Hey Gurus, Background: I have a site that creates leads in both Marketo and Salesforce, ended up creating leads in both system due to time criticality. The default sync between from Marketo to Salesforce is anytime between 2-15 mins. Question: I can use REST API to lookup LeadInfo from Marketo, is there a way I can populate the Salesforce Lead Id on to Marketo record and then release the sync to allow future sync to happen automatically. Hello All, Can we edit Custom Form in Request while Running an Approval Process? We have created several stages in the same form, attached an approval process from the beginning. Now, this does not allow to edit the custom form since it mention that approval process is running behind with the whole form. At present if we want to edit the custom form behind request, then needs to quit approval process. After this we have to start the approval process once again which is not required.   Appreciate any idea or suggestion in this regard.   Have a nice weekend! Best regards, Kundan.

Hi All,    Hope you all are good and doing great.    Looking for solution on query debugger to find component. We have one component named ab which is hidden component and consists of two different a.jsp and b.jsp respectively included in ab.jsp Either a.jsp or b.jsp visible according to condition mentioned in ab.jsp I am getting pages with query debugger but unable to find occurrence of which component (a or b) is present in it. Wondering whether anything changed recently in the durable unsubscribe process. I am working with an instance where several entities are migrating to Marketo and every time a migration happens we import the unsubscribed records that were collected in the legacy platforms into Marketo. As Marketo should also remember that unsubscribe status after the record was deleted based on the master unsubscribe list, we remove the newly created records from that unsubscribe list the next day, so the contacts database does not contain records we'll never do anything with. It used to be that when one of those email addresses enters Marketo again at a later stage, they would immediately be flagged as unsubscribed again based on the master record that was retained in the background. I am now testing this process and I don't see the immediate update to unsubscribed status happening. However, for some records I do see a durable unsubscribe activity being logged hours later. Has anyone seen this behaviou

Hi, Created a snowflake integration with classic and integration is working fine. We have tables and views in snowflake. When I try to Access the TABLES from snowflakes, the fields in snowflake tables are auto-populated in Campaign schema as <attribute/> . But when I try to access VIEWS of snowflake, We can see only <element/> and not the fields as attributes.   How to get the attribute auto-populated while creating schema using snowflake's VIEWS.   Regards,ParthaSarathy

Hello Everyone,   We are trying to identify users who have provided terms of service however have not provided marketing consent. So when the user logs in we are trying to enable a pop up mentioning "please provide your marketing consent". We are assimilating the web behaviour data via adobe analytics which provides us the information whether the user has logged in or not. PFB the screenshot of the event While we were able to successfully able to target these users who have not provided consent and still logged through edge segments. However when the notification is active even if the user logs out or the time span of the login event is more than 5 mins.     In the above screenshot we are trying to identify users :-  1.) Who have registered on client portal 2.) Logged in  3.) Timestamp is within 5 mins.     

Hi All,We are trying to update the data type of primary key from int to text for one of the custom schemas in AC. However, does this mean do we need to truncate the table to process this through or can we retain the data ?

Step 1: I have created Time-Series class named "weatherclass." Step 2: Created schema named "weatherschema" offcourse with class "weatherclass".  Step 3: "weatherschema" has primary identity as "zipcode"  Step 4: Created Record schema called "profile" with identify "personalEmail.address" Step 5: In "profile" schema, under "mailingaddress.postalcode" , when i am trying to establish "relationship" , between "profile" and "weatherschema" (which has Zipcode as primary identity").   i keep getting errors saying "select the profile which has primary identity in schema"  

Hi Folks,  We have recently deployed the package on our Author and Publish servers. I am receiving the response for the endpoint URL on Author but we are seeing the error when I hit the publish server end point URL via postman.  It's related to AEM Forms output service. Please look at the logs below. In Profile Store, data participate in profile stitching and become part of profile view & segmentation   In Streaming Ingestion via Experience Edge Framework(WebSDK, Edge Network, Data stream)... 1. Event Data lands in Profile Store 2. In Profile Store, data participate in profile stitching & become part of profile view. Also, data participate in real-time segmentation 3. Event data moves into Data lake as part of batch running every 15 min on profile store.   My question is regarding streaming ingestion, if event data is landing in profile store and participating in profile stitching & segmentation then what is use of enabling 'Profile' on datasets & schema? Hi, Is Real time customer profile really real time because when I try to ingest data into the respective dataset through direct event/API call it takes more time like max of 15min to ingest the data. Even enabling the dataset/schema to profile still this much latency. Is there anyway we can get the data into the dataset within real quick like <1 min to make it realtime?   Thanks in Advance!

AEM 6.5.11 AEM Guides v4.0.2.10   I have a Thai sentence inserted into my English source content because it needs to appear in the English PDF output. We do similar things with French, German, and Italian without any issues, but the Thai content renders in the PDF as a string of question marks (???????).   How do I get the Thai and any other non-Latin/Germanic characters to display? Is this a UTF-8 vs UTF-16 issue? AEM Guides is UTF-8 and our previous CCMS (SDL LiveContent Architect and XMetaL) was UTF-16 and allowed this.

I am once again coming to all of you to help me with the text mode for my task collection. I have a Project report and can successfully pull the task collection to show the name and planned completion date but whenever I attempt to also add the parent name I get an error. Hi, I'm exploring AEP space and going through the LUMA Store tutorial. During identity mapping phase between the schemas, I'm not able to connect the dots on how Web Events schema use identity namespace to connect with CRM id that is passed from client side along with ECID? I understand the identity mapping between others schema that we define manually on schema level. For clear understanding, I've this diagram... Just wanted to know, what actually happens behind the scene to connect Web Events data with CRM Schema since we are not defining the identity namespace between those?
