Hello all, I have an A/B activity where I'm seeing traffic enter both experiences. What initially brought my attention to this was interaction with the chat widget (~10%) in the control variant -- Live Chat Button Opened. See Venn diagram and data below. This is unexpected because the widget is being suppressed in the control. In fact, there is no code that would deliver the widget here. Is this type of traffic crossover common? Is it possible a visitor entered experience B clicked a button, then later enter experience A, but the initial engagement was captured in the subsequent visit? Thanks in advance for your help! -Brion

Dear Everyone,   We are trying to ingest data for B2B Schemas related to Account and Person. Have uploaded the sample files through CSV mapping but profiles are not processed. Videos related to these are focused only on the source connected to Marketo and are unable to find any in-depth documentation to upload the data using CSV for some use cases. Did anyone try this method? If yes, try to route us to relevant documentation or give us some idea related to the ask.   PS: Guess I am making mistakes on accountKey.sourceKey and b2b.personKey.sourceKey of the schemas B2B Account and B2B Person respectively, but not sure. Hi,    We recently sent out a Marketing newsletter that had a lower deliverability than we normally see. It wasn't massively down but normally we have a deliverability of 99% but this send we had a deliverability of 97.5%. I've been doing some digging and it looks like half of the emails that should have received the emails but didn't are yahoo.co.uk email addresses. Has anyone experienced any issues with sending to this email client before? If so did you find out what caused it?    Thanks,  Katie

Hi All, I have created 2 webpages. In 1st webpage we are customizing and giving information which should be reflected in the 2nd webpage.So the process is in 1st webpage I am entering a field called Introduction with <textarea> tag (used <textarea> because the introduction can be 2-3 paragraphs). From 1st webpage I am entering introduction with multiple paragraphs . This data gets stored in a schema in adobe and respectively 2nd webpage will contain this introduction which was given in the 1st webpage.The problem is in the 2nd webpage I am not able to replicate the introduction same as  entered in the 1st webpage(the paragraphs are not coming in the next line). Introduction given in 1st webpage: Introduction shown in the 2nd webpage Is there a way in which i can show the paragraph way in the 2nd webpage?@debtr @_manoj_kumar_ @jyoti_yadav @davidkangni Thanks

We are working with an Event Platform for our conference and in the integration set up, we had to create Fields at the Program where we would ingest the Unique URL for the event.   To view and make sure that these fields are populating, one of our Marketing Ops has to look at the program level and the Members tab (see screen grab below). he would like to create a Smart list with a view of these fields but these fields are not available.     I tried to create mirrored fields at the Member level and then a Change Data Value to update these fields, but it did not work.  I am getting a message that these fields can not be found.      Any suggestions?

I want to have a date and time picker in my form, But all i can see that, AEM Forms offers a date picker, from which i can only capture the date given by the form filler . I want to have a field which captures the time as well. Is there any specific way to do so?Would be really great, if i get a way to capture the date and time as well.Thanks.

When I publish a page from AEM-Author to Publish. I log into Publish and review the crx/de. I review the jcr:content properties.Why is only the jcr:content/jcr:createdDate being updated? no changes made in jcr:content/jcr:modifiedDate. Is this a bug?

We are currently working on a new Data Analytics design that we have not yet finalized and deployed.We would like to know if Data Collection can be associated with an existing Report Suite that we have been running Adobe Analytics/Site Catalyst/Omniture for years. If we stop using Site Catalyst for obtaining data, and start using Data Collection, will the historical data still be available in the Report Suite? Such as we cut-over on 3/1/22, we could see data from both if we have a report that looks at data from 1/1/22 to 4/1/22? It is my understanding that reports and analytics can only be pointed at one "bucket" at a time. How to identify users/operators who have not changed their password in last 3 months in Adobe campaign classic client console?

Team - We are trying to ingest one of the snowflake table data in to AEP data lake. We have created the respective schema and datasets accordingly for the data ingestion. There is a column name called "Email" (VARCHAR(16777216) data type ) from snowflake data source which has a customer email and respective field has been created in AEP schema as string data type to receive the same. We have mapped the email data with our respective string data type and scheduled in some frequent basis to onboard the snowflake data.However, there is a couple of error throwing related to this specific field and we have tried with changing the other data type from AEP schema but still no luck. Refer the below screenshot for the reference. Please let me know your thoughts on this error. 

I have a use case where I need to send 1 or more attachments with an email.  The current email component seems to allow for 1 or more attachments but, not dynamically.  The attachments are in a payload folder and I don't know how many until runtime.  This is an attempt to find the equivalent component to Livecycle's "Send with attachments".   Can I point the attachments to a "payload" folder?   Thank you,
