Hello, Is there a way in Fusion to create an Update/Note on a Project which tags all of the assigned Users and Teams?I did some searching but couldn't find an answer Thanks in advance

I'm looking for help with best practices for a design task.  More of the time it works fine to have a waterfall workflow between user 1, 2, and then 3.  But, more often now, we're having projects where we have three disciplines that need to run concurrently on the same design task.  How can we get this setup in Workfront?

How can I retrieve the data for profiles marked as "Profiles in Error" in Journey Optimizer using the query service? 

Hello -  Having a complete brain freeze on how the scheduled refresh timing works and can't find an answer when searching. If I schedule a refresh for Thursday - does that mean it will be completed on Thursday or will it occur on Thursday night and be refreshed for Friday?  Thanks! 

Hi,the upload of documents in Workfront gets stuck. Usually the first upload of the day.Can't figure out what is wrong. Closed and reopened the app a few times.Eventually started working.IS anyone else experiencing the same? 

Hello, I am creating an item report to show all action items of projects in executing and program delivery status (CUR and ZLH) that have not been updated in more than 2 weeks. I have the column "last update date" that shows the last update and there are several rows of data. When i filter the date using the "$$TODAY-2W" wildcard, not data returns in the report. What am I doing wrong? or What is the text mode I should be using for this?  I appreciate your time and feedback. Amy

Hello, I am curious if there is a way to add in more filters to the list users have in the Board view. The options are limited by default and we would like to filter out any Parents tasks. Thank you!

I need to be able to route a request queue to an email address rather than a specific user.  I suppose I could create the user under a generic name with the email address; but unsure how the request can be accessed by a CS agent and completed? Anyone know how to do this?

I must be doing something stupid because my use case is very simple. I have a single-select dropdown on a form. And if someone selects "pods" from this field, I want a message stating that Pods-based materials cannot use that queue. (This is my intended workaround against being able to hide some options on one form.) I used this simple if statement, but it doesn't work: IF({DE:Who is creating your communication?}="pods","Pods-based materials cannot be reviewed in this queue.") Is this possible?

Hello,We have previously used Adobe Analytics and set up a custom CNAME domain (e.g., smetrics.ourdomain.com) for data collection. However, we are no longer using Adobe Analytics and would like to completely remove this custom tracking domain.  

We’re onboarding a new group into Workfront that previously used a system where they used cases (very minimal workflow steps and assignments) as projects and labeled the cases with sprint number/date range tags that were independent of the case planned completion date. This group would like to keep their sprint concept in the new Workfront workflows but we are having a difficult time figuring out how to do that, since we would like them to adjust task duration to take into account timeline or resource changes within the project, not just manually change a sprint tag not connected with planned completion dates. Just creating a custom field with the sprint number/date range options that they could tag to the project task or project as a whole doesn’t seem to make sense to me if the planned task completion and/or project planned completion doesn’t correlate with the sprint tag dates. The group has a heavy project/template workflow that didn't fit in well with Iterations when I tested that

Recently the "Sign In" feature of the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger has stopped working. It takes me though the federated login steps,but doesn't sign me into my Adobe cloud account anymore.

Hi AllI have a question regarding my requirements. I have implemented an ETL technical workflow that exports data in CSV format to our downstream applications.My requirement is to split the response data into multiple batch files. For instance, sometimes we target more than 10 million individuals in an hour. When the broadLogData is exported, it includes all 10 million responses in a file, which takes a significant amount of time and results in a large file. What I would like to achieve is that if the export data exceeds 2.5 million, it should be split into four batch files, each containing 2.5 million records.Could you help me understand how to achieve this, either through code or if there are any out-of-the-box options available for this?Thank you.

Hi Everyone I'm looking for some guidance on how to enhance our AEM Assets implementation. We have a large number of assets under the /content/dam/xxx path, and it's becoming challenging to track their expiry dates effectively. My goal is to implement a visual indicator—either a flag or an icon—on each asset within the AEM Assets interface that would dynamically appear when an asset's expiry date is within a certain threshold.Specifically, I want to achieve the following:When assets are loaded in /content/dam/xxx, the system should check each asset's expiry date (if one is set).If an asset's expiry date is within the next 5 days, a visual flag or icon should be displayed on the asset's thumbnail or metadata area in the AEM Assets interface.Ideally, the flag or icon would disappear once the asset is no longer within the 5-day expiry window.Any suggestions please Thanks in advance

Hi! I'm trying to sign in into the Abode Debugger Chrome extension, and after I enter my login and password it acts like it signing me in, but the extension is still logged off. I already cleared cache of my browser and reinstalled the extension but the result is the same. Is there anything else I can do to sign in?  

I'm logged in to AEP and Data Collection with my Adobe ID.  When I click Sign In on the Debugger (Chrome), a log in screen pops up, autocompletes, and closes.  Then I'm still not logged in.

When I try to sign in to the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger Tool Extension For Adobe Experience Platform Launch, it won't let me sign in. It just loads, then says 'signing in', then disappears again, and I'm not signed in (it does this quite a lot). However, I am able to sign in to Analytics, Launch, etc. Does anyone else get this problem a lot with the Debugger Extension, and are there any tips to stop it happening?

We're trying to set up a subdomain to use with Campaign. We can't delegate the whole domain via nameserver, so we have to go the CNAME route. Adobe's instructions ask us to set up a CNAME record pointing testdomain.companyname.com to Adobe while ALSO setting up subdomains below that record pointing to Adobe via CNAME. According to our IT department, this is impossible in their DNS system. You can't have subdomains of a record that is itself a CNAME record. Only a zone record can have subdomains. Has anyone ever setup Campaign this way successfully?  If so, how did you get around this restriction? In the example below the CNAME record for 'testdomain.companyname.com.' is what we can't setup, due to it needing to be a zone record to setup the m1, t1, res1 and domainkey records below it.  Name Type Valuet1.testdomain.companyname.com.CNAMEt1.testdomain.companyname.com.cname.campaign.adobe.com.m1.testdomain.companyname.com.CNAMEm1.testdomain.companyna

We recently migrated to v8 from ACC v7. We have observed many times that when we create an email delivery the mirror page doesn't load when we try to view the same from the delivery object. However when we send out the email and click the mirror page in the email it loads properly. This is not consistent but works some time in delivery object. It looks like the mirror page is getting calculated incorrectly as I see always one mid-source URL (ex: m19) however in the email it is other one (ex: m20). When both are same (ie. m19) then it works in delivery object too.  How can this be corrected? Is there a way to assign right mid-source URL to the mirror page? Thanks in advance!
