お世話になります。 資料ダウンロード、Webinar受付などのフォーム入力後にThankyouメールが バウンスされた際に皆様はどう対応されていますでしょうか？   弊社では明らかな誤入力の場合は正しいと推測したアドレスに送信したり 入力された電話番号に架電してアドレスを個別に確認しています。   最近Marketoのプログラム作成について見直しており 可能な限り負荷を減らす方向になっているのですがバウンスされたThankyouメールへの対応について 参考にお聞かせいただけると幸いです。 （都度アドレスを調べて対応、顧客からアクションがあるまで放置する等）   よろしくお願いいたします。

My robots.txt file is added to content/dam and I have added rewrite rules for the same in my dispatcher. I have update the robots.txt path in Content Disposition under exclude path. Yet, the the robots file gets downloaded instead of showing in browser.    In disposition config: if i add entire path tille robots.txt, it fails to load on browser. If i add /content/dam*:text/plan, it works. But the above will block all text type file. So i made change in dispatcher rewrite rule file: <LocationMatch "/content/dam/site/robots.txt">ForceType text/plainHeader set Content-Disposition inline</LocationMatch>

Hoping someone might be able to help me 😊   I sent an email out recently, with 3 different content modules. Unfortunately, instead of sharing 3 different links (1 individual for each piece of content), I incorrectly shared the same link twice across two pieces of content. Both content # 2 and content # 3 had the same URL.    Now when I'm looking at the email link performance, I'm unable to tell the links apart, and whether it was actually content # 2 or content # 3 people people clicked on. Does anyone have any other recommendations for further tracking links against modules?    Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Hannah 

Hi guys, We are running a campaign where it requires us to update a Dynamics field in Marketo, but this field is currently blocked from updates in the field management (all possible options are blocked due to security reasons). Just curious, is there a way or a walkaround for us to temporarily unblock this field just for a specific campaign? Currently, we can block or unblock a field only based on which source the data comes from, and this applies to the whole instance. Many thanks! Wayne 

We have a few ungated assets that we don't want to put a gate in front of but we would like to have visibility into who interacted with them / how many times a known visitor interacted with them. These assets will be linked to from a regular marketing web page as a CTA. Ex: Known visitor comes to the site > Sees a solution that interests them and visits the page > On that page they see a CTA that they click. Behind that click is a Marketo hosted PDF Asset.This will be different assets on different pages.How do we account for/attribute which asset they interacted with/clicked on link to get? How do we report on the sum of these events?Thank you 🙂 

Hi,I am wondering if it is possible to call a local variable created within a workflow inside a script to create a condition. I know that a script can reference an attribute from a data schema and recognize its value, which you can use to create a condition, but am not sure if the workflow will function the same if it was a local variable that was created under its properties. 

Hi All,   I am using the assets API to return a list of Content Fragments. If this is called while someone has started to create a CF but hasn't saved it, the API returns the partial CF (e.g. an empty shell).   There is no saved date on the CF on the API so does anyone have any suggestions on how to overcome this please?   Thanks.

Hi, I'm using A4T and i've seen that the report uses Activity Conversion "Same touch". But when I compared it with the metric Activity Conversion only, there is some difference between the numbers. I would like to know what is the difference between the 2 metrics. Thanks a lot

Hi,We have a smart campaign, "test send to instance", that is triggered based on fill out form = test_form. Under the flow tab, we added Call webhook where webhook = "webhook_send". Under the schedule tab, campaign status is active and Run each leave through the campaign flow = every time. The goal is to send data from one Marketo instance (foo_instance) to another one (bar_destination) through the webhook_send securely after the form has been submitted. We were able to load test_form onto a web page and are able to see the data come into foo_instance successfully and when we view the Activity Log we can see the webhook_send being triggered with no errors. However, when we go to bar_destination instance, we do not see the lead created or updated. How would we use the webhook to send data from foo_instance to bar_destination?Webhook:Template does include the following:firstNamelastNameemailmunchkinId (from bar_destination)formId (from bar_destination)

I send email with many links in: for example then I create report Email Link Performance and in report it is look like some of links have the same domain but different utm parameters in it and in report they are separated (as unique link)   (in real case we use some person id when sending utm so for each person there will be unique link and reports contain many links in)But we need in report to see only one line with let it name domain (with any utm parameters in) and how many click was done under that domain - not each unique link for that domain [I need to join/aggregate/group all links by their domain - no matter which utm parameters they have]I don't found any grouping links ability in reportThe only one thought that come to my mind is to separate report and in filter for each reports use something like - email clicked links url contain 'domainName' - so report will show only clicks for such 'domainName' links But that will be separated reports for each domain (bad decision

Hello everyone !I have implemented new bucketed dimension using Traffic Variable Classification. In most cases it works perfect, but some values get into 'Unspecified' in new classified dimension, while I expect them to get in the another value. It isn't a problem with the regular expressions because the same value like '1' can be in the '1 - 10' item and in the Unspecified.Maybe there are any limits on the count of values in the prop, I have near 8-10 millions Occurances per day.Please write if you have any ideas on the reasons of that.

Hi Developers/Engineers,   I have a question regarding uploading a PDF document and identifying it to see if it is a Static or Dynamic PDF file. I saw a similar old question below, but is there a different way of handling this use case?  Solved: Identify if the form is of type Static PDF Form or... - Adobe Experience League Community - 156266 How can this be done in JAVA or JS. The code already exists to upload the PDF form to the file system, but how can the PDF form properties be read to identify if it is static or Dynamic. When PDF form is opened in the Designer 6.5's File | Form Properties | Server, the 'Default PDF Render Format' shows if the PDF is Dynamic XML Form or Static Form. Good afternoon,   Can you help me with this need: I have to schedule a flow to run, for example, 5 days after the first delivery that is in an initial workflow has been sent. My idea is to put a scheduler that runs every day and then a condition to validate the eventdate of the first workflow if it occurred 5 days ago in order to send the second workflow.   Cheers

I am trying to pull a report that is pulling data for the "Past Year". The filters are currently Entry Date Between $$TODAY-1y and $$TODAY but am hoping to have the "$$TODAY-1y" start at the beginning of the month vs. exactly 1 year from today so that we can compare total numbers between August 2022 and August 2021. But it gives me syntax error.   Query : Select * from my_dataset Error : [Code: 0, SQL State: 42601] ERROR: line 1:28: mismatched input ',' expecting {<EOF>, '.', '[', 'AT', '+', '-', '*', '/', '%', '||', '::', '^'} Query Service log :    To check this issue, I've integrated query service with HeidiSQL client and executed the same query successfully. a) We are having a Page with the name Sigmab) Created a new page B with the alias name as sigma(same as page A).c) We are activating the new Page (Page B) which is having an alias name Sigma.d) Then we have deactivated page A.e) When we access page B through the dispatcher using the alias 'sigma' we get a 404 error.f) We cleared the dispatcher cache and tried resulting in the same issue.g) We tried accessing the page in the publisher directly and faced the same issue. Also couldn't find any errors in the logs.Secondly, Whenever we are activating the Alias Page then at the time Original page is also getting activated.

Hi! Im currently working on a workflow where we will start importing a new file in the database. But Im having a issue when loading the data. It adds "," on the int64 column. How it looks like in the file:   How it looks like when loading it to adobe campaign application. And this is the settings for it:   What do I need to do to remove the "," from the data? Hi There,I'm looking for solution that how to integrate Adobe Campaign standard to multiple Adobe Analytics report suites using custom Share KPI with Adobe Analytics external accounts in ACS.Actually, we have 2 separate report suite in AA and wanted to send ACS Campaign KPI to specific report suites in AA. So, we have created 2 separate Share KPI with Adobe Analytics external accounts from OOTB Share KPI with Adobe Analytics(shareKPI) external account and assigned report suite to each account. But, both the custom Share KPI with Adobe Analytics external accounts are not working and only OOTB Share KPI with Adobe Analytics(shareKPI) external account is working. So, anyone has a solution on this, please share or guide here.Thanks,Sachin C

If I create a field exclusive to the Contact object in SFDC, will it still sync to Marketo? Or do we need the field set up on the Lead object as well?
