Hi, As part of migrating from 6.3 to 6.5, I have restructured the workflow and the path is now changed from /etc/workflow/models --> /conf/global/settings/workflow/models. After doing this change, I removed the old path from repository and noticed that the workflow option under create menu in sites.html is missing. Now I am unable to trigger the workflow from sites.html.     It is showing up if I am retaining the old path's folder structure. The workflows are working fine after the restructure. Is it expected behavior since we have removed the old path? Is there any way to fix the issue?

Hello everyone,   I'm trying to use the bulk lead import endpoint to update leads. I've experimented with Zapier also n8n for this purpose because of the tricksyness of multipart/form-data. I use Zapier with the files endpoint to create CSVs in the Design Studio with no issues so I thought it would work for this purpose also.   I get a 1006 error back saying "Header field 'email' not found". Just in case I was supposed to use SOAP I also tried "Email" in the file but same message. Obviously email is a field that exists in Marketo so does anyone know what is happening or have a better method? I know I must be misunderstanding how form data works so even if someone could explain the difference between the files endpoint and bulk lead endpoint and why one works with ipaas and the other doesn't that would be a huge help.   This is what I'm sending with an example file:Webhook.site - Test, process and transform emails and HTTP requests   Thanks in advance, guys.  

It would be great if you could add/paste images to the "update" commentary. Like we can on this forum or in zoom chat and email. eg   As I often just want to highlight a small section of a job within my comments rather than having my colleagues trawl through the documents folder for the reference to my comment. I know you can comment on an uploaded document but it is good to be able to do it within the update conversation thread.Please tell me this function is available and I just have to turn a button on... if not can this please go on the new features request list.

Hello -- Anything we place inside the <draft-comment> element is appearing in our PDF output. I thought if I changed the document state of the topic from “Draft” to “Approved” or “Done” in Assets this would prevent the <draft-comment> from appearing in the published output.   Unfortunately, that did not work, and the <draft-comment> appeared in the published output after I changed the document state of the topic to “Approved” or “Done”.   How can this be resolved?

Hello Campaign Community,   We had to update our Analytics Data Connect for Campaign Classic due to it deprecating by 8/17/2022.  We were successful in the update and with talking to an Adobe Consultant we also created a new Web Analytics in our External Accounts.  We just recently started to gather Analytics data again but the WF Recovery of Web Events just recently failed once and this is a snippet of the errors in the logs.   After it was restarted it is now throwing this error 3 times every hour it runs:     I will also mention looking into the logs I'm seeing that this WF is calling the newly created Web Analytics External Account as well as our previous version (which both are enabled at the moment).  Is it possible that after "Bad Request" when it states in the logs that the report is not ready for one of the tagged segments that there is no Data available or the External Account is not configured properly?  Is there any other possible n

Hi, I am attempting to set up a test activity on our navigation component. This means I want the test to apply sitewide (on all pages). I have implemented a template rule "OR any page where domain contains" with the main part of our website URL, however the activity is still only appearing on one page of our site. Has anyone experienced this issue or could help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? Thanks, Alex

Hi everyoneI'm looking for a way to access assets from the DM server using full path.   For example, currently I can access an image like: https://{host-name}/is/image/{company-name}/image   In crx/de this asset is in the following path: /content/dam/brand/images. I can see the full path in the metadata properties of this asset, it is stored in dam:scene7Folder and it contains the following url {company-name}/brand/images/.   Is there any way to access an asset using url like this? https://{host-name}/is/image/{company-name}/brand/images/image If it's related to the DM server configuration, please let me know. Hi,   I am facing an issue where sometimes session id is empty in Target delivery call from Adobe Launch. When i clear my cookies, it starts working fine and then back to sending empty session id again after some time. I have tried looking for a solution but nothing works. Has anyone faced this issue before?How can i make sure session id is always sent in target delivery call?   Target Extension 2 is used from Adobe Launch for this.   Regards, Nitish

In Adobe as cloud Services, we are unable to see the project folder for editing templates using the following URL: https://author-pXXXXX-eXXXXXX.adobeaemcloud.com/libs/wcm/core/content/sites/templates.html/conf   As per the below support article, it seems that the issue is probably due to some Lucene indexes.  https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/folders-not-visible-on-templates-page-at-libs-wcm-core-content/td-p/280099 So, we tried the solution suggested in this article and set reindex -> true in cqPageLucene & similar custom indexes.  We are able to reproduce the issue in all adobe cloud environments as well as local. Please find the screenshot below:     It is observed that the folder is available in CRX and we are able to navigate to the templates by changing the URL. Templates Parent Path: /conf/XXXXXXXXXX/settings/wcm/templates   Please help me to fix it.   Thanks   @arunpatidar @kautuk

I have been working on a POC for  smart tagging, and the use case is – Create a training model for group of images for two scenarios – Tag the training images having a head shots of a person Tag the training images having a company logo Upload test images for both the scenarios with – Images of same person and few with different person head shots Image of same person in a group pic Images of same company logo and few other company logos   For both the scenarios, it’s not able to recognize the correct person or logo to apply the respective tag. Is the face recognition not supported by adobe sensei ? is there any limitation here?   Appreciate your help on this !   Thanks

Hi All, I have MSM Site wherein I deleted the livecopy of /content/cl-ma-sp/local-fleet/page1 and performed rollout for the same page from master /content/languagemaster/en/local-fleet/page1 after rolling out the page isnt creating as livecopy under /content/cl-ma-sp/local-fleet the Livecopy has a Jcr:content node property jcr:mixinType=cq:LiveRelationship Can anyone please help me to fix this issue.   Thanks, Vani.

Hello all. I am having a similar issue that others have had regarding capturing referral URL on form submit. We've read a bunch of other threads about this topic and we can't figure out exactly how to apply those instructions to our special circumstance.    We have a custom Wordpress site and we are moving from ContactForm7 to Marketo Forms. Current ContactForm7 captures full referrer URL and includes it in the email alert to sales, which is super helpful information.   The behavior I want: 1) User clicks on a product page, then clicks the "request info" button. 2) We want to pass that product page URL to the WordPress landing page with the new Marketo form embedded on it. 3) User submits the form and the URL from the product page gets passed to our unique custom field (Form URL) we created to capture the URL.  4) Email alert uses the custom field (Form URL).    Questions:  1) What type of field should the URL field be? String or URL?  2) Ot

I've pretty much wrapped my head around ExperienceEvents and how to use them to add data to Datasets. But I'm having trouble understanding IndividualProfiles. So far, I've been able to create XDM Individual Profile schemas and (I think) I've setup Merge Policies correctly. However, I don't understand how new data can get added to these Individual Profiles. For example: on a lead generation website, I track ExperienceEvents when the user submits a lead form. The ExperienceEvent schema contains the user's ID, SHA-256 hashed email, phone number, product information, and some other details. The ExperienceEvent schema is Profile-enabled. The SHA-256 hashed email is linked to the "Emails (SHA256, lowercased)" Identity, and the phone number is linked to the "Phone" Identity. (You can assume that all submitted leads always have this hashed email.) I think that the user's AEP Profile will be updated with the submitted hashed email and phone number (i.e. always updated with the latest info)

While troubleshooting an issue , we noticed that having the page name in this property cq:excludedPaths is preventing the livecopy from being created .. And we have too many nodes to validate to make sure that this property cq:excludedPaths is not existing for that node  . Is there any easier to indicate that this property  cq:excludedPaths shouldnt be taken into consideration while performing the live copy?

Hi All,    I am having an issue getting the form submission date/time to show in the correct timezone. I am trying to upgrade acs commons from 5.0.6 to 5.3.4, Below are the pom.xml changes.       But, getting below error and it is not downloading the new version dependency. I have one requirement to get the bearer token which will be utilized by react in AEM using GraphQL. How can I achieve that if have any example would help alot? Cant understand much from Adobe Documentation.      

Dear Community,   Recently we have faced an issue with the replication agent for one of our publish instances, the queue was blocked making the authoring instance slow. we had disabled the agent and then re-enabled it when the pub instance is back. Now that the queue is gone and during the downtime, the replications didn't happen to this instance, how do we make sure that the pub instance is in sync now?   Thank you.

Hi all we are quite new in Adobe Experience Platform, in particular in the adoption of AJO.   We are designing a data Schema, that is enabled to partecipate in the Real Time Customer Profile acquistition and therefore partecipated in the main Union Schema: we have added a custom fieldset but now we need to rearrange these fields, some has to be removed, some added. But when we try to remove a field, both via API or UI, we got an error: the fields cannot be removed as the are part of the union schema.   Is there a way to clean the data model removing such unnecessary fields or we are forced to keep them?   Many thanks.   Fabio

Hi,   We have been using custom AEM components in Adaptive Form Fragments. But since we are moving to AEM Cloud we do not have an option to add custom Components to Form Fragment.    Form Fragment is created with cq:template:/libs/fd/af/templateForFragment/defaultFragmentTemplate.  'defaultFragmentTemplate' is defined as granite:finalArea.    Is there a way I can tell the product to create Form Fragment using a custom template (For ex : /apps/fd/af/templateForFragment/defaultFragmentTemplate).    @kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar @sachin_arora_ @debal_das    Can you kindly assist here   Thank you.

Does anybody have a workaround for the 100 character limit for the PageName when it is in a report? I am using the FreeForm table. I have URLs that are close to 150-200 characters. Thanks M
