One report for all of our automated email programs. the least manual work required, the better. but if i need to extract & then play around for charts etc that's fine. We have three automated, triggered email programs live as is. If manually inputting data is the best way, then I'm happy to do that. just wanted to ensure all options were explored first. thanks, Mike

Hi ,     We're considering using AEP instead of AAM but are unsure how to incorporate device IDs from global data sources like GAID and IDFA. Could you advise on this integration process?       Thank You, Uma

Hello, I would like to know if any of you could provide some helpful examples of how to use an external signal. I really want to make sure I'm maximizing the potential of adobe campaign and judging by the name this looks like it can be useful. Would the following be possible on adobe campaign?- right now we have a workflow on a scheduler that will send a verification email to a new subscriber, and that triggers every 2 minutes. is it possible to have that triggered based using the external signal instead of having a timer run every 2 minutes? Thank you!

My team has a personal queue, however they can not tell when I project was assigned to them at a glance. Is there a way to create a reports that shows the date I assigned the task or they claimed the task? I need them to work on jobs they've had the longest first - not by due dates.

Hi Team, we have an usecase, we want to take content backup on daily basis including /content/dam path from aemascs production environment and store the backup on our internal server storage. Kindly please let as know how this can be achieved? can we use CTT for this content backup ?

Hello everyone, I used the solution on this page to insert a data on the specific table:https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/how-to-get-an-id-of-a-newly-inserted-recipient-in-javascript/m-p/322274 But when I add a data from this query, the id generated is spaced as 30 value. On the table I was added pksequence sql (pkSequence="deliveryRichSmsId") which allows you to increment the id to +1. (the sql was executed) : SELECT CreateSequenceIfNecessary('deliveryRichSmsId', '1000', 'cache 1'); var result = sqlExec("INSERT INTO RenDeliveryRichSms (iDeliveryRichSmsId) VALUES (nextval('deliveryRichSmsId'))"); With sqlExec() the value set up to +1but I need to use the solution with ".save()" function to get the id generated.=> The .save() spaces the id by +30 on each insertion. Do you know if there is a solution to this? Best regards,Ali

Company wants to upgrade the process on how they produce the data that goes into Adobe Campaign. Currently they have an on-premise DataLake, but they're moving to the Cloud. So they want to have 2 recipients tables:01.- Our current Recipients (that has an extension with custom fields for our recipients/clients). Data arrives to SFTP via Azure Data Factory from on-premise DataLake.02.- New Recipients: less fields, they are moving away some fields from currrent recipients to new schemas. Data arrives to SFTP via Azure Data Factory from Cloud.how to approace this task?I'm planning on: keeping the Recipients (nms) and have a new extension Recipients "from cloud" (company). But I cannot tell apart fields from Recipients(nms) and Recipients (company). Is there any docs?Currently, we have Recipients (nms) and Recipients (company) but as far I can see in the structure tab of each schema, the have the same fields. So I don't know which are exclusive to Recipients (nms).*After all testings,

According to the message of the error, I understand that the database's table where the data is exported to has changed? Is there anything else I can check on Adobe Campaign's side?Error: 20/04/2024 06:04:11 The dataschema to be exported specified by the transition ('temp:query') does not comply with the activity schema ('temp:duplicados'). Both schemas must be identical. Please edit the export format.

Hi Community, I need clarification and help on one of the RTE plugins(Table), when the table plugin is used in a component it offers to make modifications to the table cell, like the example below. When a cell is selected, click on the table option the above window pops up, when the cell type is set to header and hidden header option is toggled and save the dialog box, this "cq-wcm-foundation-aria-visuallyhidden" class is added to that cell. My issue is, when I reopen the dialog box and click on the table option again the toggle is disabled. If I enable it again, a new set of DOM is added along with that class.Need clarification, if this is a default behavior due to core components. If so, can I do anything so that it stays enabled after reopening the dialog. Any other suggestions would also be good.I hope this explanation is sufficient, if additional information is required, please let me know. Thanks,

I am building a AEM remote spa application with reactjs based on the repo https://github.com/adobe/aem-headless-app-templates/tree/main/nextjs-remotespa. This works absolutely fine. For each of the pages within ~/aem/wknd-app/ui.content/src/main/content/jcr_root/content/wknd-app/us/en/home in AEM Maven archtype project.I need to add pages dynamically to the root home in AEM Spa editor, and then author to render it in reactjs app.But when I add a page name 'test' within home in AEM remote spa editor, and have a corresponding 'test' page in ReactJS app, the contents are not loaded in both reactjs app and AEM spa editor. Only if i have a equivalent folder structure in AEM maven archtype project under ~/aem/wknd-app/ui.content/src/main/content/jcr_root/content/wknd-app/us/en/home as 'test' folder and a .content.xml it works. Is there a way to dynamically add pages without adding folder structure in AEM Maven archtype project for remote spa? One more requirement without creating c

Hi Community, We are trying to integrate Marketo with Zoom to run Zoom Events (Not Zoom Webinars).  Question: Does the Marketo native Launch Point service integration work with Zoom Events? Or does it ONLY work with Zoom Webinars?(Here is the Marketo Launch Point Service documentation)https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/administration/additional-integrations/add-zoom-as-a-launchpoint-serviceThere is also a second integration option, which is to add the Markto App from the Zoom Marketplace : https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067042&_ga=2.128336524.1868249047.1713914008-619010220.1713145274#h_01G40WPJDFKS7KBXQ3P13TJ2VAThis documentation seems to mention that the Marketo native Launch Point service with Zoom only works if you are planning to create a Zoom Webinar. (webinars only).  Does anybody have any experience with Marketo integration with Zoom Events? Can the native Launch Po

What task constraint should I use if I want a date to mimic the date of another task? For example - setting up an email deployment date, they want it to go out the same day as the event - one hour. I want the task to lock into the same date as the event. Thank You! Deb

Hi, we have a team that is viewing a project report of all open video projects on a certain team. They want to be able to view or group the report by who on the video team is working on the request. the video team member is not the project owner or project sponsor. Is there a way to view this information in a report? Is there a text mode for a column to add into this report? The manager wants to view who on the video team is working on each project but I am unsure how to pull or group that information without them being the owner or sponsor.

Is it possible to swap out a regular text field with a new rich text field across all reports in our group without going one by one? We have a lot of reports using the old field and if I don't have to go through them one by one to make the update that would be amazing. I do have a report that lets me know where it is used if necessary, but I'd love a more dynamic swap if possible. For context - I have 2 fields that keep getting maxed out with character counts (when we built our process, rich text fields were not released yet) so I need to make the switch to the 2 new rich text fields as we are manually adding the info that doesn't fit in Workfront later in the process.Thank you!

Hi WF Community, I can't recall, can you subtract two aggregated values in a grouped report, or do I need to do this via a calculated field? For example: Thanks,Nick
