Can we use other click event to attribute successful purchase? For example I have "other click" event which triggers when a user clicks on filter. We are trying to find how much that filter is helping us to get orders / purchases. Right now the click values are getting tracking in couple of evars one evar track the value = "Filter" and another evar tracks clicked value example " Price"

I want to export the entire page to front end application. The page may contain 1 or 2 text component and image etc. Need to expose all of it is content. for example, http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/we-retail/language-masters/en/men.model.tidy.json. This will give me the entire page content but along with some misc properties, like lastModifiedDate, allowedComponents, replicatedBy.  Is there a way to exclude these properties (lastModifiedDate, allowedComponents etc)?

I referred to the adobe documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/forms/adaptive-forms-basic-authoring/e... to embed an adaptive form in an external webpage hosted outside of AEM: The form is loading however, the associated clientlibs are not loading on the webpage and I can see errors like - '/etc.clientlibs/fd/af/runtime/clientlibs/toggles.lc-7eb9f7fc74e166c421a752303c78f41f-lc.min.js 404 (File not found)'.  Any idea/pointers on how to load the form styles would be helpful. Regards,Manpreet

Hi! We've synchonized Marketo with Facebook Lead Ads successfully 7 months ago. We  mapped the Work_Email_Address field from Facebook with our Email field in Marketo. For some reason, the mapping isn't working anymore. In the activity log details, I can see the email address of the lead against the Facebook field work_email:     I also submitted a test lead and in the activity log the Facebook field label was work_email_address and not work_email Not sure why it's written differently, I've duplicated all my forms in Facebook so I'm sure they use the same "work_email" field: Did that ever happen to you and how did you solve it? Hello, We are receiving the following errors below, partial in screenshot, in the audit log of our Database Cleanup Workflow. When I looked up the 'Recurring Delivery ID' on 6/14, they showed up in nms:deliveries with a status of 'stopped'. When I looked for Recurring Delivery ID's referenced in the audit log from a week ago, the status is also 'Stopped'. Why are we getting these errors?  

Hi Team, My usecase is to create page/site in AEM in a simple java project. However I am unable to find a optimal way to do so. Purpose: Creating testdata for my project as a part of Automation Testing. Solutions tried: 1)Page Manager APIs to create pages, the issue faced in this is unable to get ResourceResolver instance.java.lang.NullPointerExceptionat com.aem.create_page.createPage(create_page.java:53)at com.aem.create_page.main(create_page.java:116) Below is the code screenshot, where this error is occurring: As per my understanding to get the resource resolver instance we need to create OSGi or Sling project, which I am trying to avoid since I am not sure how it will fit in our existing framework. 2) Tried to identify REST API for pages/sites, however couldn't find any similar to Assets in aem. Any pointers on the above usecase would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Regards,Vishakha

Hi, just want a confirmation  whether this "bulk import tool" is present in trial version of AEM or not, or its only present in licensed version, because under  Tools > Assets > Bulk Import , i cannot find this tool.Also CSV Asset Importer is not present in trial version, so could you please once confirm it. And could  you please also check what other options can we explore for on premise bulk data upload of 10,000 assets.  

Hi All,As part of upgrade, we have our AEM 6.5 environment provisioned from AEM 6.4. I am not able to upload any assets in DAM. I click on Create > Files, Select the file(s) to upload and nothing happens after that. Nothing logged in browser console. No errors in error.log file. DAM Update Asset doesn't get triggered either.Can it be due to some global config blocking the upload? Regards,Mansi 

Hi Team,I dont find a channel for CJA so I am askign this quesiton in "Analytics" channel, sorry for that. We have a Usage logs in Adobe analytics (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/admin/admin-tools/logs.html?lang=en#:~:text=The%20Usage%20and%20Access%20Log,using%20Workspace%2C%20and%20how%20often.) that is useful to know what happend by whom and when. We are are looking for the same kind of the data in CJA but I couldn't find it. Is it avialable now? or Adobe have it in the road map? FYI - I found Audit Logs in AEP which is more related to changes inside platform but I am looking for the changes inside CJA.Thanks,Santohs

Hi Everyone,Hope you all are doing great !!!Apparently we observed that for a SMS campaign , same SMS is being received 3 times in a row in interval of 1 hr . We have raised this concern with SMS vendor team and they informed us that they have received 3 submit_sm requests from Adobe end with 3 different IDs. So we checked it at our end and found that only single record is present in targeted base not multiple.PFB screenshot shared by vendor :What could be the issue ?  Why multiple requests are getting sent by Adobe ?Kindly help us to resolve the issue.Thanks and Regards,Neelam

Hi Experts, We're extending our application to SPA support, which means all the Touch UI components are extended to SPA and writing the code in Angular. As mentioned, all the components, which support SPA that would work in the SPA template. There is a reference Touch UI component, which would refer to other AEM components from another AEM page. The logic of the reference touch UI component would be to get the path of the AEM page and add in the sling: include. How can this logic be handled if we convert this into a SPA reference component (angular)?  I'm raising this as the sling: include can't be handled it in angular component, how to handled this? Your help would be pretty much appreciated. Thank you,Nanda

I have a CSV file of email addresses that I want to import into Campaign.  I've setup a Workflow to import users from this CSV, but it seems like it won't actually subscribe anyone to the Service unless they already have a Profile in our Campaign account. Do I need to import them first as Profiles, then run the Workflow to subscribe them to the service?  Where do you Import users as Profiles if not through a Workflow?

I would like to set up a campaign with the following details- someone downloads an ebook, and starts to receive emails at least every 3 days.- We don't send out emails on Saturday and Sunday- we have a communication limit of 2 emails/per week - if we have a webinar invitation email, it is always prioriy, so needs to be send out, and this flow should wait- If someone qualifies to MQL immediately must leave the flow- if unsubscribe, also leave the flow- if someone subscribes for a webinar (this email invitation is outside of this flow) immediately must leave the flow My first idea was to solve it with an engagement program, but if I set 3 days in the cast, it won't give the result as I wantHere you have the scenario that we should have, and the second one is the Mo-We-Fr engagement programHow can I solve the first scenario? Hi there,I had to save and deactivate some workflows because now there are new ones with improvements that weren't there before. My question is. I can no longer access the logs of the deliveries of the deactivated workflows. Why doesn't this history appear anymore? And we're going to need this history of information from these deliveries. Is there any way to access these logs. Because it is very important to know that these logs may be stored somewhere else. I say this because the new workflows only have the logs of recent deliveries since they started working. So we need these deliveries logs. I'll appreciate any help. Thanks Regards

I need to build a smart list that is triggered every time a user from a new domain name is added to my database. How do I go about building a list of all the domain names that already exist in my database? I would need to check the new email address being added against this list.

I have a csv with emails in it and I want to use that in my workflow.  The goal would be to put in a row number or other identifier and the workflow automatically fill in the emails from two cells in that row.  Is that possible?

I have a recipient in my Marketo database that shows in the activity log they received the same email 4 times on the same day. Can someone explain to me how this is possible? My flow is set up to send to a 20% random sample every hour for 5 hours (1 hour wait step in between each send). Between each send it is set up to remove you from the flow if you received the email the previous hour and then it sends to another 20% random sample until all recipients have been processed and sent to. I set it up this way because I am sending to over 200K recipients and I wanted to stagger my send because of the size.

I have an automated report that is generated daily at 8:01am. A few weeks ago Adobe started sending the same report multiple times in the mornings (7:57am, 8:07am, 8:36am and 9:02am) which means my recipients are being spammed with the same report. I deleted all schedules reports and updated them again to send once at 8:01am daily but I'm still seeing the same issue this week

Hello Community,   Please forgive me if this was already answered anywhere else but I do have use case that I need to solve for. We have a recurring campaign that pulls the recipients based on some conditions and send them an email on daily cadence. We need to send another email to sub-set of the same list after 7 days. I know this is something we could accomplish using the wait step and then send the other email but because of some other restrictions I really cannot use a wait step within the flow tab of the smart campaign. So, is there any way that I can query for a list of recipients within the smart list tab of the smart campaign to check for the ones that received the recurring email exactly on the seventh day before from today? Hello everyone, everything good?I'm trying to send information through the data collection.This information is a prop that should tell me if it's true or false.In the data collection I created a rule with "Core - Direct Call" event and in the actions I pointed to my prop2, I also created a "Data Elements" called "marketing":And in that same rule I put the following custom code:and here is my data element:When firing from the browser console I see that it sends the information:But unfortunately this information does not arrive on the adobe dashboard.Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this implementation?
