The current MKTO integration with LinkedIn matched audiences only leverages the email address. We would like to see company name and other data points on a person record leveraged here to increase match rates and effectiveness of the tool. Presently, we receive a better match rate through direct list upload as the MKTO integration is lacking functionality.
Can you please make query string as an available field for reporting and smart lists.
There are some obvious small usability improvements that would go a long way to increase user efficiency in Marketo. These are probably posted already, but I am bundling them here in a single ask under the banner of improving usability. Allow Custom Fields in use to be renamed Allow List import to update by Marketo ID Sort Person Records in views list by any Field Preview Email by User – Refresh Button Allow for renaming images and files
It would be absolutely awesome to be able to set (metric) Targets and run Target reports in Workspace. We have requirements where we need to show change of the new website performance vs baseline and target metric values. So it would be even better if Target view reports could cater for both baseline and target values. At the moment I’m using static calculated metrics and summary change visualisation (the bullet is not intuitive enough unfortunately ). But in that case I can show the change only for one period of time.I would really like to be able to visualise how metrics compare over a number of periods of time where the baseline value / target fluctuates respectively (eg seasonal changes).
Currenttly in AA we cannot limit the elements shown in a table based on a metric value selection. It was there in Data Workbench - would like to see that capability in AA.
Documents uploaded to a TASK will appear in the PROJECT documents list. It would be great if documents uploaded to a TASK were automatically "foldered" in the PROJECT list by task name.
We'd like to have the possibility to send our emails only on weekdays and to differenciate this feature for different countries, ex. in UAE Friday is not a working day but Sunday.
After cloning a Program, you often need to make many manual adjustments to Smart Lists and Flow steps to customize the cloned Program. Supporting tokens in Smart Lists and all Flow Steps would allow for modular programs that could be configured with tokens reducing the manual configuration steps
Marketo was built from the ground up on the idea that all fields should be on the person record. Yes, you can pursue a one-to-many design using Custom Objects but they are difficult to use because they are implemented by way of API calls. Features that could solve this: Add new "List Field" Fields Type that can hold multiple values. Support one-to-many with Flow Steps to Add/Remove/Filter items in "List Field" or Custom Objects
Tokens are really helpful and powerful, but become very difficult to clean up when you’re managing them long term. What would help is a ”Used By” view that shows you all the assets actively referencing tokens, enabling user to identify where references need to be updated or removed.
It’s not currently possible to recover deleted or previously saved versions of programs and assets. To solve this, provide: A change history function on assets and programs that enables you to revert to a previous version, see who made changes/created new drafts, and when A recycle bin feature - a temporary holding zone for all deleted smart campaigns, programs, assets, where they can be retrieved from if needed.
While working in the 'New Experience' it would be nice to have hot keys such as CTRL + P to pin a page. Other hot key commands that would help would be:Unpin a pageClose a pageOpen a new pageGo to SearchMove to a pinned page leftMove to a pinned page rightStar/Favorite a page
Let us at in Reports & Reportlets quickly set our own Level Lines to display on Reports & Dashboards quickly and without having to go through Targets which is too cumbesome currently. Could be used to show goals, benchmarks, prior time frame levels, all very quickly and easily. Would simply let us set lines at one or more levels as example below: Green = Goal of 740, Blue = Last year avg. 600 Also let us add a few words describing each that would show in the legend below graph too for each line added. Using IDEA: Calculated Metrics with eVars to automatically calculate these Targets, Goals, & Benchmark Volumes or Percents % would be very useful.
I would like to use my target reports (component -> targets) in Workspaces. Or to see a new improved target/kpi's monitoring feature in Workspaces.Essential functionality when it comes to reporting.
Setting Targets is cumbersome especially for extended periods often preventing their use. Having to hand enter values one at a time for each day makes this near useless for upkeep, changes, etc. (Sample below) UPDATE: Thanks Adam, and agree I'm still left scratching my head on how the user interface makes sense and issue still stands as not simple to do. How is it that users can be on the screen to "Add / Edit Target" (Picture directly below) and yet NO Where in site is a link to "Import" your data for that target (it's back on the list of Targets screen so not contextual) but instead the only comment/direction that is there only indicates "...enter your target values here." ?? There are still several issues here even with the SAINT like template:Hand entering on the current screen is still a useful need for quickly setting targets - but little sense expecting users to enter same value reptitevly for each day vs. a From-To range - need table like interface where on each row can a) sel
It would be helpful in some of my forms if I coulld test fields that exist outside the form. For instance if I could test a users level, group, team or any of our custom fields.
It would be great if Workfront could send an email notification to Project Owner/ Team members of teams assigned to tasks whenever a task or issue status changes. For example: when a task changes from "New" to "In Progress" or to "Complete", it would be amazing if the Project Owner and Team members could receive a notification to let them know. Right now, project owners who are assigning a large volume of tasks, have to go into reports/dashboards to check the status and they would prefer to receive an email notification so that they don't have to worry about the status and updates.
At the top of projects it would be helpful to be able to customize what you want to see to be able to add perhaps Project Sponsor, Latest PM updates notes - custom field. Sometimes people don't want to scroll through all the updates, so if the Project Manager could be identified in the system and either at the top or in the Updates you could go right to their updates - perhaps they are highlighted in red or there was an option - Latest PM Update and you click it and it takes you right to it in the updates? Thank you!
Please remove the date format put in place by Marketo. It is an inconvenience for customers to interpret YYYY-MM-DD.Please update the date format to MM-DD-YYYY or let the user decide which date format they want to keep.
Hello! Submitting this Enhancement request here! We've received numerous requests for customization to the Header when looking at a Project. Users would like to be able to customize this area with custom data field and also to provide more relevant status visuals that reflect our instance of Workfront.Header Customization - we have a few fields imperative to our business that are often referenced. Today, these fields live on the Project Custom Form, and we pull them into reports, but when looking at a project, users have commented it would be so nice to have these in the header.Project Status Customization - today, you have the % status of completion for a project and various status types across all objects, projects included, that provide an understanding of the state of ones work. Building on these status, our user base was curious if there's a vision in the future for having a status bar that is more visual in nature and not connected to Tasks that would provide an understand
Description - We have "Last Note: Note Text" in-line on a report. We want to be able to edit that field in-line and have it post 'Updates' to the 'Updates' section of the reported task or issue without having to click into each task or issue individually. Think status update meetings.... Why is this feature important to you - Think status update meetings.... How quickly can we post updates to each task or issue while going around the room without having to click into each object individually? How would you like the feature to work - Have "Last Note: Note Text" be editable in-line of a report and post updates back to its corresponding object. Current Behaviour - That field cannot currently be edited in-line.
Right now I am having to lock all group statuses at the system level to allow them to appear on a teams agile board. We have 20+ task statuses in the system right now and growing. And they are not all relevant to all users (ie we do building construction and software custom development each with wildly different status progressions)
It is nice that you can set an approval workflow on tasks to prevent it from being completed without approval. It would be great if the same behavior were true when working with proofs. We should be able to set a task approval to be dependent on the Proof approval.
Right now, reports are sent to ALL recipients on the list, even if the information is not applicable to them. I think the ability to create reports, and send only to users who have information in the report should receive a copy of the report, and the report should only contain the information relevant to them. For example, I want to deliver a report of "Projects Not Updated >30 Days" which would tell project managers that they need to go in and update or close their project. However, I currently have over 100 PMs in the system, and there may only be 20 projects that meet this condition. I would want the report to only be delivered to the PMs who have a late project, and the report should show only their projects, and only the ones that are late. This would significantly reduce the number of emails going to people who do not meet this criteria. This is different from having a user log in and run a report -- it will be delivered to them using the send feature.
Currently, when trying to submit a form via REST, you receive a 1006 error code "Field '[X]' not found in form definition" if the field in the payload is not configured in the form. This behavior doesn't appear to be documented anywhere that I can tell other than the actual error message, but this seems like a huge missing feature in terms of establishing parity with other form submit methods such as the Forms 2.0 API which allows you to addHiddenFields with any valid field, regardless of if it is defined in the form or not. This front-end behavior is a huge advantage over other form libraries as it allows global form solutions to scale easily and would be a welcome addition to the REST behavior as well.
