Solved

Hello! In my regular HTML template, I have added the necessary Gmail annotation script with the exact recommended image width. In the gmail preview the annotations, we are able to view the images. But on the real device, we are not able to get it even after the email falls under the promotion tab. Does anyone have a solution to it? Does Adobe campaign support it? Also, if anyone has successfully implemented in your templates, can you share some sample HTML files?

After upgrading to service pack 18, the search within the Author Assets section of our AEM does not function properly.  There are 3 main issues:1. The filters section on the left side of the search results does not appear or function. 2. The number of results on the page shows incorrectly as -1 of -1.3. When scrolling down through the results, only about the first < 20 results can be seen, and then the rest of the results show as a gray box with the asset preview never loading.    Has anyone else figured out a fix for this issue? The issue does not happen with Service Packs 17 and below, and it is not fixed by upgrading from Service Pack 18 to 19.The only issue reported in any logs is this:14.02.2024 09:36:40.881 *WARN* [[0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1] [1707925000122] GET /mnt/overlay/granite/ui/content/shell/omnisearch/searchresults.html HTTP/1.1] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.lucene.util.FacetHelper facets for jcr:content/metadata/dam:status not yet indexe

Hi,I need to set up the landing page that will contain a short text and the button. If an user clicks on the button, I need to register that fact along with his/her id. The link to this web app will be sent only for recipients from the database, adding encrypted recipient id (domain.adobe-campaign.com/webApp/name?id=encryptedString123). It sounds fairly simply but after several attempts I cannot make it running. What I have tried so far? 1. Logging responses for web app: In the web app properties > General tab > Advanced parameters... > I checked the option "Log responses", but the Responses tab is missing any input form: 2. Web tracking tags (Resources > Online > Web trackings tags😞 It is not possible, because I'm getting notification that: "Web tracking is not supported with Full FDA".3. Collecting responses in a custom schema: I have set up the web app with the following activities:- Preloading:Auto-load data referenced in the form checked,Load addit

Hi !I want add a delete button here:Should I modify the '_addToTree' method of ui.ContentTree.js ???

We recently upgraded AEM version in a lower environment from 6.5.13 to 6.5.19. After that we are seeing values not being displayed inside multifields used in our website's page properties and Global Content properties. Values are present and can be clearly seen in JSON format in CRX DE.Last time when we upgraded AEM from 6.5.1 to 6.5.13 we faced the same issue. At the time, we upgraded ACS Commons version from 4.2.0 to 5.5.2 to resolve the issue by modifying the version number in dependencies in "pom.xml" files. This time, we upgraded ACS Commons version from 5.5.2 to 6.3.6 but that did not resolve the issue.Appreciate any help in this regard. Thanks.Btw, we are using AEM as an Adobe Managed Service (AMS) on AWS, not as a Cloud Service.

I asked this question in AA community but someone recommended that I post on here.So I am trying to standardize the way my company is trying to ready ab test results.  The main question I want to know is: Do we read the overall significance OR the % given at the target experience level?  66% or 93% ?

I have a requirement to create an image gallery component. Here, there is no upper limit on the number of images. On click of '+3' tile, all images will come up and on click of any individual image, it opens up with a description attached to it. How can I develop this? Is there any OOTB component that can be used here?

Hi, I am facing an issue in AEM cloud production environment, when I publish a page in preview mode a URL needs to be generated with preview link. But I am getting a warning as:NOTE: This is not happening on every publish.Any leads?   @arunpatidar @lukasz-m @BrianKasingli

I created a test with a textbox, a dropdown list (multiselect), and button   the textbox resets the dropdown list when you change the value of the textbox. the button is just a click event that is there for pretending i am doing something with the textbox value. it actually just writes to the console.  so i write something on the textbox and click the button, this should reset the values of the dropdown. then I choose one item then i do it again i write "test again" and click the button, this clears the items from the dropdown list then i click on "4" item of the drop down list and the value "2" comes back.   but ddlist.resetData() was supposed to reset the data of the dropdown and "2 was not supposed to be highlighted. this is happening in AEM forms 6.5 SP19. can you please try in other services packs? or did i miss something ?  thanks in advance.

Hello! I'm currently signed up for the Adobe Analytics Challenge. For some reason, the account I made for this challenge (which is separate from the one leaving this comment) has my last name included in my first name and is repeating. There's an option to fix this in profile editor, but it simply will not save the fix or work. I've tried using different platforms (My personal PC, my phone and office computers), repeatedly at different times. There is no provided phone number or email to contact for technical support, or even general help, on the page. Is there anything else I can do? I just don't want my name to be incorrect for the official competition.

I do not want access to entire tools to be revoked but some contents in tools. Especially package manager , cloud services tab , assets , sites tools .

Hi Team, Hope you're doing well. We are facing issues in AEM dev where strange things are happening if we try to save any content in the experience fragment, it saves the content but gives the failure message and takes time. Also, we have written a servlet to create tags in AEM, but it is also not happening. we have checked all the things related to access, session and by using logs as well. Slowness is the biggest issue as well.   so the question is - is there any way to reset the Dev environment while keeping the user credentials as it is? Thanks

I was reviewing the documentation about using AEM assets integrated to AJO offers and found this page. The instructions say "To import files to Assets Essentials or Assets as a Cloud Service, you first need to browse or create the folder it will be stored into. You will then be able to insert them to your email content." Does the integration only work for the email channel? How does it work if I need to associate assets to offers that will be delivered to a mobile app, for instance?

Hi there I have trouble finding a solution for merging two existing profiles into one. The structure looks like this pKey is the primary/profile key given by ACS. The externalID is a unique ID given by the external MS Dynamics 365 ID.pKeyEmailexternalID (unique field)1111john.doe@gmail.com 2222john.doe@gmail.comdf3e6563-b6cc-ee11-9078-000d3ab2796eExpected resultpKeyEmailexternalID (unique field)1111john.doe@gmail.comdf3e6563-b6cc-ee11-9078-000d3ab2796e My current workflow looks like thisQuerry "D365 Kontakte" gives back all contacts with an externalIDQuerry "Campaign Kontakte" gives back all contacts who don't have an excternalIDThen I make an intersection based on the email address. Now I know which profile/email I should merge but how can I do that?Updating the campaign record with the externalID is not possible as it has a uniqueness constrain. Just using the D365 record is also not an option as we would lose the profile history/service subscriptions.

Hi I can currently see 'Social Campaign' in my Adobe dashboard for last touch channel however I want to get down to the next level to see the performance of three different messages being used. Ideally would want to see:Social Campaign:> Campaign Message 1> Campaign Message 2> Campaign Message 3 We have CJA and AEP coming I'm not sure if that will help but it's still 6 months away so what could be an interim solution? Marketing team are willing to help with whatever needs doing!

I am looking to create a velocity script that assigns token value by page segmentation instead of lead segmentation. So for example, I want to assign a different token value based on language segment. The reason I do not want to use lead segmentation values is not all leads are cookied and may not have values.  How can I segment dynamical in velocity script by page segmentation?

Hi, We have a custom action in AJO which will send API calls to an endpoint and get payload data for campaigns. However, I checked this document (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/configure-journeys/action-journeys/action-response.html?lang=en) which says one API call per profile even if the response always the same. So if an audience is 50,000 large, it will send 50,000 API calls. So my question is whether there is a way to optimize the number of API calls? Or cache the payload in AJO? Or start a journey at midnight? Any solutions to reduce the number of API calls? Thanks

Migrating from MS to Cloud Services.  Is there a way to copy/move Collections from MS to CS?  Identical structure and assets as we just migrated all data and assets into CS.  Would hope not to have to re-create all collections. Thanks! Jim P

Creating a content fragment programmatically, it is successful apart from the creation of a multi-field where iUsing this as a reference:https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager/reference-materials/6-5/assets-api-content-fragments/index.html#/%7BcfParentPath%7D/createContentFragmentHow can I input a multi field text? as seen below:The data type is 'single line text', and it renders as 'Multiple Field' in my content fragment model.   for instance a single field is just:"{elementName}": { "value": "<p>The HTML content of the element.</p>", ":type": "text/html", How would a multiple field text look like if sending a POST? That is dynamic for the size, such as the number of inputs or elements within.I currently have it looking like this: "habitat": {"value": JSON.stringify(test), ":type": "application/json"},Where test is an array of form inputs, except it ends up being in the same row, rather than each input taking up 1 field. S

We have some legally required operational email that are sent out to consumers. It's the first time some of these consumers have heard from us. We noticed in our monitoring that occasionally we get marked as spam.  If we get any SPAM notifications, we disable email address and instead send a physical letter. So we are trying to keep our lists as clean as possible.  However, we are trying to understand if there would be any changes to deliverability or sender reputation from Gmail or Yahoo based on these operational emails getting marked as SPAM.
