Hi All,the Q2 2025 release notes mention the new event subscriptions version. This article describes the differences between the legacy and new version.And the list of the Workfront Fusion modules describes (not vey detailed) how you can switch between the versions:This suggests that you can change/set/manage the subscription version for each of your scenarios separately.I did some testing today and my findings don't confirm this.I found that:The module "Update Events Payload Version" needs to be run only once, to set the desired version. (As opposed to being included in the scenario each time when it's running.)More importantly, when the module runs, it sets the desired version for ALL your scenarios, not just for 1 specific scenario. (I confirmed this by checking my subsriptions' data using a custom HTTP call to the subscriptions endpoint.)So it seems irrelevant which of your scenarios includes the module. You could create a new scenario just to hold the "Update Events Payload Versio

I am trying to get an alert for when a particular form is submitted a certain number of times. Ex: after 10 form submissions I know to take the form down as we would have reached max capacity for an event initiative.Essentially, I'm trying to think through if there is a new custom field that could be created that would incrementally update when a new form submission comes in, then when it reaches the max total, a flow is triggered.

In the WF instance I manage, users are allowed to log time directly on projects. However there is one project where we only want time logged to tasks. Any ideas for limiting the objects users can log time to (in this case: tasks on a specified project), when the instance is configured to allow time logged directly to projects?

I have a report for proof approvers (regulatory, legal & brand) that is pinned on their dashboards and keeps them on track for what is pending and gives them quick access to click the links and review & approve when they have time. However sometimes they are reviewers rather than approvers. I don't get that option on the filters. Is there a way I can add that?

Hello, In a delivery where the subject line is configured as dynamic content (e.g. <%=targetData.firstName%>), is it possible to query in recipient delivery logs for the specific subject line which was created for that recipient? Querying for the field [delivery/mailParameters/subject] just returns the dynamic content code. Thanks,Skyler

We have a master project we call a campaign and we create requests under it that will become the campaign tactics.I  have a scenario I'm working on that copies the documents  from the the master to each request as they are created.Problem is since the master documents folder lists the original documents and then all the documents of the request as they are added,each new request gets dupes uploaded to it.  Is there a way to test if the document already exist before it is uploaded? Any suggestions appreciated.ThanksFrank 

Hi Team, We have a requirement regarding our approach to new contacts gathered from tradeshows or lists. Instead of immediately integrating them into our standard marketing efforts, we prefer to initiate a warm-up campaign. Once these contacts engage with us, we can then transition them into our regular marketing streams. To facilitate this, we plan to utilize an engagement program that allows us to manage these contacts at a streamlined level, enabling us to enter and exit them as needed. I conducted some tests with a few sample contacts to evaluate how the program functions. I found that while it's straightforward to add contacts to the program, the process of removing or pausing them requires clarification. Specifically, if I want to exit someone from the program, should I remove them entirely, or would pausing them within the cadence suffice? Hello! We're trying to get CJA setup with Marketing Channels. Currently we have Marketing Channels setup in Adobe Analytics, however, a couple of our channels are setup with the rule "is first page of visit". Updated Marketing Channels documentation has mentioned that is is not recommended to us that logic as CJA does not recognize it. (potentially not understanding that correctly). We have an extensive network of internal URLs for instance that we need a channel for in order to not inflate our direct channel traffic. Is there any suggestions on how we might get around this so that we can see all channels in CJA as well? Thanks!

Is there documentation clarifying how AEP interprets "occurs <= N years before now" versus "occurs >= N years before now"?

I am attempting to create an audience where an activity occurred within the last 5 years. It seems that the criteria I expect to work is generating code that performs the opposite. For example, event rule: Boat_Activity_Date "In Last" 5 Years Generates this code snippet: WHERE(C0.exists(_xxxxxxxx.Boattransformed_BoatDemographic.Boat_Activity_Date occurs <= 5 years before now))]) Reading the WHERE condition, it seems to specify records where the Boat_Activity_Date is older than 5 years before now. Should it not have "occurs >= 5 years before now".

I have a CAC field something like below, I have a need to make the value of this field dynamically due to a strange use-case.Is there a way I can do this in javascript or with Java code? Unable to sign in into Adobe Experience Platform Debugger. After click sign in, it will show "Signing in" with loading cursor. After a while, the login popup closed automatically without successful login. Is there an issue with the login function ?

Hi,   I am new to the Journey Optimizer tool and am working on setting up reporting/dashboard/ etc. to show success.  One component I would like to measure is the incremental lift journey have on the growth of my audience and would like to ask for advice:  Should we do that through the AEP audience, with in the AJO journey build, or with the CJA reporting?  Thanks in advance for the ideas and guidance.

I am not aware of any functions that accept listObject as a parameter2) How do I extract a value of this new listObject? For example, I want the lineofBusiness at position 0.  Thanks.

Hi - My company is implementing a cookie consent solution. I know it affects web and form tracking if the user declines cookie tracking. Does is affect any behavioral tracking for emails?  For example, if a known record, opens or clicks an email, will the Munchkin Code still track that behavior if they decline cookies? Thanks.

We have a flow that is parsing text from an Outlook Email using the HTML to Text parser which works fine, then taking that and using the Get Elements from Text module with Key Value Pairs.  This is spliiting up the body correctly except in cases where the title uses special characters.  The item below would read in as Multidisciplinary Center and drop everyting after the special character occurs.  What do I need to do to get it to read the special characters? Multidisciplinary Center (MDC) Medical History  Item Name: Multidisciplinary Center (MDC) Medical History
