Hi all,   I am new to Adobe Experience Platform Launch. I am trying to integrated adobe analytics with AEM as a Cloud Service, for which I am creating a tag property in Data Collection ( Adobe Experience Platform Launch)   But, the Add New Property button in the Adobe Experience Platform Launch window is disabled. So, I want to know what permissions do I need to create new tag property?   Thanks in advance, Janhavi

Hello team,   AEM : 6.5.12   Requirement: We need to display offers  on the page and these data would be fetched from external APIs.   We plan to store APIs response in any node in CRX in Author and then replicate to publish, so that in End site, we don't make API call at run time, instead we read data stored in AEM and simply display on the Page.   Question: What should be ideal location to store such node/data and specific format?   Regards, KTNR

Hi everyone,  We are creating a user Journey through Adobe target, which relies on the visitor's experience. So In essence, if the visitor saw Exp B for a certain activity, he/she should only see Exp B for other activities. We are trying to do this through Profile scripts however I do not see Activity.name or ID as available tokens for profile scripts, This information is available in response tokens however I am not sure if this can be passed as profile parameters to be used later.  Any ideas or pointers on this would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Hi,I am trying to make a remote call with HttpClientRequest to reach a Web Service. I can see that the http request is made (both POST or GET seems to work ok ), but I am finding some troubles to:- Get the content of the response itself that is returned from the server. I can not even find the response headers.- Also, I don't know how to deal with http Basic authentication. Should I set some particular headers?Do you know of any reference or some help that I can use to !work out both topics below?Thanks very much in advanceGuillermo

Hello, We are doing a JS where a HttpClientRequest is used for pushing a request to another 3rd party REST API. In this request we are setting the header Content-type to application/json with charset=utf-8. However, the 3rd party that is receiving the request is not receiving it with UTF-8 encoding but in another encoding (windows-1252). Question: is there another setting other than the HttpClientRequest header that might change the encoding of a request done from ACC to another API?

Hello everyone, I am in an Adobe Target project with a private website, which requires a previous log in to access the content.   When I try to create an A/B test by entering any url of this website, only the login page is loaded, how can I skip this log in page and load in the Visual Experience Composer (VEC) the page where I want to perform the A/B test?   Any comments would be a great help, 🙂    Thank you very much.  

I have installed the 'Common Analytics Plugins Extension'Created a Rule - Initialize Plugin'sand another Rule - Initialize Time Pluginand in-browser console I am getting the function definitions as well.This always returning the NEW instead of repeat. but in the Cookies section - the gpv_pn cookie is not getting added, so based on this the previous page name not getting added. Once it will be drop, then with the help of the below code, will track the data.  s.prop9 = s.getPreviousValue(s.pageName,'gpv_pn'); s.linkTrackVars = "prop9";   Tried the Alternative approach as well.Created one Common Plugin Rule and disabled the above two rules -   then added the required things  getting the same result in the console as well, but the gpv_pn cookie not dropping on the pagePlease let me know if I missed something. Thanks in advance.      

Hello, I have rendered images from Dynamic Media on my AEM website instead of DAM. I can see Dynamic Media helping me to render small size image with same resolution on my website .   Can some one please help me understand what all point need to check/measure page performance apart from image size (if image is getting render from DM)?    Note: I used approx. 20 same images for different pages where one page is getting images from Dynamic Media and another one from DAM, but not seeing significant difference in page load time.  

Description:The msm_moved Nodes are getting created when the LiveCopy is renamed using Move Operation.Then Rollout the same Page from Language Master and we will found the msm_moved Nodes are getting created under the Page JCR Nodes.   Steps to Reproduce the Issue:1.Rename a page (X) in live copy using the move function & that page gets renamed to (X_new).2. Now Rollout that Page from master copy (X) to the live copy (X_new) the msm moved nodes are getting created under (X_new).Can you please advise if this is expected behaviour or product issue.

I created a custom component on WKND SPA React - Content. new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(<inputStremObject>, StandardCharsets.UTF_8)) I have mocked InputStream, InputStreamReader and BufferedReader and I'm fetching a JSON file asset. <bufferedReaderObject>.readLine() throws IOException (error msg: Underlying input stream returned zero bytes) in my test file. How do I handle this JUnit scenario?

We utilized the Experience fragment as the primary navigation (header navigation), and it contains a number of flyouts. We used sly data-sly-resource="$@path=xffragmentpath, selectors='content', wcmmode='disabled'">/sly> to render the flyout on the page. As shown in publish mode, the page takes a long time to load.And we determined that the problem is caused solely by data-sly-resource. The page has a lot of child pages; yet, if we do the same thing on a page with no child pages, it works properly. Please advise any solutions to help me increase the performance of my site.

0KB HTML files created on Webserver IIS 10. some of static HTML files on the webserver IIS 10 gets created when hit via domain. I have to locally delete them from web server and hit the path locally to recreate them. Kindly help me with issue

Is it good to take AWS Snapshot backup for AEM Author instance for backup process, as we will get OS backup and repository backup also even when AEM is running?

Is there a way to read AAM UUID in a webSDK implementation? The 3rd party cookie is not readable using Adobe Launch. Client doesn't have the experience cloud extension enabled along with the webSDK. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

Hi Workfront community!   I'm building a report that lists all our Dashboards, and I just wanted to list which Reports are on them for each row in the table. Is that even possible? I tried finding something that might sound like a collection of Reports in the API Explorer, but I don't see anything that seems to be it. Do you either 1) know what text mode to use to list reports on dashboard, or 2) how do you go about keeping track of what's in your Dashboards for instance cleanup?   Thanks  😀, Laurence

We are looking for a way to have our emails certified for legal purposes. Does anyone have a solution while using ACS?   We have looked at a few vendors, and they don't think they can't connect with ACS.    Any help will be appreciated.
