hi everybody,   I have a question: in other email tools such as Hubspot it is possible to automatically exclude unengaged users, i.e. users that did not open the last emails we've send them, from receiving emails.   Is there a simple way to do that in Marketo? Or do I have to work with smart lists to get that done?   My goal is to reduce the number of emails send to recipients that did not open the last emails we've send them.    Thank you & kind regards,

Does anyone know if there is a way to export data with more than three dimensions? I need to see metrics by day, campaign, event and page. Would really like to add Referrer Type to that also. But everything I have tried is too limited. Report Builder gets the closest, but still seems to be limited to 3 dimensions. Is there another way?

Attempting to send a single report to all managers with their direct reports' overdue tasks using the Assigned to ManagerID = $$USERID as a filter. So far, tests have been unsuccessful. Is there a proper way to set up & send the report?

Order can have one feedback.   So if I retrieve order data via a rest API call. I have duplicated the live schema and changed the name, making the form with the same name. Then added all these in the new publication template. After making changes in the form nothing is reflected in the delivery template. Seems like linking is missing between the form and the publication template. Though I have selected the correct input forms and the javascript template and schema still it is not showing the output in a delivery template.   @_manoj_kumar_ 

I am trying to generate a report that includes the planned start date of a task, but also includes the Week Number that corresponds to the Planned Start Date of the task. This is a traversal query. Re-indexing wont help because the query is fired on [nt:base], and not [dam:Asset], due to which OOB /oak:index/damAssetLucene, is not getting used

When I use the DataType of Tags in the Content Fragment Model and reference it from GraphQL, it returns the tag path (e.g. my-sites:tag-layer1/tag-layer2).How can I get the name of the tag (jcr:title) from GraphQL in addition to the tag path?

I have encounter this issue on my fresh install AEM 6.5 instances, when I navigate to "/system/console/configMgr" and click on any configurations, it wont response (which by right will show the configuration details).   Any advice on this?

How to hide a specific path under : aem/tags

Good day,When using the embed component in AEM 6.5 and inserting and iframe into the html option, eg. <iframe src="{url of external feed}" id="#graph" width="100%" height="580"></iframe>Then when viewing as published or viewing on the published site, the html comes back as:<div class="cmp-embed"><iframe height="580"></iframe></div>Has anyone else ever had this issue or perhaps now what causes it and may have a resolve.Thank you.
