An email notification should be sent when a user reacts to a comment. Our team often uses reactions—especially to indicate agreement or a "yes" response—but the original commenter is often unaware of the reaction.
Would love to use Engagement Map even for email program smart lists as it's the easiest way to see the smart list criteria fully and ability to copy and paste the smart list criteria is valuable. Currently engagement map is only available for smart campaigns.
Description - We have the ability to generate a shareable link of a workload balancer filter, which is great! But it'd be great if we could add additional filters on the top of the shareable link. Why is this feature important to you - sometimes we want to generate an organization shareable view, but they'd would still want to filter it down. How would you like the feature to work - If I generate a link for the Design group, bu still want to filter it down by specific job roles (e.g.: senior designer, creative director or ux designer), I could be able to add a filter on the top of that.Current Behaviour - on a shareable link, I can't add any additional filter.
Description - Fix how the "favorites" bar works Why is this feature important to you - It's bad UX and after 6 of those apps the menu gets truncated. it's not really favorites since it keeps any app that has a module placed in the canvas How would you like the feature to work - If it's "all apps used in this scenario" Don't name it "favorites" If it's "favorites" Don't remove apps when not used in a scenario Same faves across all scenarios (ie, user-based) In either case App bar should be scrollable The + (add) should be always visible (currently it moves outside the viewport) The popup menu of the app's modules should be placed so the right edge is within the viewport Current Behaviour - one icon per each app in scenario (whether connected or orphan) not "favorites" but specific to scenario re-generated when going into edit mode (apps that are not used in the scenario get removed) length of favorites bar grows with window width as apps fill bar the popup menu becomes unusable due to placement
Description - We would love to be able to freeze columns in a workfront report Why is this feature important to you - while teams need all columns, they want to be able to quickly view key columns that change priority quickly and easily How would you like the feature to work - be able to turn on and off freezing easily and adjust which column freezes Current Behaviour - we are aware of creating separate views, but freezing would work much better for the users
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Publish all content fragment live copies in one go Use-case: Currently we are able to rollout a fragment 300+ Live copies but to publish the same fragment we have to go to all 300+ live copies and manually publish which makes impossible to do. Current/Experienced Behavior: Currently we are able to rollout a fragment 300+ Live copies but to publish the same fragment we have to go to all 300+ live copies and manually publish which makes impossible to do. Improved/Expected Behavior: An option to publish content fragment similar to rollout. The idea here is to strengthen the impact and visibility of important announcements. Administratively, there are many times that announcements really need to be marked as important and displayed with more emphasis to users. Idea: Add an "Important Announcements" section somewhere that would display important announcements that otherwise might get lost and overlooked. This could be the home page or potentially somewhere up top to account for layouts that maybe don't use a home page landing area. Current Behavior: Announcements are sent out via email and displayed in the announcements area which is great! Let's build on that!Benefits of this idea: Adds value by displaying important messages up front to your users. Provides immediate impact through more visible messaging.Expiration date of important message display allows easy administrative management.Utilizes existing announcement setup to take advantage of targeted audiences and external communications that users have come to expect.Take a look! Here is my mocked-up example of this idea:
Description - A "week of year" dimension, that functions similarly to the "month of year" dimension item. "Month of year" allows for year-over-year comparisons at a monthly level and can produce a view where the user can see the raw numbers for current year and previous year along with the percent change between the two time frames. Why is this feature important to you - I would like to be able to do year-over-year comparisons at the week level where I can also see the percent change. How would you like the feature to work - In the same manner as the "month of year" dimension. The values could be 1-52 (sometimes 53) or even better, the month of year and week of the month, for example, "April week 1".Current Behaviour -In current state, I can only add a time period column, which allows me to see the raw metrics for each time frame but does not allow me to see the percent change.
We use programs as a container with projects as a sub-container for types of work/documentation. It would be nice to be able to copy projects to another program or copy a program all together with the ability to remove issues/tasks/documents.
Description - Unable to associate lookup dataset with multiple datasets within the same connection. Why is this feature important to you - It's such an important piece that is missing; if this is not given, I cannot make meaningful reports or spend more time creating my mapping in CJA. How would you like the feature to work - Give the flexibility to associate lookup with multiple datasets. Current Behaviour - While setting up connections, I am ingesting multiple event datasets, a profile dataset, and a lookup dataset in CJA. However, I can associate lookup with only one dataset.
Description - There should be settings or options to NOT create Email only profile/account in Workfront and in the Proofing tool. Why is this feature important to you - As detailed in Current Behaviour, this feature should fix all these issues or provide easy solution or workarounds. How would you like the feature to work - Current Behaviour - In Proofing, If the email address does not belong to an existing Workfront user, Workfront will attempt to create an “External User” or “Guest” profile for them. This is creating duplicate accounts for the user which is causing :1. Users not able to access Proofs on which old account is there2. New proofs getting new account added3. We have to raise a Adobe support ticket to merge both accounts proofs and delete duplicate accounts. There is no way System Admins can fix this.4. No consistency of new account is Guest or old account becomes Guest, email ids crisscrossing5. Please refer Adobe Support Case Number 00438353 from Dell company.
First, the new business rule feature is extremely helpful as it greatly enhances the user experience and strengthens various processes tremendously. Idea: Allow for multiple business rules with the same object and operation (trigger)Current Behavior: System will not allow multiple business rules on same object and trigger Benefits of this idea: Allows enterprises to create multiple simple rules instead of extremely large and complex formulasEnables quicker implementation with simpler testingMultiple administrative team usage - ability to separate business rules by different areas in an organization (limits risk from other teams impacting your rules)Description and title could be customized for each rule for ease of understanding, expansion and correctionsMove from potential large formula chaos to simplified manageable and searchable lists of rules _____________________________________________________________________ FROM Overly complex and risky for enterprise management: TO Simplified, Less Risk, User Friendly:
