Hi all,I’m trying to build a report that shows how many projects were open/active at a specific point in time (for example, how many were active on January 1st, 2024).The issue I'm running into is that filtering by status only gives me the current state of the project. That means I’m missing projects that were active at that time but are now complete or dead. The only other data I have to work with are the start and end dates, and I'm not sure how to use those to create a snapshot for a past date. It would be nice if we could group my month but I'm open to manual changes or prompts to get the data for each month. Has anyone figured out how to approach this kind of reporting in Workfront?Thanks in advance!

Hello. I am making a report that needs to list how many of each job role is attached to a project.The problem is that one project can have multiple tasks assigned to the same person that has a job role. So is there any way to count unique job roles per project? 

Hello everyone, I'm currently developing some self-service flow steps. While the overall installation and usage process works smoothly, I’ve been wondering if anyone has successfully gotten the /brandIcon and /serviceIcon endpoints to work—or more precisely, if anyone has seen Marketo actually request these icons. My Swagger definition includes the endpoints exactly as specified in the SSFS Interface CFA Swagger. The endpoints are live and return the expected images without issue. I’ve tested various image formats—from PNG and GIF to SVG (as shown in Adobe’s "Look Up" example). However, Marketo doesn’t display any icons, and according to my application logs, the endpoints are never even called.Has anyone managed to get the icons to display in Marketo?Kind regardsWolfram

I have a doubt referring to the function nowWithDelta. Can I use nowWithDelta(0, "days"), i.e, using the first parameter with the value "0"? 

Is it possible to display numeric values with comma separators in both input custom fields and the associated calculated fields for better readability?Currently, when users update the underlying custom fields multiple times after saving the input form, the calculated fields do not reflect these changes dynamically. Is there a way to auto-refresh the calculated fields to reflect the latest updates without requiring an additional save? 

Hi Community, I am trying to find a way to add after a specific request has been created a task list(three records) to a project via Fusion. So far so good. Depending on the individual request I created three records to the project. Where I am stuck is defining the predecessors. I could only find the API call that is referring to predecessors across projects, but since these tasks are not in the project, yet, they also do not have a task number, that I could refer to as the predecessor. So the API callUrl: TASK/{ID of task}Method: PUTBody: {"predecessorExpression": "{{Number of task}}"} - doesn't make sense since I do not have the number. I tried to add in the Body section: {"predecessorExpression": "{{ID of task}}"} - since it is the newly created task before, but I receive an error message: [400] APIModel V20_0 does not support action %XXXXXXXXX%XX (TASK)Any workarounds for this? Thanks for any advice in advance!

Hello, As there is no possibility to add an OR rule directly into the event filter of the Watch Events module, I was wondering, if it is possible to do it in the value field directly using the operators under General functions. Unfortunately I was not successful until now. My goal is the following:I want to create a scenario triggered by the modification of an isssue to a specific status. The filter looks like this: AND QueueTopicID EQUAL {{"queueTopicID1" | "queueTopicID2" | "queueTopicID3"}}   But this does not work unfortunately... Thanks in advance. RegardsLars

Hi, I was looking at a project report that contained a column for "Actual Hours" and noticed that the column has been renamed to "Legacy Actual Hours". I also noticed that there are now two fields in the report builder: 1. Legacy Actual Hours2. Actual HoursThe release notes do state that there was a change coming to the Actual Hours field but it wasn't going to happen until later in 2025.  There was no mention of any impacts to current reporting functionality. I wish they wouldve communicated this change so I could update the column names on views and reports.  Now Im sure I'll get some questions from my user base regarding this new field.

Hello folks! Can the Stage settings options be displayed, when creating New proof version, by default instead of having to click > to display?Users want to be able to see the Deadline options dates easily.These dates are not integrated with the Workfront project deadline.Please see pics.

Hi All, I have a project created with a set of tasks. I had updated duration, planned hours and assigned the tasks to an agile team. Once the tasks were assigned to the agile team, those tasks were showing up in the team's backlog. When I added few tasks from the backlog to one of the iterations, the duration of the tasks in the tasks list in the Project page got updated to very large numbers (57 days) whereas the original duration i had updated is very less ( 1 Day). Not sure why this is happening. How to retain the original duration of the task after it is getting assigned to an iteration. Please provide your inputs. Thanks in advance.

Hi,  We are in the process of building comma separated values calculated fields to map to AEM tags. Currently there are multiple fields from Workfront that need to be mapped to one AEM Tags.  In Workfront we have multiple fields for Audience, Channel & Social Identity but in AEM, those values are combined in tags. Hello community! I am hoping to create a report that shows the Oldest task in a project (i.e. the FIRST task). We would like to track projects that take more than one sprint to complete and currently, we track the sprint ID on each task with a custom field.It would be okay if this is 2 reports but ideally it would be: Project Names | Oldest Task Name | Oldest Task Due Date | Oldest Task custom field | Newest Task Name | Newest Task Dues Date | Newest Task Custom field the tasks could also be on 2 lines for each project, I don't mind.

I am creating a task report to enable project owners to bulk update task statuses and I need a column on the report that shows what the next task on the applicable project is. I am not looking for the next ready to start task - what I need is for the project owners to be able to see what the next task up is going to be before they mark the existing open task as complete. The report is already pulling in just the current ready to start task on a set of projects.  I am assuming that this would be a text mode field but I'm not having any luck figuring out the syntax I need. 

Is it possible to tie multiple projects to one request? 

I have the same multi-select dropdown field on request, project and task forms that only wants to populate the field on the project form when converting a request to a project using a project template. The project form is in the project details section and the task form is in the task details on the project template. I was hoping that the task field would auto-populate just like the field on the project form does, but I have to manually set the selection. Is it not possible to have the selection synced on the same filed in the three different forms?

I have completed the integration of Adobe OneTrust and Adobe Launch by following the instructions on this page: OneTrust Integration Guide.I have added conditions in each rule regarding targeting and performance based on the OptanonActiveGroups provided, with everything set to opt-in by default.However, I am encountering an issue with the GPC signal. When it is activated, it should block all cookies, but there is a delay in setting the OptanonActiveGroups, which causes some pixels to still fire.Need to help to tackle this.

I am planning to create a new profile where unique namespace is going to be created which is not available for any other profile. it is a proper profile upload where we enable the dataset for profile enabled. if i use that namespace id for pseudonymous profile deletion. Will that work ?

Should I put different offers into one Offer Collection?As an example:1. 5% discount - Collection 12. Free delivery - Collection 2  And then in evaluation Criteria put them in specific order1. Collection 22. Collection 1  On the other I can put everything into one Collection and then in Evaluation Criteria every offer would be evaluated based on the priority??
