Hi, we just upgraded to 6.5.21 and we see that when we try to delete any page from the sites, we get the dreaded Red "error" popup. error logs throw the following error org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingRequestProcessorImpl service: Uncaught Throwable org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.query.RuntimeNodeTraversalException: The query read or traversed more than 100000 nodes. To avoid affecting other tasks, processing was stopped.any help?when i compare /oak:index with the old non-upgraded instance i see that there are 4 new indexes being added AssetPrefixNodeName, CqAuditEvent, GraphQlConfig, fragments. when i try to package the /oak:index in the 6.5.21 instance i get the following error "Unable to retrieve primary type for Node /oak:index/cq:AuditEvent" any help?

My WF instance has two separate companies. I am creating groups and noticed that there are job roles already in the setup for my company that I had not created. If I delete these job roles, will it effect the entire workfront instance or only delete the job roles at the company-level? We don't have any tasks assigned to job roles in my company/groups.

It seems multiple notification options have been removed from the "Workfront Profile > Edit Person > Notifications" area.  There used to be a couple dozen, and now there are just three.  We've noticed this over the past couple of days, and are no longer getting certain notifications (such as predecessor task completed) that we rely on for our workflow.Have these been deleted, or perhaps moved to a different location in the settings interface?

Trying to find out the limitations of Assets as a Cloud service (specific to cloud service and not 6.5 on premises or AMS environments) that we should abide by?1) Limitation on the Storage of native files within AEM Assets?2) Limitation on the size of files stored in AEM Assets under a folder?3) Limitation around the number of file/folders under a hierarchy?4) Any general limitation that we should abide by when dealing with DAM? If there is a benchmarking done by Adobe, it would be great to get a handle to that link?

inexplicably the cache is being periodically deleted, the scheduled tasks have already been reviewed, and the task for this purpose does not exist. What can be the cause ??? 

I've entered the following expression in a calculated field to remove pieces of text/numbers from another custom text field, but I get the following error message: "This is an invalid custom expression, please try again." LEFT({DE:Custom Field Placeholder}, 7), & MID({DE:Custom Field Placeholder}, 9, LEN({DE:Custom Field Placeholder}) -8) Am I missing anything in particular?  Thought I entered it correctly.

Until this release, API-triggered campaigns capability was covering various operational and transactional messaging needs like password resets or OTP token, but could not be used to create marketing campaigns. Hello,we have Automatic Reminders turned on in Workfront but I am trying to understand which date it is using to constitute something as overdue.Example: A task was entered on 2/27/2024 and a due date was set for 4/9/2024. The due date later was changed to 6/1/2024 and then again to 8/1/2024.The automatic reminder seems to only look at the first due date (4/9/2024) and does not take into consideration the due dates that were updated later.Has anyone else found this to be happening?If so, this is a bit frustrating since I know the due date has not yet passed but the automatic reminder makes it seem like it is way overdue. Shouldn't it look at the current due date to determine if a task is overdue? Any help or insight is appreciated.

   I need some help with exporting the final segmentation results from a journey I've built in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to a CSV file. This journey incorporates audience conditions and exclusions to precisely target the desired segment, fulfilling specific business requirements. However, I'm encountering difficulty in exporting this final, refined segmentation as a CSV file and delivering it to an SFTP server. I know Direct Mail can do something similar for campaigns, but this is a journey, not a campaign. Any tips or tricks would be awesome!! I am working with a coworker to create a report that will show the cost of each license type that users have tied to their account. What we are trying to do is show the license associated with a user and the cost of that license in a column. The problem is that a custom calculation field isn't showing the cost of any licenses, and as a result, there is nothing to show in a report. Is there a way that we can do this, or is it something that we would need to incorporate something like Fusion into? Below is a screenshot of what we are using to call a field that should be providing license cost data, but is not. Is there something in that code that is incorrect or being called in the wrong way? Thank you!

Hi all, Apologies if this has been discussed before—I couldn’t find anything via search. Is there a way to set communication limits at the account level? For example, if we have 100 contacts at Company ABC and are sending an email but want to limit it to only 5 recipients from that company, is there a built-in way to do this? Or would this need to be handled through Smart List filtering? Thanks!

Hi Team,We’ve encountered an issue with the form checkboxes in one of our pages and would appreciate your help in resolving it.Here’s the scenario:We have used the same form in two different elements on the page.In the top element, the form checkboxes are working perfectly fine.However, in the bottom element, the form checkboxes are not working.Also, sometimes the form got duplicated and shown under the original formWe’ve tried isolating the issue by keeping only the bottom element on the page, but the checkboxes still don’t function as expected. Interestingly, the same form works correctly when embedded in the top element.Additional details:The checkboxes are added with customized styling.We’ve checked for duplicate IDs, missing classes, and potential JavaScript/CSS conflicts, but the issue persists.Could someone please take a look and help us identify the root cause? Hello. I am looking for pointers on the best method to do this. I've never actually been asked by users for this and I know there have been some changes in what possible.If I have a team that wants to see the diffference between the planned and actual hours in a column, my first assumption is that this would be done using a calculated field. Does this field need to be applied to a custom form for each task? Or is there a method to create a column in a view and do some text mode magic.  I did a search and I know there's alot out there about this but some of it goes waaay back. I'd like to hear from you what's best with current options. thank you

I am trying to use a webp image in page properties under featured image section in AEM cloud instance. But not able to see the image preview in the page properties. All the image rendetions are created, and even this image is visible in the page using Image component.  Also, in page properties i can see the call to this image 319*319 rendetion is success and its returning a png rendetion of this image, but still its not visible in the featured image section inside page properties.  @71132 

Hey all, We have a little conundrum wherein each environment has over 150 variables configured for OSGi values.We have a multi-tenant architecture wherein each tenant is prefixed in environment variables with _TENANTX_CM to easily identify the tenant.However, few environment variables are incorrect and have been fixed - Basically TenantX and TenantY have same environment variable name. This has been fixed in code now.However, the query is when we deploy this to AEM Cloud, supposedly there is a use case wherein the correct configuration is tagged to incorrect environment variable name - How can we handle that scenario? For example TenantX and TenantY both have same environment variable name with value "ABC"Now we are correcting the configs for both by having separate environment variables. But the default values still have to be overridden to point to "ABC" in cloud manager.Since there are lot of variables is there any way to ensure that the transition is seamless? I know
