Trying to call rest API of aem on publish via webserver. Not working in AEM 6.5  

How does it work with Live Copy Pages with DAM Assets?I have a language master en, and I have 2 language copies en-gb and es-ar. For content, when I configure a component with a page path of /content/my-site/en/about, the live copy rollout engine magically updates the paths toen-gb ->/content/my-site/en-gb/about es-ar ->/content/my-site/es-ar/about   Page content path works well.   ==================   Now for the questionHow about AEM Assets.. when I configure a component, pointing it to an asset path, when does the path's not change. For example, in the /content/my-site/en/about page, I will configure /content/dam/my-site/en/about/ricky.jpg... when I roll out the page, when does this DAM asset not change to /content/dam/my-site/en-gb/about/ricky.jpg or /content/dam/my-site/es-ar/about/ricky.jpgPlease let me know.

Hello all, I'm facing a weird issue as follows: In the database and after querying a list I have a column that contains a specific date in a regular format I'm manipulating the data with this JS code: var lastDate = formatDate(targetData.LastFillDate,"%2M/%2D/%2Y"); So, after sending proofs I can see the date was modified showing one day less, like: So, have you faced this issue, and do you know how to resolve it? Our organization has 3 languages, en-gb, es-ar, fr-fr.We typically use en-gb DAM asset's, populated with the metadescriptions, and display the "img alt tags" using sightly. How can we actually get a translated version of the DAM Asset?Let's work with /content/dam/my-site/en/about.jpgHow can I get this DAM Asset to be multi-lingual.... all the metadata for this image is english. We need to translate it to spanish and french.would I create 2 duplicated assets in the dam?/content/dam/my-site/fr-fr/about.jpg /content/dam/my-site/es-ar/about.jpg

Hi all,   Does anyone have experience using Javascript to auto-format a phone number while someone types it? I know you can use "mask input" to request a specific format, but I'm more interested in having Javascript do this for the user automatically as they type. I find this to be a pretty slick user experience.   I found this article in Stack Overflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65240236/autoformat-input-field   I'm not sure if this is possible using Marketo forms or not. We have a customer with 3 languages. We use Live Copies to manage page roll-out and translations. But images are stuck... when we set an image to /content/dam/my-site/about.jpeg, the image is sticking to the translated pages.Actually, What is the best strategy for DAM Assets Multi-Lingual?

While uploading assets in aem as a cloud," dc: forma" t property is not getting created for certain type of assets (like .sketch, .oft. .ase, .plist). I have set the value of  "cq.dam.detect.asset.mime.from.content" to true in osgi configurations and it's pulling the file type on my local AEM as a cloud SDK but not on cloud. Hello,   I have come across where we have cronjob with OSGI configurations written for the cron expression. https://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/scheduler-service-commons-scheduler.html#scheduling-with-a-cron-expression-1   Instead of getting the time stamp from OSGI , I would want to get the time stamp stored  under /content/abc node property.   How could this be achieved that cronjob can trigger based on the time stamp stored under /content/abc   Could some one please provide inputs as how could this be done   Regards, Srinivas

Our system was originally set up to facilitate marketing requests, and not to facilitate the needs of other departments (yet).   One of our Art Director managing a program here at my company, is interested in updating the current custom form in our system for her program. She would like anyone in the services and sales side of the house to submit this ticket into our system. However, those 350+ individuals are not in the system, and it could potentially be a large undertaking to coordinate with our IT department.   If we are unable to get this form to people outside of Marketing without uploading all the users into the system, then the Art Director is proposing we create an MS Forms that is submitted, then someone in our marketing department will have to enter it into Workfront.   We would rather not do that if possible. So I did some digging.   I noticed in our System Set up that we have the SSO option for Auto-Provision Users clicked as active. What does that mean

Hi,   We had an implementation glitch where the page name dimension only captured part of the path.   After some reserach realized another dimension captured the hit correctly.   have created a hit level combined dimension - but now the average time per visit metric is very different.    Question can we use a non page dimension to get  at Time spent per visit metric.   Thoughts   Thx SM_AP1

Hi,   When sending a delivery using a population from a file I select the "External file()" option in the Target mapping box: and the tracking runs normally:     but when I select the "Recipients (nms:recipient)" option, the tracking fails, does not tracking anything:   by the way, for the "Recipients (nms:recipient)" option, in the Next windows Format of the file I select "Email (@email)" option in the Destination path: and click Finish and Ok, if I go back to see the configuration saved, this option is missing:   I want to know why this happens, and how to fix it.   Thanks.

Hi All,  we have a prop in adobe analytics in which we save the value of the serverside timestamp. We'd like to overwrite the value of the prod with the our local timestamp (not from the code but in adobe analytics). We have tried to do it in different ways (processing rules, changing the settings of the RS) but we can not figures it out. Do you have any suggestion?  Thanks, F
