I have several instances of dashboards where I included notes, descriptions, text boxes, etc. and have occasionally selected a color for the text only to change my mind. Once you change it, it seems there's no going back? I selected black, but this does not change to a readable color when I switch to dark mode so I'm stuck.

Hello Community I was hoping some of you might be able to help me.  I've been trying to teach myself the Adobe Analytic API 2.0 solution using Postman.  Thus far I've been able to - create segments- create calculate metrics- transfer calculated metrics between users- transfer existing analysis workspace projects between users- and update basic analysis workspace info, like project name and description However i can't seem to figure out how create or even update workspace project panels.  For examply say there is an existing table in the project and I wanted to change the metric from 'occurrences' to 'page views'.  Or better yet, I want to insert a 'text' panel that describes the purpose of the workspace project. The company I work for is a partner of Adobe and i'm trying to build out a solution that I can take from one client to next.  Once you get past the 'authentication' for each client, the API segment, calculated metric and project crea

Hi, In AEM 6.5.10 Managed Instance , I am trying to import Assets from a sftp server using Asset ingestor in ACS Manage Controlled Process. sftp://<hostname>:<port> (Username and password entered correctly in appropriate fields) It is throwing an exception in the logs as  "javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Cannot access remote system" Can anyone please help if I am missing any configuration somewhere Note: I am able to succesfully able to connect to teh sftp server from MacBook terminal.         

I am using the Adobe Web SDK to implement Adobe Target. I am setting up my audiences from values in the XDM Object and I have one test that should fire if the user has seen the page before, but the Display call only appears to fire on the first view of the page when the user doesn't fall into the audience yet. I am using a custom value in my XDM Object to populate the audiences and the values are updating correctly but the Target Test is not rendering and I'm not seeing the Display call in the response of the request send. I am not sure if the audiences only set on the first page view, or if there is something else that I am missing. We have not been using the SDK very long.  I've not found the documentation to be very helpful here. So any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Hi everyone, we like to setup a reminder service for our customer. Use case is: - User fills out a form - which includes a date picker for a reminder - user selects a date which can be up to one year in the future (limited by the form) - At the specified date we send an email to the user    My current setup is: - Fills out form saves the date as lead data field - Fills out form triggers a campaign. In the flow I added a "wait" step specified to: -- Type "Date Token" -- End on {{lead.name-of-field}}   What I wonder is: - This smart campaign - once started - has to run up to 1 year till it triggers the send out. Do I have to expect issues with such a long wait time?  - Do you see any alternative setup for this?  - How could I stop the send out for such a user in case he will change the date.    What I checked but doesn't seem to be possible - Setting up a  smart campaign which is run on a daily base - Adding a filter like if field XY is {

Hi,I am trying to determine the number of total Page Views vs the number of total view events on the same page. However, I see a verience between two metrics on the same page. Page Views metric is higher %0.1 more.  Can someone offer some advice as how to understand why a view event  doesn't fire100% the same with pageviews on the same page? Thanks,

Try to figure out how Time Spent per Visit is calculated, but I found thisWhen I bucketed the metric, I found that it might even lower the lower boundary of the interval. For ex., for 5 to 10 mins bucket, the Time Spent per visit was 2.25 mins. this deosn't make any sense to me. Could anyone help me to understand this? Many thanks.

Hi Team, Can someone help me how to sort this order of rule firing. Whenever our domain pages are loaded usually pageview (DOM Ready) should fire first and later followed by a direct call rule (this fires w.r.t Identifier)but this isn't happening in that order and direct call is firing first which is causing more direct visits number inflated also effecting other marketing channels where page views were less than visits.

Hi All,Hope you are doing well.. I just installed AEM 6.5 on my MacBook Pro for testing purposes and to play around with this app. The first time I installed from scratch (6.5.0), everything was working fine but when I updated it to SP11 the component list disappeared. I didn't touch anything at config level etc.. it just happened when upgrading. Somehow the components are there but it's not showing up, instead, they are kind of greyed out.  I tried to find more information but there is nothing related to this. I tried also invalidate client libs using "http://localhost:4502/libs/granite/ui/content/dumplibs.rebuild.html?invalidate=true" and didn't work.  Error.log doesn't show any error so I don't know what else to do. Have someone experience the same issue? If so, could you please help me?. Regards

Say you created an engagement program, where you send e-mails to customers every two weeks. But you do not want to send emails to customers who are facing system error with your product, dealing  with natural disasters and other irregular troubles. (Seems very rude to keep contacting them when they are having troubles)   How would you automatically keep the list of the engagement program up-to-date? 

Hi ,a few days ago using Data Warehouse I had a problem: some requests failed, resulting in an error message.The real problem is that, although I have solved differently by modifying my requests, I continue to receive more error messages by email. I am working on a form with picklist values and I would like helper text of "Select your role" etc to appear as the default option in the pulldown but it is not one of the actual options so I don't want the form to submit unless someone selects one of the actual roles. How do I make this helper text a value but not a selectable option to pass the form?

Hey Everyone,   I recently had a need (and have had this need before in a variety of other scenarios) to compare the value in one Marketo field to the value in another Marketo field for the same record. Since Smart List filters are unable to reference 2 fields in relation to each other, and you can't use tokens in your Flow Step Choices I have been at a crossroads.   I have the need to compare a Date/Time field to another Date/Time field to see if Field 1 is after Field 2. I do use FlowBoost for populating a combined lead score and a few other things, and it seems like it might be the tool to help. I would be grateful for any guidance on how best to set that up.   Thanks! Ed

I have a customer who used to use a Data Connector to import Exact Target data into Adobe Analytics. The Data Connector is decommissioned, so now we are seeking another way to import data. Is a Generic Summary Data Source a possible option to use to import Exact Target Data into Analytics?

Hey Adobe Community, I'm working with a journalistic publication right now and I was wondering if there was a way I could lay out a freeform table that ranks stories by the volume of page views to another page on site (i.e. - what stories had the lowest exit rate) over a given period of time.  The flow and fallout visualizations are helpful for analyzing individual pages once at a time, but I'm having an issue analyzing multiple pages simultaneously.  Any help is much appreciated!

A user receives an error message when trying to save in the Content editor. "RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator."The user has the following Roles: Generic Import, Export, Prpare Deliveries, Start Deliveries, Workflow A user with the Administration role can save content without this error. The result is that I am forced to make all users Admin so that they can save content. Hey Adobe Community, Is there a way to create a segment in a free form table outlining the top pages next visited during a journey if there is no bounce? The flow visualization/fallout doesn't necessarily work with what I'm trying to accomplish.  Thanks!
