While uploading assets in aem as a cloud," dc: forma" t property is not getting created for certain type of assets (like .sketch, .oft. .ase, .plist). I have set the value of  "cq.dam.detect.asset.mime.from.content" to true in osgi configurations and it's pulling the file type on my local AEM as a cloud SDK but not on cloud. Hello,   I have come across where we have cronjob with OSGI configurations written for the cron expression. https://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/scheduler-service-commons-scheduler.html#scheduling-with-a-cron-expression-1   Instead of getting the time stamp from OSGI , I would want to get the time stamp stored  under /content/abc node property.   How could this be achieved that cronjob can trigger based on the time stamp stored under /content/abc   Could some one please provide inputs as how could this be done   Regards, Srinivas

Our system was originally set up to facilitate marketing requests, and not to facilitate the needs of other departments (yet).   One of our Art Director managing a program here at my company, is interested in updating the current custom form in our system for her program. She would like anyone in the services and sales side of the house to submit this ticket into our system. However, those 350+ individuals are not in the system, and it could potentially be a large undertaking to coordinate with our IT department.   If we are unable to get this form to people outside of Marketing without uploading all the users into the system, then the Art Director is proposing we create an MS Forms that is submitted, then someone in our marketing department will have to enter it into Workfront.   We would rather not do that if possible. I've created a request queue project for a group of users. They would like for an additional email address to also receive the notifications when someone submits a request to the queue.   Is there a way to link the email address to the queue?

Hi,   We had an implementation glitch where the page name dimension only captured part of the path.   After some reserach realized another dimension captured the hit correctly.   have created a hit level combined dimension - but now the average time per visit metric is very different.    Question can we use a non page dimension to get  at Time spent per visit metric.   Thoughts   Thx SM_AP1

Hi,   When sending a delivery using a population from a file I select the "External file()" option in the Target mapping box: and the tracking runs normally:     but when I select the "Recipients (nms:recipient)" option, the tracking fails, does not tracking anything:   by the way, for the "Recipients (nms:recipient)" option, in the Next windows Format of the file I select "Email (@email)" option in the Destination path: and click Finish and Ok, if I go back to see the configuration saved, this option is missing:   I want to know why this happens, and how to fix it.   Thanks.

Hi All,  we have a prop in adobe analytics in which we save the value of the serverside timestamp. We'd like to overwrite the value of the prod with the our local timestamp (not from the code but in adobe analytics). We have tried to do it in different ways (processing rules, changing the settings of the RS) but we can not figures it out. Do you have any suggestion?  Thanks, F

Hi all, We would like to send an email (service email) to a list of emails using the list (upload a list, attach it and send the email) but the email does not fire and neither does the proof. Would you happen to know why? Not sure how much details you need but none of the emails are in our recipients as this is a very ad hoc campaign for a service email. should we change the from sender email address? remove the typology? I'm going through an upgrade from 6.3 to the latest 6.5.  In the code there are lines to get a reference to the XssApi:import org.apache.sling.xss.XSSAPI;this.xssAPI = this.resource.getResourceResolver().adaptTo(XSSAPI.class);The problem is... xssAPI is "null".  I've tried referencing it as well with no luck:@Referenceprivate XSSAPI xssAPI;Has anyone else come across this issue?

Hi All,   We have a workflow, which fetches data from an external database, and in the workflow we enrich it with the recipients, to get further information about the contacts.   We finally send the email to contacts, using the recurring delivery. The recurring delivery contains some dynamic content which is based on the data coming from external database and few personalization from Recipients data.   The external table contains all live contacts, and before starting the campaign, we need to test the delivery. If we add a proof the mail goes to both main contact and proof ( substitution way ). We can fully test the delivery alone, as the external table details required in the mail will not execute.   Can you please suggest a better alternative to test the recurring delivery   Regards, DG     

Hi Team, I've a main flow from where an another workflow(same campaign) is called using subworkflow activity. I'm getting error when the subworkflow is being executed. Error is getting on it's first execution,works fine from second execution mostly. Also, campaign is created using campaign template which has all these activities and subworkflow activity is modified in campaign. I want to see the last viewed page of a specific section.    For example, the last product page that a visitor viewed (the yellow one) or what product page will make people jump out of the product-related pages but go to other pages?  (The yellow one and the green one)   Hope I expressed my question clearly.  

Can AEM to receive files via FTP (preferably SFTP), so we could use FTP to upload files to AEM DAM folder?

I want to send AEM Inbox notifications in my custom AEM workflow. Basically I want to send just a notification if the workflow is rejected in the participant step. I read that TaskManager sends the notification but it is the kind of action that is needed but for me I don't need any action,  just need to be informed that the workflow has been refused.    Is there an API that can help with this?

as above.   I think there's not much need to worry about frontend. it's the backend that I'm more concerned with.   I searched the net and came across 1 discussion where the only thing that needs to be changed is upgrading (using a newer version that's been compiled or arm) a mvn "plugin".   Thank you!

Is it possible to assign multiple enum values to one label? We have various spellings of the same value (ex. vp-level, VP-level, VP-Level) across our data but I would like to display only one version (ex. VP-Level) in the attribute drop-down list. I tried to do this by adding all the enum values and pointing duplicates to the same label but I end up with an equally long drop-down. My goal is to have a clean and condensed drop-down list without missing any contacts due to discrepancies in spelling. Is there another way to achieve this?    

Is there a way to set up a form with information already filled in for a reoccurring request?

Has anyone run into the issue when embedding a form on Drupal7, that the form appears without the custom CSS, and it is duplicated on the page?  If so, what was the fix?
