Hello Marketo Nation!     We are excited to announce some important updates that were released to Dynamic Chat this month that we think you’ll find useful.   Deselect Synced Attributes Now you can deselect attributes of Marketo that you no longer needed in Dynamic Chat and add new native or custom attributes that can help you better target, personalize and engage your web visitors.  Steps: Goto Integrations from the left menu You will see the list of attributes that are currently being synced Click on the attribute that you wish to deselect (in this example let's click on "Billing Postal Code") You will see a popup with metadata of the selected field with an option to "Remove attribute" Click "remove attribute" and a job will be initiated to remove the attribute from Dynamic Chat In case you have dialogues that are using the selected attribute then you will see the list of those dialogues in this popup   Note: You will see the option to rem

I am sure I am missing something. I cannot find the syntax to refer to the displayname in a dropdown list. ${mydropdown} gives me the value but I need both the value and the displayname. I've verified that they are both set correctly by using a rule to populate two text fields with them.Any assistance is appreciated.@workflowuser

I have a SPA that I am looking to run Target experiences on. The SPA doesnt have the url update with hash segments so the URL remains the same as different content is displayed/loaded. There are different sections to the SPA though with unique IDs setup on key components.   Target on the initial page load can change and update content with an experience running as expected but as soon as state changes things break and experience no longer loads.   Target then notes error indicating that the action could not be displayed due to a missing/invalid mbox name.   My assumption is its due to the state changing and my thinking is to see if a TriggerView on a particular ID being present will resolve the Mbox issue.   If anyone can assist on potential pointers on getting a TriggerView to fire on a ID being present.  Would a simple getElementByID type call be as complicated as things are?

Hi,   We have already AEM in cloud and using this we can build AEM website.   Would need inputs as what all Design aspects would have been considered at  infrastructure level and instance performance level that we could have the AEM instances available to authors always and  publishers instances to live users.   Also additional services they could have used to keep the instances up .    When should we scale up author and publish instances on cloud   if any one can help me here will be helpful   Thanks, Srinivas

Hello good afternoon, I am having trouble understanding how a Person update in Marketo causes Salesforce to enter in an infinite loop of sorts via Field Tracking in the related list of Contact History. For example: My coworker checked the field "Email Invalid" in Marketo for a Person record. It saves. 5 minutes later it gets synced into Salesforce. But it never stops it keeps checking and unchecking. The Problem: The Marketo Sync User Checks the Email Invalid Field to True. Then it looks at the Email Invalid Cause. Then it Unchecks the Email Invalid Field to False. And the cycle repeats an infinite number of times 5 days a week Monday-Friday ever since May 2022 when I first started working here! My temporary solution: I don't know why an edit from Marketo into Salesforce creates this infinite loop. But, when I go to the record in Salesforce and then it Syncs into Marketo it works and stops and only updates once. So Marketo to Salesforce creates a loop. Salesforce to Marketo works fin

We have been working on some custom KPI’s in order to track the quantity and quality of the visit. Unfortunately, we noticed that the average time spent on a page (bucketed) does not include the 1 page pageviews. After some additional research, we found out that AA does not have access to this information since the time on a page is calculated between when somebody arrives on a page and loads the next one. If there is no next one, the time is considered 0. We would like to accurately track this and saw there are several ways to do this. For instance by installing a counter on the server.     Is there a way to achieve, on the logical discussion we understand that we can have time from when page loads but nothing track on for a time when page exit with any interaction? Basically, the requirement is to track the time between page loads to exit for non-interactive exits of a page or bounce. If anyone has any idea on how this would work, request you to kindly assist us.

Hello!   I'm facing an issue in AEM 6.5. When an user logins to the site everything is working fine, but after a while, the session expires but the login-token cookie session still exist in the browser, causing the user to get 404 (because they are basically an anonymous user attempting to view a page).   Is there a "best way" to solve this kind of issues? I've read in the forum sticky sessions in the load balancer or dispatcher, creating a node in the config, but I don't know if I may be missing something that could help me out in this issue.   Thank you in advance!

Hi there!    I am currently working on a workflow where I start with a query where I want to email customers who have a marketing opt-in. However, I want to A-B test between couple customers and single customers. To identify the customers as couple or single I have an excel file (csv) which contains ZIP codes and besides that a row "lifestyle" with number 1 identifying as couple and number 2 identifying as single. I want to add this file to my workflow (I am now using loading data file function) and then I want to connect this file to my query where the ZIP code of my customers connects to the ZIP code in the data file. Based on this connection/link Adobe should then read whether the customer of the query has lifestyle 1 or lifestyle 2. Can anyone explain to me how I can create this connection within the workflow where I link the customers coming out of my query with the zip codes of the data file to then read their life style number?

Hi, I'm in the process of migrating to AEM Cloud Service and I needed to enable the dispatcher's ProxyPassReverse to make an api call. However, upon receiving the response, all the headers of the api response are present. Except SET-COOKIE. I looked in the dispatcher files and they don't have anything blocking this specific header.In the current project with the Managed Service, I had the same problem only on CloudFront. There I had to change a cookie setting, so that it would allow the SET-COOKIE to be sent to the browser along with the other headers.Has anyone had this problem or know how to help?

It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts.   What is this problem occurs? so anyone can help me.
