Using a Smart List, can I detect, in the Detail section of a specific Activity Log entry, that a step was skipped? If so, what do I need to reference in the Smart List? Alternatively, using a Smart List, how can I identify records that have specific text in the Detail section of an Activity Log entry?  Background: I set up a triggered Smart Campaign, as part of a larger Lead Scoring process, and activated it without having a value or token entered into the Change portion of the Change Score Flow step. After discovering the error, some days later, I set up the needed token, but am struggling with how to accurately determine the population of records impacted by the flawed Smart Campaign. By referencing various filter criteria in a Smart List I have been able to identify a population of records, but spot checks have shown that I have not been able to narrow my search sufficiently.   Your assistance / suggestions would be much appreciated! 

Hi there,    Wondering if anyone has an easy way to see if demographic and behavior score equals person score. I have created a view so that I can just see the 3 scores, but I would like to be able to see at a glance how many of the scores do not add up in the person score. I am assuming it might be best to export the database and work in excel to create a formula, but I am no excel magician so not sure how to do that.  Any help is appreciated!! 

I know that I can click "move" on the form asset and select Design Studio. My question is, since this form is currently "in-use" and currently being used in a variety of local programs (which is why we want to move it into the Design Studio instead) will any of the historical or in-use data be impacted when moving it?

Hi there -- My team is new to Marketo and we're having a hard time getting a customized URL to populate from an email script token in one of our emails.    We're using the following script for the token:  #set($licenseSubmissionURL = ${accountDataSortedList[0].licenseSubmissionURL}) #set($docuSignLink = $licenseSubmissionURL.replaceAll("^https://powerforms.docusign.net/","") ) <a href="https://powerforms.docusign.net/${docuSignLink}">Click Here</a>   The issue we're running into is that the $docuSignLink tag is not properly loading upon send/preview so we're getting an error that the power form we're pointing to can't access $%7BdocuSignLink%7D. Hello Everyone! We are working to develop a lead flow process between our Marketo and Dynamics instances that has some unique pieces that we need help determining if it will even work between the systems.    We've been asked to develop a process that when leads flow/convert from Marketo forms into Dynamics, that those leads represent a period in time instead of having a 1-1 relationship between the leads and contacts.    One example would be having a lead come through and convert on one of our forms. That lead is converted to a contact in Dynamics, but is disqualified for whatever reason and updates to that contact are blocked going forward. Then that same contact comes back to our site, submits a form again but instead of that information and activity being tied to that existing contact, a new lead would be created instead and the team on the Dynamics side would see a contact with a newly created lead under it.   Hoping that process makes sense and looking to

Hi There! Is there some way to control the positioning of the form validation messages? That is, the message someone sees when she tries to submit a form without filling in a required field? See screenshot below where the validation message is nowhere near the unfilled required field (it's way below the form):  

I have a list of approximately 4,000 companies and I've been asked to determine how many contacts we have at these companies in our database. What is the easiest way to do this? I don't think building a smart list by manually entering 4,000 individual company names is realistic. Can I import just company name and then somehow use that imported list to identify all contacts at those companies? 

Is there a way to look up where exactly the field is used in the email, either as a token or referenced as a field somewhere like pointed out in the SL or Flow? As the screenshot below, I can see what email and campaigns use the field, but when I go to the email, I can't find where exactly the files is being used.    

Hello, I have a use case where I am not sure how to follow, will try to summarize: We have an internal system where customers can login and send themselves a packing slip (or other documents). It creates a custom object record in Marketo and triggers an email where link is populated via a velocity script (from the custom object).    However when we started to do stress testing the platform UI allows to send multiple requests relatively quickly. Consequently creates custom objects within almost the same time, however trigger campaigns are a bit delayed. = you clicked for yourself 3 packing slips, will get 3 emails => latest link is populated instead of 3 different links.    I am relatively new to velocity scripting. Is there a way to write down (other token) info about "used" records? Is there a way to "mark" or "flag" processed requests? For example flagging the object which was used and then ignore it when email is populated? Webhook will be slow too... I cannot

Hello,  This is the first time I'm using Marketo. I come from a Salesforce background. I know in Salesforce for Picklist fields you can go into Object Manager, click an Object with picklist fields, go into the Fields section of that Object, click the Picklist field you want to look at, and within the Picklist field you can see all the values visually associated with that picklist field without running a report. Does Marketo have something similar to this?   I've inherited a Marketo Database with over 750 custom fields that have fiscal year references going back to 2014/2015. We are in 2022! Currently I'm using the solution I found here of running a Smart List and adding a filter of "FIELD = Not Empty". Then I'm exporting the data for every single one of these 750 custom fields to see what data is inside it.   I'm currently at number 230/750. Please, is there a faster way to do this? No one in our company knows what these fields mean or do after COVID related layoffs so I

When we try to add predictive content and we add this <div class="RTP_RCMD2" data-rtp-template-id="template1"  to the code on our web page,  "display: none" is automatically added.   We have checked on our side and any of our code of script adds ‘display:none’. So it’s script from Marketo adds that. What should we do to solve this problem?

Looking for alternative solutions to adding dynamic preheader text. Our emails must be bilingual, so dynamic content is ideal. What workarounds are others using to solve this problem?

Is there a filter I can use to see all of my Operational emails?

I'm struggling finding the answer to this scenario or links to detailed information on this: A Marketo user pre defines a period cost for x date. there were unexpected costs that arose that day. The Marketo user enters those extra costs after x date. Can the Marketo user get an accurate measure using the report? Do you have to wait overnight for it to show? or would you need to manually attribute this to your report?   Any help would be greatly appreciated - Thank you 🙂

Hello Marketo community,We are trying to set up a drip email campaign (using a default program type) that looks at the date of an activity, and then sends an email exactly one week after that activity took place. We're currently using the 'in past before = 7 days' operator on the filter but it's not quite what I'm looking for because in past before is an open window that looks back to everyone who did an activity 7+ days ago. Is there anyway to structure the smart list in order to look back exactly 7 days ago? For example, activity happens on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. On Wednesday, August 22nd, 2018, we'd like to send them an email. If the activity happens on Thursday, 8/16/18, then we'd want to send them an email on Thursday 8/23/2018 etc. Because in past before is looking at anyone who did an activity on 8/15/18 or before, it's grabbing too many people.Thanks.

Can we use lead changes api (activities/leadchanges.json ) to get all leads created(by passing field as lead id). Is there any limit on the timestamp we can pass to the api to get all the leads created after that date?
