I'm building a program in Marketo so that when someone completes a "Goal" in the Dynamic Chat flow, they receive email A for Goal A and email B for Goal B, for example. However, the trigger in my program is not pulling the Goal Names from my Dynamic Chat for me to pick from the drop down. Do I have to publish my dynamic chat? How does my Marketo Instance recognize and pull over the goals that have been created in my Dynamic Chat?

Hello, I am a brand new marketo user and have been learning the interface over the past few days.I have run into an issue that does not appear to have an beginner-friendly solution so I wanted to put out a post and see if there have been any updated solutions. I am trying to figure out how to delete content blocks in a pre-made email template. I can delete a top-level block, such as a text or image block, but I cannot delete or even move around any blocks that are nested within a top level block, for example a 2-column block does not allow me to delete or move the blocks within the two columns.   The only possible solutions I have found so far are from 2016 and involve changing the HTML code of the block I want to delete to prevent it from appearing, but I have very little experience with coding and there are no video tutorials showing how to do this from what I can find online, so I wanted to see if there have been any other solutions found for this issue. Any help is appreciated

Hi there -- I'm trying to query the Adobe Analytics API, but I'm unsure that we have the right permissions in place. I've received confirmation that our account has "Web service access" enabled -- however, Adobe Analytics does not appear as an option when I try to "create a project" on API via Adobe I/O. As a result, I'm blocked from actually trying out the API in that environment. Are there any other permissions I need to request from the Admin? Do I need to have some sort of Developer Access in place in addition to "Web service access"? Is it possible to have one without the other? Any guidance would be a big help -- thanks

I have added only 2 users into CUG on myfolder. Logically only 2 users should to access myfolder. But By using admin credentials I am able to access the myfolder. Why this so? Which ACL privilege makes admin to access all content?

Whenever the rte field of content fragment is configured it appends.html to links.Since the resource type is dam/cfm/admin/components/authoring/contenteditor/multieditor , not sure where I should add the htmlrule node?Also if there is any alternate please suggest

I am developing a XFA form that includes signatures and I get the following error message. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I have setup CNAME records that are working as intended that have my custom subdomain set on the trackingServerSecure variable. However, I have set the marketingCloudServerSecure variable to the ssl.sc.omtrdc.net  url and am getting a certificate error on that request. Are the values of the two server variables supposed to be the same value?    

In LiveCycle, we were able to use xPath to add custom text within the "instruction" of a User assignment - like this {$ /process_data/@id $} - Here is an example in LiveCycle   In AEM, is there a method to inject variable information in the Description field of a task?   The use case is simple . . . a user might have 100 tasks from the same workflow but, they need to prioritize their work by look at meta-data such as part number or something else.  Currently in AEM, they would be required to open each task to look at the meta data.  How would we accomplish this in AEM Task assignments?   Thanks,

Hi Adobe Target community! We currently bumped into the scenario where we would like to target content for a user, based on a value selection from a form dropdown of a page, for example the user can pick if he prefer dogs, cats or birds as a persona favorite pet, and drive the content of the page based on the value of this selection. I researched the Profile Scripts as an approach, which consists in sending the value to Adobe Target user's tntId and then reading that value from a Profile Script, and then creating an Audience that would match this value. So we would have an Audience for Dogs, another for Cats and another for Birds and target the content based on this events. However I found that there is a delay of about 5 - 10 minutes for the value that the user selected in the page, to reach to Adobe Target, meaning that when the user submits their favorite pet, they won't see their pet targeted content inmediatly, but only after 5 - 10 minutes after the user navigates throu

The banner disappears as soon as the visitor clicks on it or buy a product, otherwise the banner is visible for 30 days. I do not think it is possible b/c you would have to jump too many levels, but I wanted to check with the community before I rule it out. We want to have a link in a task report column back to a project level document. If you use the documents collection, it points to the task level document. If you use the projects collection, you are still a level removed from the project documents. Any fancy ideas on how to make this work? I have created an A/B activity with an audience split of exp A-B: 0-100% and made the A/B activity Live. Then I visited the page and I'm falling on exp-B. Now I've changed the audience split to exp A-B: 100-0% and I've visited the page but still, I'm falling on exp-B instead of exp-A(But new visitors who never experienced this activity are failing on exp-A). What is the Technical reason for not reflecting the changed traffic allocation in the middle of ongoing Live activities(A/B) in Target?

hello community   I have been doing deployments since I upgraded from aem 6.4 to 6.5, in dev environment and prod it deploys without problems, however, every time it is deployed in stage it consumes 5gb of the machine's hard drive. What could be causing this, has anyone experienced something similar? Before, deployment was not done through the cloud manager, it was done manually.

Is anyone else having performance issues with the web-based XML Editor? After several hours of work, the editor is now timing out and is reacting too slow to use. Is there a setting somewhere in Edge that I'm missing?

I have a nurture request. The nurture will consist of 4 emails, each with a remail to non openers. The remails use same content with different preheader and SL.  There will be an email every week and if lead don't open an email then they get a remail 3 business days later and the next email gets delayed accordingly. Any thoughts on how to develop is much appreciated.

Hello Community - I have several tabs in the page properties. Here I have pasted the dialog xml for one of the tab which has the multifield in it. Whenever I create a new section in the multifield, the values are stored in a node hierarchy :item0/item1 under the node: version-path-info.   The two hidden field values are stored in jcr:content which I don't want and prefer to store it on version-path-info node. I have even tried changing the name of the hidden fields (e.g. ./version-path-info/selectedversion) but it is not saved under this node. Also, whenever I delete all the multifield sections from the tab, the "version-path-info" node is not getting deleted.
