It would be nice to have a filter that can show leads that were updated in certain time frame vs having a filter that only shows when the lead was last updated.
It would be good if we can highlight all emails on the marketing activities tree and approve them all at once. There are instances where I send out several emails for different countries and would help save a lot of time if I can highlight them all and approve all at once rather than approving them per piece.
Hi,It would be good to be able to drag/drop the order of choices in flow steps. We often have to use several choices in flow steps, and these can often change. Currently when you add a new choice into the exisitng flow step, it puts the choice at the top, above all previous options, when sometimes you want to place it in the middle. As the order of the choices is so important, it would be great to be able to easily drag and srop these to edit the order of the choices. Currently there is a lot of copy, pasting and checking to make sure they are all in the correct order, and can often lead to errors.Just an idea, and for me soemthing that would save a lot of time.
We have a lot of seminars run by account managers. Our account managers don't have access to Marketo, but would like to receive a daily email with an excel sheet of registrants. The Marketo Events app is our workaround for now, but they're limited to only viewing registrations one week in advance and would prefer an email with this information instead.
I'd like to get inbound link reporting on key competitors--how many, what "value"I'd like to get keyword discovery reports on key competors to understand how their keyword mix aligns with ours.
Hello,it would be very nice to have a built-in email previewer that lets you see the rendering of the email on the various devices/resolutions.Given that today there is a multitude of devices with different screen resolutions, it's very time-consuming having to test each email by actually sending it to the device, not to mention that not everybody has access to all the most popular models of smartphones and tablets, let alone ALL the possible resolutions existent today.I would honestly expect for a solution such as Marketo to have this feature.
I am a fan of the added funtionality for "Send Sample": being able to insert a lead's information in sample emails. Compared to the old functionality in which Sample emails only showed you blanks for default values in place of tokens, it is an advancement. However, Marketo also tracks all the activity off the email and associates it with the lead... This is AWFUL!Today we sent a test using a customer's lead info, and it logged the email as "Opened" on the lead record. I nearly had a heart attack. If you have opens or clicks creating Activities or Interesting Moments in SFDC, and your sales people are anything like mine, they're likely going to call leads that they think opened or clicked, when in fact they didn't.I encourage Marketo to look at testing options that allow for dynamic insertion of lead info into the sample without assocaiting the resulting activity off that email.
The soap credentials used to be under admin."SOAP API settings in Marketo"I am using Marketo Enterprise Customer but i can't see the soap credentials any more?why? where do i set these?thanks
Marketo,I know that the landing page editor is also a WYSIWYG, but I wish it had the option to embed links within the pictures like you can with text. Sometimes I want to put buttons on my landing pages like "Download Now" and I can't have the embed option with pics (on pics it just gives me the gear with minimal options like segmentation, delete, etc). I know you can embed links on pics in the email editor, but don't understand why you can't on landing pages. I know this can be done with coding, but I feel like it should be more simple than having to take the time to code. The best thing would be like my last idea and get away form the WYSIWYG editor and make your own in house landing page development program.#LetsMakeMarketoStronger!-Jesse
When cloning something like an asset or smart campaign, sometimes I'm cloning it to the same program. It would be nice for that the program I'm cloning it from to be at the top of the dropdown or for it to have the option "clone to same program".
I have had a few instances where critical support issues have been delayed due to support representatives going on PTO . Something in the routing of support cases should allow for better sharing of cases among representatives and more proactive follow-up, rather than individual reps handling specific support cases.
When trying to see what images you already have loaded, it would be easier to be able to see thumbnails of the images to quickly ascertain what you have in stock vs what you may need to upload.
I would like to be able to see who marked us as spam on a particular campaign, the same way I can see who unsubscribed from that list. Mailchimp does it, read here http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-did-i-get-an-abuse-complaint. And from what I know I cannot do that with Marketo, and I think it could add value if you added this feature
I created a responsive data table for an email campaign in Design Studio. For this to work, the table uses the data-title attribute. Upon save and close, when I go back in the attribute is stripped out. We need the attribute to remain intact all the way through deployment, or the data table is meaningless in the responsive mobile design.Example: <tr><td data-title="#1 Viewed">most viewed 1</td><td>&nbsp;</td><td data-title="#1 Post">most popular 1</td></tr> Marketo needs to support HTML5 attributes for responsive tables to work! This is also important for accessibility. Let's make it happen, please!
It will be awesome for Marketo to allow to push unique Marketo ID into SFDC ID.Currently this feature is not available.
When using a date field as a filter to create a Smart List, it's possible to choose the "timeframe" option on that field. The options are: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, etc. But there are no future timeframes available (e.g. Tomorrow, In X Days, In X Weeks, etc.).It would be useful to have acces to future timeframes when filtering off of custom fields in Salesforce. For example, we have a "product license expires" date field in SFDC and we'd like to create an automation that sends a reminder email 1 week before the expiry, i.e. "product license expires in 1 week."Thanks!
Not sure if this is even possible, but adding in the functionality that a field can be overwritten or added to. We have a field that should have the latter, but as it is now, when we do a list upload, the field is overwritten with new value only. Would be nice to have the ability to add to a field with multiple list values.
It would be great if program owners got an alert when records fail to sync to SFDC or to a SFDC Campaign.
It would be nice if the initial email that Marketo sends when coping a group of people, had the original problem attached to the email. Currently the initial support confirmation email has nothing to say about the problem, so all the people on my cc list have no idea what I am submitting.
Is there a way to change the embedded unsubscribe link on the system Marketo email template? I want to have a dynamic unsubscribe link to send users to different unsubscribe pages. Example: 1.) Someone unsubscribe from a brand and goes to a unique unsubscribe landing page (LP) 2.) Or the unsubscribe LP needs to be in French, based on the user/prior LP Can anyone indicate if this can be done?
Hi,Wondering if someone has a database with thousands of duplicate emails (sometimes, intentional) and do not want to merge them (of course not mannually) but when having an email blast, can Marketo just send one email to the duplicate email addresses? Currently it sends 2 if one is lead and one is contact! It would help! or is there any way already? Thanks,Syed
It would be great to be able turn on warnings for campaign failures that Marketo projects will happen before they do. It would also be great to be able to set that warning to arrive at a time set by the user, such as "1 hour before," "1 day before" and so on.
I've just noticed that we have new constraints available under the Opens Email and Clicks Link in Email filters/triggers for Device, Platform, Browser, and Is Mobile Device. First of all: AWESOME! To be able to filter and trigger on these constraints will be terrific. However, another equally awesome use for this data would be in Analytics. For example, I'd love to be able to add these fields into an email link performance report to see what share of the link clicks came from Android vs. iOS.
Many of our support tickets include back and forth discussions that are captured in the comments section of the support ticket. Most of the time, we reply directly via email and this unfortunately includes the entire email message. We're trying to remember to only include our comments here. But regardless, when the thread gets extensive, it's very difficult to view the thread in such a small window/frame.
This will help in mapping API in a better way.
