Hi, We have a scenario where in we are using nested container in editable template. Once the page is created using that specific template, if we add any component under child container, that is not reflecting in pages that is created not that container is editable in page . Can someone suggest why this could possibly happen?

Hi all I am currently migrating a client's website to Launch / WebSDK / AEP. One question that arose is how to map the products into the XDM to automatically send data to Analytics. We have the _experience schema enabled to map props, eVars and events. What's my biggest issue now is how to get the product category from the s.products string into XDM? According to this link https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/implementation/vars/page-vars/products.html?lang=en it should be possible as lineItemId property in the productListItems items. However, the XDM does not show this property whereas name, quantity and and priceTotal are.  Is this some kind of bug? lineItemId sounds somehow wrong as a value of a product category? UPDATE: I may have missed the piece of information in the BIG BOX... 🤣     Cheers Björn

Hi,Below is the scenario,* There is a multifiled item for steps , where each step has title,description and multiple images/videos.* Within each step , since user can enter multiple images/videos that is also been made multifield item.* This multifield images/videos is show/hide dropdown with image and video as selectors.* When you select image or video, few fields are hidden/shown depending on what you select.* This works fine within step1( remember step1 is a part of main multifield item within which we have multifield show/hide items for images/videos).* But when you try to select video/image in step2 , it breaks.* Issue is let's say dialog fields are like below:step1: + title +description +assets     item1        +image        +imagepath        +alt    item2        +video        +videopath step2: + title +description +assets

Hi All, I have a query. I have made a survey form where I am getting information from the lead gen form from LinkedIn into Marketo Such as  FirstName, LastName, Email, Company, Phone. Hi Team,The issue is related to the end-user form submission.Issue: Like today once submit the registration form in end user will not be able to edit the form after submission. But the next day end-user edit or modified the form( save for later)  and submitted it on the same day. This means the end user submitted twice.5-Jul-22 submitted but the next day end user will be able to access the form and 6-Jul-22 again submitted.The issue has been reported by some teams.Modification option : The business user only can be sent modifications to the end user. after that end user changes the modification and re-submit. We are replicating the issue sometimes, But are unable to replicate it every time.Please see the below issue screenshot:  

Hi, I've got a servlet that returns an XML in response. Have control over registering servlet as path or resource based. Now when I hit a custom URL like "www.sitename.com/abc/releases/result.xml"(not an existing page), the servlet should trigger and dump the XML response.   Approach 1: Use the logic of AEM sitemap.xml and achieve this with custom etc resource mapping and URL rewrite.   Any other best approaches?   Thanks.

HiIs anyone else having issues with the Excel plug in Report Builder today?  I'm trying to refresh a couple of reports with over 100 queries each, but if I try to do more than one or two at a time it crashes with a "A system level error has occurred" message. It's usually fine and I can run the whole thing in one go.I'm also getting "Your session has expired" fairly regularly.This has made what should have been a 20 minute job take three hours so far (and I'm only about 3/4 done

I'm trying to use mbox trace to troubleshoot a campaign. It's showing me a list of matched and unmatched segment IDs, but I can't figure out which segments they correspond to. The AAM segment ID of the segment I've put on the campaign doesn't come up in the list of evaluated segments.   Are the IDs supposed to match the AAM Segment ID in the audience library? If so, is there a way to search by ID without opening up each one individually? If it's not the AAM Segment ID, where can I find the segment ID?    Alternatively, is there a way to get console to show what the segment name is?

Hello,We're trying to implement Adobe Analytics into an Angular app (not built using AEM SPA). We have already set up the Data Collection and Adobe Analytics extension and using within our legacy (non-SPA app) just fine. But for the Angular app, from what we've read, seen, and experienced, we need to pass the eVars, props, etc, instead of the digitalData via the s.t() function for page views, as the routes change. First, is that a true statement? Second, is there a way for us to use the digitalData layer instead? Would we need to switch using Launch and the _satellite.track() function? Can we use Adobe Analytics and Launch together?Also, since Adobe Analytics seems to initially convert the digitalData to eVars, props, etc. does anyone know the function that does that? Just thinking, maybe, we could manually call that function to reset the Adobe Analytics variables.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Marc

In AEM Admin Console, we can manage adobe products like, we can add a user (example, Tom) into AEM Managed Service products and we can add other adobe products like adobe target etc. At this point I will add Tom as a user and mapped him to AEM Managed Service but where do I configure author and publish access.  I don’t see any option to add author and publisher in admin console.   I see only below profile, developer role, program manager role etc..   AEM internal permission can be managed in AEM instance like who can do what in /content and /content/dam etc. How do I configure who can access author and who can access publish instance in Adobe Admin Console ? Can anyone help ?  

Hi,   I'm having an issue with content which is deployed from author and replicated to publisher as a package does not trigger dispatcher cache invalidation. However the same content when activated as an individual asset from author invalidates dispatcher cache immediately after replication to publisher. I can see that when the package deployment takes place from the author it successfully deploys on publisher and the package gets deployed. If I add query string parameter to bypass dispatcher cache I'm able to get to the newly deployed content. But without query string parameter the dispatcher still serves the old content. It seems that the content replicated as a package does not clear dispatcher cache the same way as when activated as an asset. I updated the dispatcher configuration to  /statfileslevel "0" but still it is not working as expected. Thanks for any suggestions.
